Very very old buildings. Buildings were old apt complex maybe. Had to go up an old stairway and the room smelled bad. Idk if previously a smoking unit or just musty and old smelling.
Pool and hot tub were Outside so obviously not usable.
Breakfast was meh, ok nothing special
Very disappointing as I expected better from a Wyndham property

The property is older and tired. My view out front was large blue trash cans and a staircase. The walkway was full of old leaves, not swept. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The sink did not drain properly. There is a small kitchen which I didn't need or use.

No towels in room, dirty, run down, trash from last guest still in cans. Open trash cans right outside the door. This place needs to be remodled or torn down!!!

The staff here is so wonderful and accommodating. I didn’t have a good experience with my neighbors, however. I did not feel safe and ended up leaving early — the neighbors leered around my door/window through the night into the early morning after I asked they turn down their music and that was not great. But breakfast was lovely and the check in check out was very smooth.

Very "tired" facility. Worn out carpet, lack of locks on the patio door, the bed rocked when you sat on one side, heaps of garbage right outside our door. Time for an overhaul or demo.

Exterior of buildings in need of painting and area around trash receptacle (right outside our door) was very bad and smelly.
Interior suite: extremely worn, stained flooring in kitchen, stove was quite dirty.
Missing light bulb in floor lamp, two hangers in each closet. No chest or dresser with drawers (except for tiny one in the night stand) to put clothes.
Vents in kitchen and one closet were exposed with vent covers on the floor in closet and top of the stove.
Doorknob on on closet was on the floor (I put it back on).
Registration personnel were very nice.
Breakfast was typical and adequate.
Room was clean (except for stove) but looked dirty because it is so worn and tired. Chipped paint, marks on walls, places were touched up but with a different color of paint.
Facility is just ok but I will not stay there again. Price not worth it.

Loved this stay especially for the price couldn’t have asked for a better spot! Will definitely be coming back again. I also can’t say enough how clean it was, truly the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed at even though it was a cheaper stay! Front desk was also extremely polite and very nice

It was very convenient and roomy. Only issue we had was there was no toliet-paper or extra blankets. Would stay again.

There was stuff all over the walls in the room. Sticky stuff and also just stains on the walls and furniture. The room also had an odd smell. The sheets were clean and the linens were clean but the smell of the room and the goo on the walls was disappointing. We will not be coming back.

There was paint chips coming off. The wall paint chips coming out the doorways. The little ring that's around the top of the shower was coming off the wall.
Dead light bulbs property is not kept up to standards and beware You will not get a full refund.

The room was huge but the microwave hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. There was still coffee grounds in the coffee pot. The toilet was stained black. Very dirty all over!

This is an older property with some needed deferred maintenance. I stayed in a loft suite which is ideal with two older children as this has two sleeping quarters and 2 full baths. In our downstairs main bedroom there was furniture missing in the room. One nightstand was missing a lamp and seems there should have been a chair and work table in the room. In fact one of the 2 chairs in the dinette table was a desk chair that got repurposed. We stayed on a weekend of a Packer game and on Sunday night the room was almost $500/night and then the next night on Monday it dropped to less that $250. So some "surge" pricing was going on for sure.

For the price that we paid, we thought everything was really good with the exception of the weak WiFi internet. If internet connectivity is critical, get your cellphone hotspot ready because you will need it. In the end, I would choose this hotel again.

Didn't care for the condition of the exterior of the building. Paint missing or pealing. One window was cracked horizontally. Interior was in a true need of updating. Holes in carpet, peeling wallpaper, and burn holes in a chair.

Very old facility. The first room reeked of old smoke. Luckily, we were able to be moved to a different room.

Good price. Friendly staff. Rooms are a bit old (green carpet, aging landscaping, exterior paint chips), but it's clean and comfortable if you can look past it. The kitchen has basic items for your kitchen use. Cafe Allouez is right next door which was delicious.

I was very impressed for what I paid for the night! The room was huge and all updated. I felt like I was staying inside a Mini apartment. I’m definitely going to book and stay again. Kudos on the Dove Personal Hygiene that’s exactly what we use at home and i forgot my shower stuff so to have what we already use was amazing. I didn’t have any complaints nor did the rest of my family. Thank you for the comfort and friendliness of the staff as well! They do have a strict 11pm keep the noise down policy but we didn’t mind the kids are usually in bed before that time.

Rooms were nice and large but smelled musty. Suite was stocked with dishes and towels, perfect when traveling! Good breakfast and lady at the desk was nice.

They are in the process of remodeling but the rooms were roomy and comfortable. It's almost like a little studio apartment. Very kind staff. Overall i would recommend anyone of my friends/family to stay there.

The place has turned into a dump over the last 25 years. Body hair in the sheets and bathroom when we arrived. Place not cleaned.

The front desk (Sarah) was amazing, both at check in and throughout the stay. Quick, helpful and so friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable! And the breakfast was good too, especially for being continental…they had warm food too. Only suggestion, some improvements on the outside of the buildings would help and having water fill up for guests. Overall, excellent place and highly recommend!

When we arrived, the kitchen garbage disposal did not work, the kitchen drain was mostly stopped up, and there were fruit flies flying throughout the suite. The walls desperately needed painting, and there was mold in the bathroom. It was not nearly as nice as the photos on the web made it look.

Run Down. There appears to have been no attempt to update or repair the facilities.
The kitchen sink had no plug. They left a note on the frig for us ask at the desk for bleach to get us the sanitise the cooking pans, plates and utensils, before use. (We did not use anything there). Utensils in the drawer were dirty. One knife looked like it had been used to cut a pizza and put back in the drawer.
Pillows were half normal length. Bed sheets were the wrong size for the bed and continually came off the bed during sleep.
One toilet roll was supplied for only 6 days.
Towels were not changed regularly.
The place may have been good 40 years ago.
Other than these issues the place was clean and staff was friendly.

Check-in desk very friendly and helpful. Room was great size but run down. Grounds were unkept, paint peeling of trim, stair, roof eaves. Nice location and spacious rooms, but definitely needs some upkeep. Toilet flushed so loud, we all thought it broke each time we flushed.
