Sehr schönes Hotel, komfortables und sauberes Zimmer, gute Lage und sehr nettes Personal. Der Gastgeber David ist der Beste! Das Frühstück ist lecker, vielfältig und gesund. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Das Hotel Milano ist ein kleines, aber feinesvund modernes Hotel in guter Lage. Am besten ist aber David. Seine Gastfreundschaft ist einfach unglaublich. Wir waren in großer Familie da und haben somit ein Großteil des Hotels belegt. Wir wurden wie die eigene Familie empfangen und sehr umsorgt. Das Frühstück ist mega üppig und abwechslungsreich. Wer im netten Borjomi Urlaub machen will, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Das Vierbettzimmer ist für 4 Erwachsene doch etwas klein, insbesondere das Bad reicht da nicht. Aber es war unsere eigene Entscheidung… insofern will ich auch nicht meckern.

Einfach alles! Sehr ansprechend ausgestattete und eingerichtete Zimmer die sehr sauber und gepflegt wirken! Der Gastgeber ist nicht nur freundlich sonder ausgesprochen herzlich! So etwas haben wir bisher noch nicht in Georgien erlebt. Das Frühstück ist von höchster Qualität und in einer Top Auswahl vorhanden. Die Junge Dame spricht sogar sehr gut Deutsch und ist ebenfalls überaus hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Leider waren wir nur auf der Durchreise, hier lohnt es länger zu verweilen.

Delicious breakfast. The staff were delightful, especially the porter man who had a smile and handshake for us every time we saw him. The room as spacious and very clean with a fabulous view. Great location. Convenient parking.

The air conditioning was a little noisy but it was a small thing and we fixed it easily enough. The curtains on one of the windows was very thin which meant a lot of morning light got into the room, making it hard to sleep. It wasn't cheap but was reasonably priced.

The location is amazing. The owner is extremely attentive to the needs of the guests. My son hurt himself badly and the owner simply took charge and took care of the situation like we were part of his own family, from taking us to the hospital several times and asking and checking continuously on my kid. It made us feel safe and we were in good hands. The staff were extremely helpful and so nice. They spoke perfect English too.

We had a very comfortable stay at Milano Palace, our hosts were very welcoming and it was a pleasure meeting them. Centrally located and well appointed rooms, with a sumptuous breakfast. Definetly recommend.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We loved our stay. The room was clean and neat.

The heater was not switching off, the room was very hot. Needed to open the window to sleep. But other than that everything was perfect

Everything about this hotel is amazing. Very Professional way of welcoming. The bedroom was perfectly heated and was very relaxing when we entered the room. Hot water bidet 🫡 Delicious Breakfast 😋 Comfortable Mattress and Blanket 🤗 Slippers, soaps, and shampoos were there.👌 Dawood was very helpful. He helped us to remove snow flakes from our car. The hotel has their own parking slot, which is a plus.

I stayed in a very large room. it was very comfortable. While it was -10 degrees outside, the temperature in the room was around 30 degrees.

The only thing I can say is that there is no elevator. but they are extremely active for your luggage to be carried by them.
