Confusion about billing and room, but taken care of at check out.

wanted to use the hot tub, but it needed a cleaning...it was disgusting.

This property was beautiful! Our only complaint was that our room smelled of marijuana when we checked in.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was very clean and friendly staff. The only issue was that you can hear the walking on the above floor. I could not sleep due to the stomping of the above floor.

I would stay again it had everything I needed. A lot of food options that were two minutes away.

There was someone else’s hair all over the shower. Not just a little, a lot of 10 inch or longer dark hair that should have been easy to see. We arrived early and waited until we were told the room had been inspected as ready and clean. I went to get ready for our evening event and found all the hair in shower. We had limited time at this point and cleaned it ourself to get ready to go. Then on way out for evening I discussed it with front desk. They seemed unwilling to do anything except let the cleaning people know about it. Plus as I was out of view, proceeding to talk as they didn’t care about helping customers like me. After returning we found a bug in the bathroom also. The tv speaker was not working properly either. We have had it with any comfort suites property. We will not stay in them again. I see hotel.com as somewhat of a dis advantage in getting the best service or experience at a hotel.

Our room was 4 rooms from the pool. A young soccer girls team were running around late night from the pool. Making noise in the hall. We also had many fruit flies in our room.

The stay was really nice! The staff was really friendly when we checked in. The breakfast was good. The only problem was with the sink in the bathroom and it drained really slow. Would stay again if needed!

Stayed in a double room, very clean and good size room for a fmaily with children, love there pool and hot tub, the breakfast is amazin ,love the waffle maker. Quite and helpful staff. Not my first time here and i enjot each time i stay with my family.

Dated, a little run down, keys barely worked and staff were only mildly helpful. Ok for the price, but you won’t feel spoiled there.

This is a solid 3 star property. Don't expect more and you will be happy. The breakfast was good but great, as was the condition of the room. The overall value was good.

I felt unsafe at this location. The receptionist was wonderful but there were middle aged men everywhere. One man was waiting for the elevator and he wasnt wearing a shirt. He was loud and making a scene. I decided to go to the lounge and not ride the elevator until he was gone but he then didnt take the elevator right away and waited after visibly taking not of me and my teenage daughter. He finally left and we went to our room. Another middle aged scary looking man was leaving his room as we were arriving at our room across from him. He stopped and stared at us. Our dead bolt was broken in our room and we could hear the man across the hall entering his room and leaving his room multiple times within the first few minutes after we had arrived. The floors were dirty in our room, it smelled like feces very strongly, and there was gunk at the drain in the tub. Considering the multiple middle aged qeustionable looking men and the condition of the room, we immediatley checked out of our room that we had booked for two nights. We were not offered a refund and were still charge the $50 deposit that was required upon check in. I am waiting at this time for my deposit to be returned to me.

I like the homey feel of the entrance area. It’s too early to say what I didn’t like.

This Comfort Suites was, well, comfortable. Everything seemed clean and new and spacious. A nice place to stay if they keep the rates down, though a little far from downtown Madison. Perfect if destination is Middleton. Only complaint is A/C unit was too loud. A new facility like this that charges what they charge should have central air, not a unit by the window that makes excessive noise. Nothing comfortable about that.
