The beach and the waitstaff at the restaurant next door.

This hotel was possibly the worse place we have ever stayed. There was mold on the ceiling and in the bathroom, body hairs all over the bathroom, stains on the towels and sheets, doors to cupboards were falling off the hinges,, the fridge did not work and there was no room service. The room was incredibly small and they said the bed was a king when it was the smallest double we have ever slept in and was as hard as a rock. We had a terrible night’s sleep, decided not to stay another night and were refused a refund.

The location, the rooms are nicer than the concerto inn which this company also seems to run, the room was a decent size and clean and the staff were nice and let me check my bags in early until my room was ready. The balcony is nice to read on. A few beaches nearby as well.

The beds are hard - probably as they have used garden patio furniture for a bed frame? The halls need a lick of paint and after my last experience, I skipped their breakfast. A few idiots running around making noise on the beach till 3 am but hardly the place's fault.

Generous portions at breakfast

I booked "with pet accommodation". They wanted over 20% more when I arrived with dog. 7 minute conversation to ascertain i would pay for the service i had agreed to. Not at all cheap at 930 for a double room where there wasnt much they could do about pneumatic street drilling, but they could have sorted the ceiling which had not not been painted, the cracked paint on table, grimy windows in the bathroom.

We like this hotel accommodates pets.

Lovely little hotel right on a beautiful beach 洪聖爺灣 ~ our dog can swim before 9 and after 6. Nice hotel environment and friendly staff. Although 20 mins walk from the Pier, the hotel restaurant offers delicious meals and not too pricey. Hotel can also transfer our luggage with an additional charge.

Pretty much everything. This is the second time we've stayed here with our dog. Welcome is very pleasant and all staff helpful. Room is great, clean, organised, everything you need for a couple of nights, shower works great, balcony with view of the sea and AC that is really powerful. Bed is large but firm. night time is so quiet. Had dinner in the restaurant which was great with good atmosphere, menu has increased a lot since the last time we stayed with something for everyone. spicy veg samosa's were fantastic. Only thing they didn't get right is all the draft beers were not very cold, luckily they had bottled stella which was icy. Breakfast doesn't start until 0900 which is way too late for us early risers but it was very good and filling although the coffee isn't great or very hot. Staff were always very pleasant and helpful. really love the location, very scenic, quiet and easy access to hiking, beach and the sea.

All draft beers were not cold. Breakfast doesn't start until 0900. The beach immediately in front of the hotel is very nice but doesn't allow dogs. however there is another one about 500meters away where dogs are welcome.

The staff was really caring and nice. Location makes you really feel you are on holidays. And the food and drinks was really good

Rooms are rather small and no dog friendly features
