The location was great. Our two-bedroom chalet (#19) overlooked the ocean (as well as some camper sites). Note that a two-bedroom unit has bunk-beds (4 beds) in the second bedroom. We could walk to restaurants and the supermarket. The drive to Monkey Mia was only about 20 minutes and was where we saw dolphins and sea turtles (and dugongs via a boat trip). We had asked for a quiet unit at the caravan park, so they made sure that we were far from the playground. The staff in the office were very friendly. The chalet was very clean. I liked having a full-size fridge. The price for the chalet was inexpensive compared to most of our other accommodation choices on our trip. Though we didn't see any emus in the caravan park, we saw some in town, as well as over at Monkey Mia.
The A/C is only in the living room area, so one has to leave the bedroom doors open to get the cooler air. Luckily we were not there at the hottest time of year, so we ran the A/C before bed then shut the doors later. My husband slept in one of the bunk beds so I could get a better night's sleep. I can't remember if the bed I slept in was a double or queen, but it was too firm for me. It could definitely use a mattress topper. The bedrooms are small. We had to leave our suitcases in the living room/eating area. The shower had good pressure, but the temperature would change (get colder) periodically.

Fabulous view from chalet we enjoyed eating dinner while watching the sunset. Great barbecues.
All facilities and accommodation very clean. Would definitely recommend this caravan park for a great place to stay whether you are camping, caravanning or staying in onsite cabins.

The cabins were old and quite tired, although clean and tidy.

The ocean view and the proximity to town. The sunsets just visible from the balcony. There was no phone reception for us(not a bad thing) and no internet. Wifi connection available at front of reception. The jumping pillow was a hit with kids.
The cabin wasn't anything special. The camp-site behind was very loud. The bed sheets hard. No oven in cabin but apparently one in the camp kitchen.

Beautifully maintained grounds. Chalet was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. View was amazing. Have stayed before and will definitely stay again.

very close to the beach, easy walk into town, cabins have all you need for a comfortable stay, variety of excellent camp kitchen’s & laundries . Whole property is well laid out, spacious and different levels give a good vista from most sites

Our stay at Danham Caravan park was an excellent break from City life. We stayed in an ocean front Challet and the view was splendid!We enjoyed sunset from our balcony. Kids really loved the playground . Everthing was great. Thanks again everyone.
Shops close early so to avoid disappointment, pack lots of food

Great location, close to shops, beach and town. The place was clean and had a good kitchen.
The bed was uncomfortable and the air con was dated, there was no air con or fan in the spare bedroom for people who may need it.
