Nothing. Everything is a mess

A big hussle renting on their property. There are so many steps before we get to check in the property. My security deposit hasn't been returned up until now. We checked in last May 2023 and still no update from them about my refund as of today July 10, 2023

I like the room and the wave pool. I also like how acomodating the security personnel was, from the entrance to the lobby guard and the guard on the white booth.

The lobby personnel who let me wait for more tha 30 minutes. I was there together with my kid past 3pm of July 1, 2023. It was written on the emil that no need for the care taker to wait and that I am in a Self Check IN procedure. She lets me wait, for there is someone to fetch me according to her. After more than 3o minutes, she understood what self check in was. And the one in the pool area, the 2 girls in the white booth, I had shown them the email of Azure to show to them my reservation for the pool that was already paid, June 30, 2023. Per email the updated GAF is to follow. They didnt let my kid swim that night of July 1, and the other girl , keeps on telling and showing me the email from room 1812 I said it was not my room assigmemet, my room assignent was 1218 Maldives. I was reaaly upset. They didnt know how to understand about the email of Azure office.

I hated the process of Parking booking. I paid for it but didnt get the information after about the reservation and we wasted alot of time.. Wasted the whole afrernoon waiting for the Parking I paid! So we parked in another building and paid again! .. and for the Refund of Security damage deposit they are bluffing about it! They keep toying me in the Chat. Everytime it said that an agent is going to assist me about the refund process. . then agent is going to be replaced.. over and over!.. such a Scam!!!

The thing i like with Azure is its cozy place rooms were great .

What i dont like is when they asked for security deposit I paid for it but its not easy to get it after checking out and until now its going a month already im still trying to get it back and I wont stop getting it until its returned to me cz its a hard earned money .

The staff who looked after us was accommodating and friendly

We arrived at 12noon in Manila and we had to stay in airport because we were told that the check in is at 3pm. We have to pay 250/hr and 1000php for surcharge if we wish to come in early. When we got at the property around 1455 we were told that the room was still not ready and we had to wait about 45minutes before we can check-in. We were already tired from our travel good thing the managing staff compensated the inconvenience by extending our check-out time on day4 until 12noon. I hope this kind of inconvenience will be minimised especially with family guests as they can be coming with infants/elderlies. Nonetheless we were treated nicely by the staff and the room we checked-in at 511 was a plus. Great view. Clean room and comfy beds.

BEWARE! This place is a complete scam, the owner will ask you for a security deposit that you will never get back. Even you follow up multiple times they will just ignore your message . Our experience here is a complete disaster. Every single thing you do in this place always have surprise extra charges. And first time i encountered a place that you have to pay for electricity extra charges 🤣.

we took two units and both are disgusting dusty everywhere. years of accumulated germs, dead skin cells, piled in on every surface. gross! their complicated security deposit refund. i payed in cash through their GCash. to be told upon check out that it’ll be 14 days to get refunded. morons! very stressful booking system, demanding on upfront parking fee and security deposit. which we haven’t even received yet! will never book again.
