This property was ideal for our purposes. The check-in was easy and we were greeted with muffins. Location was convenient to downtown and although close to a busy street, noise was not a problem. Thanks for a nice week in Prescott!

Check-in was simple, the place was extremely clean, owners left muffins and plenty of coffee/tea/cocoa, lots of towels, set up was great, good showers, w/d with pods, off street parking, very safe, and it was an 8 minute walk to the main square. The beds and pillows weren't the best, but it wouldn't stop us from staying here again. We've already recommended it to friends. We ate across the street at Waffle Iron - it was fine, but we probably wouldn't go back. Bills pizza was delicious though!!

Great little guest house within walking distance of downtown Prescott. Very clean and nicely decorated residence. We are staying there again this weekend. Highly recommended.

I have zero complaints about this property. We had four adults on our trip and there was plenty of room. Great to have two bedrooms and two full baths. Washer/Dryer. Plenty of towels and linens It was comfortable and clean (my most important checklist item). This cottage had everything we needed for a pleasant stay and it was easily within walking distance to town. I highly recommend this property for your visit to Prescott!

In three short days we enjoyed pizza at Bill’s, burgers at the Palace, a boot drop twice, a waffle flight at the Waffle Iron, Jerome, Watson Lake, and an afternoon of board games in our cozy home. We slept well, fixed meals, and felt very comfortable. It’s a short walk to the historic downtown.

Cozy cottage in a great location to enjoy Whiskey Row and all of Prescott! Fantastic experience renting for a long weekend! Kelly was a great host! We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Prescott!

The house is located with easy walking distance to the historic downtown’s restaurants and shops. Also loved Berry’s Pie Shop 2 blocks away.

After a very long day traveling on two airplanes and two cars, and thinking I must go to the grocery for coffee, creamer, breakfast for the next day, we opened the door and much to our surprise, everything I needed was right there! And the wine was just a delight! The cottage was immaculate, perfect size for Nana and Grandpa to entertain our local family, close to everything. We could walk downtown and to the grocery and drug store. The owners were a delight! We met them the day before we checked out and had a delightful conversation. Can’t wait to return!

We had a comfortable relaxing stay at the western themed cottage. It was just a short walk to the Courthouse Square area, so perfect location. Definitely plan to go back!

It was so very nice to be able to talk directly and easily to the owner … especially since I was coming by myself and all the way across the country. The house is adorable and set up perfectly with everything a person might need and it is immaculate! It is very close to everything downtown… the only drawback is that it sits very close to a very busy road.. so not a lot of space to hang out outside the house. Was fine for my needs and I enjoyed staying there! Thank you for everything Kelly and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for this type of stay!

It was so very nice to be able to talk directly and easily to the owner … especially since I was coming by myself and all the way across the country. The house is adorable and set up perfectly with everything a person might need and it is immaculate! It is very close to everything downtown… the only drawback is that it sits very close to a very busy road.. so not a lot of space to hang out outside the house. Was fine for my needs and I enjoyed staying there! Thank you for everything Kelly and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for this type of stay!

Great stay in Prescott.
We had a great week in Prescott. The cozy cottage had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The hosts left us some food and wine for us that made our stay even better. They were great to deal with and gave us good recommendations for things to do while we were there. Overall a really nicely furnished cottage. If we head back to Prescott in the future, we will try to stay there again.
