Clean quiet room. Older place but it’s great for a stop over. I travel alone and safety is number one to me. It felt safe for myself and my car outside. Pet friendly with a reasonable pet fee is a bonus.

It is the best value for the money. This was half the price of our other motels on our trip and we had clean beds and a very clean bathroom. If you want more, then pay more.

When we first got there we were given one room that smelled like straight cigarettes. However, the concierge quickly moved us to a different room and was super nice and helpful. The next morning I asked for TWO extra towels and the the morning concierge absolutely refused to give me TWO towels unless I brought him my dirty ones. Also, at first he was hesitant to give us another washcloth when we only had one for two guests. The breakfast was underwhelming, if you want a waffle and cereal then perfect, if not good luck. The room was outdated, which was fine, it was still plenty comfortable. But the bathroom needed to be cleaned and the sink faucet needed to be replaced as hardly any water came out (see photo of the faucet on high with a trickle coming out). There was a dirty washcloth under the counter behind the garbage can which probably speaks for the thoroughness of housekeeping. Overall I guess it wasn’t too bad if you were just staying there for one night but for any more I would stay elsewhere. I wasn’t expecting a ton from a cheaper hotel but I was expecting better from a prominent chain.

Had stains all over the blankets mini fridge didn’t work and smelled like mildew and also the air conditioners didn’t work

Room was clean. Refrigerator was loud. Air con worked good. Good Wi-Fi. Front desk employee was friendly. Conveniently located. Bed was comfy.

If you are planning for a descent hotel with Breakfast then it’s an average recommendation. They have very limited things for breakfast. Just Waffel, coffee, some muffins and apples.

It was very noisy, the sheets were dirty. Check in was very slow. Staff was pleasant, they tried their best but unfortunately wasn't enough to make this stay pleasant.

Loved my stay it was Comfortable, Nice, Clean nd relaxing but really do hate that they didn’t hve hot Breakfast such as; eggs, potatoes nd things like that but overall my stay was pretty kool

Very good budget hotel. The staff was very nice during check-in. Great location. It is a very safe area with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. My room was clean and spacious. No complaints! You are also only like 10 to 15 minutes from downtown St. Louis.

You can tell after the pandemic hotels have a lot of work to get them back to the way they were.

i didnt like that there wasnt even a real sheet on the bed. the whole hotel had some funky smell to it. the room was just poorly cleaned there was nothing i liked about the property and will not be staying again

It was a clean room and comfortable bed. There were no frills or special amenities, but it had everything we needed. My only complaint was the TP holder was so far away and awkward from the toilet we ended up taking the roll off and sitting it on the bathroom counter.

It’s ok to lay your head down and sleep for a night. The bathroom wasn’t thoroughly clean, saw hair in tub and on floor. The beds had hair on the sheets, the refrigerator had not been wiped out and was moldy. The walls are paper thin and could hear everything in the room next door. Also, the continental breakfast was sad and not worth even going down for.

I RESERVERED A ROOM WITH A KING BED AND A ASSEIBKE BATHROOM.I GOT A ROOM WITH 2 QUEEN BEDS AND A LITTLE BATHROOM WITH A TUB I COULDNT GET IN BECAUSE I HAVE A BAD KNEE.THEY WOULDNT HONOR MY RESERVATION THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR.!!!!

Our experience was good and we enjoyed the room. We didn’t ask for any services such as sheets or towels but noticed rooms being done daily. The free breakfast wasn’t much, but for the price it was good. Laundry facilities were handy. We’ve been there before and if we return to St. Louis again, we will likely stay there.

This property is one of the nicest roadside hotels I've been in since Covid changed the world. We visited on a Saturday night, when room rates all around and in St Louis are outrageous at best. For $150 total, booked in advance, this was the best low-to-mid-price range. The hotel is not fancy, but it IS clean, and fairly well-maintained. I liked in particular that the rooms had no carpet. Everything was in working order and it looked like it had been recently painted and bathroom fixtures recently updated. Beds were comfy and clean, but not luxurious. Water was hot; a/c was cold. Could not hear other guests once we were inside the room. It was a peaceful night. The lobby is filled with beautiful houseplants - someone obviously cares to keep them thriving. Decor is Midwest grandma. Breakfast was adequate for a quick meal - cereal, waffles, apples, muffins, milk coffee, juice. Not fancy, but available and plenty, and someone on staff checked often to refill and even ask if anyone needed anything. Check-in was easy - desk person was polite and efficient. Easy access just off 64 in an unassuming spot with restaurants, gas station etc near. Just about 12 miles east of downtown - a quick, easy drive in and back after our busy day. A great spot for a place to lay your head for a more affordable option near St Louis. Would highly recommend.

Staff had forgotten to turn on the electricity to my room so I had to lug all of my luggage back down to the front desk- no elevator. My shower never worked the entire time. Next to nothing for breakfast.

The place is really out dated. When we arrived we waked in it was really old looking. We got there pretty late and when we cut on the light, Roches were crawling from one hole to the other. We reported it and they said call the manager Monday it was nothing they could do. Breakfast was horrible none of my kids would eat. Never staying again.

So far all has been Great. Great experience checking in, very clean, easy access from highway, great restaurants in the area and walking distance.

The rooms were very clean. The access for bringing luggage was available and close to all rooms. This was especially nice since we were there for a bowling tournament and had extra equipment to haul to the 2nd floor. There were several restaurants available for dining within walking distance. We chose to eat breakfast out as the continental breakfast was minimal at best. If in the area again we would consider staying there.
