The location was excellent to visit St. Andrews old town. Just off The Scores and North Street, it's well placed for West Sands beach and all the historic areas of the town. My room was a single traveller room, but they had put two beds together to make a large King Size and it felt luxurious. The ensuite shower room was excellent. There was a TV with basic channels and tea/coffee with a kettle.
The room was excellent in terms of price and location. There were some very small (not significant) issues such as a few light bulbs not working or the shower door being tricky to close, and entry code took some getting used to. It was advertised as room only, with no breakfast. However, closer to the time I was informed you can book breakfast on arrival. However, it was very expensive at £18 flat rate per breakfast. Breakfast was good, but I would have appreciated a cheaper continental option.

Lovely little guest house in the heart of St. Andrews. Excellent value for money relative to other accommodations in the town. It was a perfect location for several days of golf. Ilya was a very gracious, welcoming, and helpful host!

Location was excellent. Host was very welcoming. Renovated and very clean bathroom and room. Good amenities in room. Quiet.
Breakfast room was a bit tight for us and carpet throughout property should be replaced.

Lots of extras included with the room such as tea, coffee, bottled water, biscuits and plenty of plug points!

Perfect location in the middle of the St Andrews action, love the lounge room with full DTV and a pool table. Comfy bed and easy check-in process.

I absolutely love coming to this guest house and have done so 3 times now this year so far. Its always clean, comfortable with fab facilities. Location is fab. Mins from the beach and shops/pubs. Owner is lovely too. Staff as well.
