The lady in the front was very friendly; however, I am not sure if there were families living in the hotel rooms next to us but they were so loud. I had an important meeting the next day and they were up screaming, yelling, kids crying, all until 3 am. I could not sleep.

I liked the service, and the hotel was clean and pleasant, the only thing was that there was no TV control hahaha, they must have forgotten to leave it there, but everything was fine from there… 👍

Staff is mean and unfriendly. Doesn't allow late check out. All other places allow late check out at least at 11:30 am the next day.

I want my money back… there was roaches in the bed. There was roaches in the bathtub. There was a black, widow spider had to kill like it was really disgusting like I really just want my money back that hotel it was just like out-of-pocket.

Not a bad hotel and a good price. This was my second time staying there. The first time was 5 days prior and I left a sweatshirt there. I called the next day, and they said they had it. When I came back, they suddenly didn’t have it. They said someone else came to pick up a black sweatshirt just like the one I had left. I’m surprised they did not ask for ID to make sure they were giving it to the right person. I highly suggest triple checking and leave nothing behind because you will likely not get it back.

Seems to be getting more and more run down over the last couple years. Room was dirty. Bed had “white” stains. Shower was dirty. Don’t think we would be back.

Room smelled like mold and no TP was provided. When we rang the front desk the response was they could not help due to no coverage at the desk. This was unacceptable. Phoned the next day to speak with a manager and she could care less.

A non-smoking room smelled like smoke, and had a few cigarette burns around. Its basically a motel thats affordable so you dont sleep in the street. People at the front are very nice though. And yo need a $100 deposit.

I was super itchy not worth a dime I left at 7 because I never got to sleep due to sitting alone was itchy as if bed bugs.

The guy at front desk was extremely rude. No greeting hello welcome. The alarm was beeping ( low battery) I called front desk the guy said he will come take a look. After few mins there was a loud knock on the door very unpleasant.. the hotel was pretty empty. Maybe this is why cause of the bad attitude towards guest .

Everything was great exept the fact that you have to leave $100 dollars cash deposit. No card only cash. If you dont have sny cash on you they conveniently have a atm that take $5 dollars per transaction

I made my reservation in an emergency and when I got to the hotel I was told I need to have $100 cash to check in and would not take my credit card I only had $75 I feel that is terrible and no one should have to go thru that the person didn't care I had pre-paid with hotels.com and there is no discloser that cash is required after booking hotels.com should vet who they put on the site and check them out

I booked this hotel in advanced for a couple of friends, they get to the hotel @ their check in time which is 3pm & the man in the front desk told them he couldn’t find no reservations under my friends name he refuses to look at the confirmation number that was given to me when I booked the hotel so he told us to contact Expedia , keep in mind Expedia has nothing to do with this booking, I told him we booked the hotel thru hotels.com , he didn’t even try looking at the confirmation number they were showing him. He finally somehow found our reservation & said “the room isn’t ready yet” HOW ? ARE YOU GONNA TELL ME MY ROOM ISN’T READY ?! WHEN I RESERVED MY ROOM A DAY BEFORE MY STAY ! & CHECK IN TIME IS @3pm ! We didn’t check in till 4:15pm I believe. This is the first & last time I personally stay at this hotel .

Pretty ghetto. Didn’t feel safe. Got a rude awakening by the housekeeping lady when she barged into my room when I was sleeping and just stood there for a few seconds without apologizing. These people working there and the owners have no respect for guests
