Una casa espaciosa y confortable con un gran patio sombreado para actividades al aire libre y relajación. A solo una cuadra de Oak Street Beach. Es como volver a casa.
Tres habitaciones incluyen dos con camas queen size y una con dos camas individuales. Con un colchón de aire de tamaño queen disponible bajo petición. Una habitación familiar con grandes ventanas y asientos cómodos para 9. Cocina y comedor de tamaño completo.
Lavadora y secadora apiladas. Un baño y medio. El baño completo incluye una ducha sin barreras (sin bañera) y un pasamanos junto al taburete. El medio baño está conectado al dormitorio principal.
Un patio grande con árboles maduros, fogatas, mesas de picnic y asientos al aire libre le da a su grupo suficiente espacio para relajarse y jugar.
A solo tres cuadras del Stanley Johnston Memorial Park, a 15 minutos a pie del centro de South Haven con sus tiendas especializadas y muchos restaurantes. A una cuadra de Oak Street Beach. Muchos festivales, ferias de arte y artesanía y actividades locales durante todo el verano. Degustación de vinos y recorridos son solo media hora por trayecto.
Ropa de cama, baño y toallas de cocina se suministran. Disponemos de condimentos básicos y condimentos en la cocina. Así como un suministro inicial de productos de papel. Close to Oak beach in quiet neighborhood. Nice side yard my kids enjoyed playing in after the beach. Few easy blocks to walk to stanley park. Owner easy to get ahold of and communicate with. Overall enjoyed our stay.

We had our family girls trip here and lived the location and outdoor area. The home could use some updates but we had what we needed.

Lou communicated well throughout the reservation process and during the stay. We had no issues during our stay and felt like we got a great value for the price we paid. The property is older and shows signs of age but that should not discourage you from staying. It is a perfect location within walking distance to the beach, to town, and just a generally great neighborhood to walk. The yard is fantastic and we spent every evening playing cornhole and having a fire. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was fantastic, and the water quality was good and soft. The fridge has plenty of room and the ice maker works great. Lou's property has everything you need to make it a fantastic vacation! Thank you Lou! We hope to return next year!!!
My only complaints (and they are small)
The bathroom needs a fan as it gets very steamy and has no ventilation. There are no extra towels or washcloths so plan to bring along some laundry soap and wash towels mid vacation. There are no lawn games nor beach supplies. Not a huge deal but plan to bring all of those items yourself.

We had so much fun during our trip. The house is great, and has an excellent location just a couple of minutes walk from Oak Beach on the north side of South Haven. Quiet neighborhood, close to all amenities. Lou is a very thoughtful host! We will definitely be back here for our next South Haven trip as a family.

House met our needs and had a great yard! We especially appreciated the variety of sitting areas outside and the outdoor shower. We came with our 3 young kids and the older 2 loved the twin beds with the Marvel theme! We are probably hyper-sensitive to this since we have a 10 month old who can crawl and not yet walk, but the floors were not clean when we arrived. We noticed his knees turning brown so we were thankful to find the Swiffer to be able to clean the floors ourselves. Admittedly, if we didn’t have a crawling baby, we probably would not have noticed or otherwise cared.
The outdoor grill was great to have and we loved the proximity to the beach! There was a day with rain in the morning and we were able to get there as soon as it stopped and we had Oak Beach all to ourselves for almost an hour. Cannot overstate the value of being this close to the beach - we stayed in South Haven last year at a different house further inland and I would choose this house every time. Loved walking to North Beach and Bunde’s almost daily…pastries, yum!

The house was in the perfect location and was perfect for our needs! Owners were kind and responsive. One block to the beach and just a short drive to downtown South Haven. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We will be back!

Love the location!

There were 2 large TV’s, with plenty of channels for rainy days. It was also very affordable. The house was a little shabby, and could use some updates, ut it was great for the price.

Second time staying here and cannot be beat!
We have rented several other properties in the area over the years and still love Prices on Park after our second stay! Cute, comfortable, FANTASTIC yard and under 5 minute walk to the beach makes this place perfect!!! We reached out to the owner on a non-urgent issue and got both an immediate response and resolution in less than an hour.

Convenient!
Lou was very responsive when I had questions and provided a binder of helpful tips and instructions upon check in! Check-in/out was simple! The location could not have been better; 5 minute walk to beach and about 20 minute walk to downtown area! The house had plenty of room for all 6 of us to hang around together and the yard was perfect! The house itself was a little old fashioned with lots of quirks! A great place for a group to gather.

Perfect little getaway!
We had such a great week! The property grounds are amazing...we enjoyed fires nightly and playing catch and riding bikes with the kids! You cannot ask for an easier way to the beach. Highly recommend!!!

Nice place to stay. Much better than a hotel. GREAT rates. Weather was crazy but nice enough to enjoy the firepit one night. House was cozy, beds comfortable. Everything was clean. Plenty of room to stretch out.

Comfortable and clean
House was comfortable. Everything you need. Great front room with big windows. Average size bedrooms. So close to the beach, even in the winter it was nice to walk down.

Nice big yard. Very close to the beach. Residential area with a quiet neighborhood. Hoping to stay again in the summer with the festivals. The place was clean and homey. From the pictures I see more improvements.
