Everything was great! The only issue I had with the room was the cleanliness

I told staff my flight would get in at midnite and whether there would be a ride coming to the airport. I waited 45 min while I was trying to reach the hotel - finally a ride showed up.

At check-in we were told of a parking fee that had not been listed online when we booked. That would have been ok, but the desk clerk just said, "Park on the 2nd floor and go into the hotel". It took us 3 tries to figure out where was legal to park. It was night and the signs only went so far. Then there was only one small sign showing the general direction of the hotel. Once we got in, there was absolutely no signage to the hotel or the elevator. The first elevator didn't open. We also weren't told to use the key card to select a floor. Altogether, it probably took 15-20 minutes to get to our room. My husband has mobility issues and had to walk a long way. I can't imagine ever staying there again.

Have stayed here many times. Always a clean comfortable room, and very quiet considering the size of the hotel. I plan to stay here many more times.

Room was standard 2-bef room, comfy bed. This is a business-travel oriented hotel, both in location and approach. Restaurant personnel were friendly and courteous; front desk personnel acted as though they had better things to do than assist. Glad we only stayed one night.

The bed was comfortable and staff was friendly at check in/out. We only went for 1 night but it was a pleasant stay. The breakfast was my favorite part. They had a variety and the workers maintained the area clean and stocked.

Beds were very comfortable and staff was great! Pool needs to be heated tho and jets in the whirlpool do not work so it’s basically like sitting in a bath. Parking is not ideal and you have to pay for it! Despite it being their own ramp. Also weird that it’s apartments as well.

Comfortable beds, very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free parking was a plus! The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the toilet, it took a full minute to finish flushing. Annoying for those middle of the night trips to the bathroom and others are sleeping. There was also no exhaust fan in the bathroom so after your shower it took awhile for the steam to disappear. Other than those two minor things, our stay was enjoyable!

Hot tub or sauna did not work.. no one answer the phone at front desk after 10 pm
House keepers do not knock and walk right in to see if you are checked out or not?? Parking is a long walk to rooms.. family members got stuck on the elevator

Room was dirty, pool and hot tub need work. The hot tub had tons of loose tiles and areas with missing or cracked tiles. Additionally, the jets in the hot tub didn’t work and the sauna was out of order. The whole place had a vibe of needing attention and repair.
Also, the restaurant didn’t open until 5pm and there is nowhere else in the hotel or nearby for food and drinks.

When we arrived at the hotel, we discovered the parking is about 100 yards from the front lobby, and hotel parking is at the top of the parking garage. Yes, parking at the top -- in January, in Minneapolis. There was ice and snow everywhere on the parking deck and it was hazardous just getting from your car to the door and back.

We ate at the restaurant for dinner. We sat at the bar. The woman was inattentive and ignored us for most of the time. The table server stepped up to take our order.

The staff made it uncomfortable to talk to them.
They seemed bothered when being approached. I felt the same energy from everyone I came in contact with from beginning to end. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to family or friends.

Greatly surprised this is an IHG member - no soap, “hand towels” as bath towels, inconvenient overnight parking, and awkward check in process. Will not recommend this hotel at all. Again, IHG should be embarrassed.

The hotel is in need of massive upgrades and a good deep cleaning. The pool area is very large, odd to get to, but very outdated and just looked and felt dirty. The rooms are very small, outdated and dingy looking. They need to deep clean the hotel rather than surface cleaning. Restaurant for breakfast was good, staff was very kind. It felt very different than the hotel, it was clean and had a nice cozy atmosphere. To sum it up, hotel is mediocre, needs to be upgraded and cleaned.

Upon entry there was nobody at the front desk. During my stay the coffee shop was never open, and the lady in the restaurant was rude like I was bothering her so I left.
The room was ok but was not ask described on the website. The parking lot is hard to navigate so having to pay $10 a day is a bit much.

This is our must stay hotel when we come to Bloomington. It’s clean and the staff is very accommodating and very informative on what’s going on around the city incase there’s something that might interest our family

Nice parking garage with hundreds of unused covered spaces that hotel guests are not allowed to use. It is shared with apartment residents in the same facility so for 2nd floor access to the hotel lobby you must park on the top floor in the rain & snow and use a room key to run the elevators. (took a couple days to get used to) The weight room is really great but there’s no air movement (fans or AC) so prepare to sweat. The pool seems mostly intended for the residents. It was ice cold and awkward, and smaller than it looks in the pictures. I did not buy a package that included breakfast so the very nice buffet, with tip, was quite an expensive surprise the first morning. So, I bought groceries and ate breakfast in the room the rest of my stay. The bar is quite nice. Grill service was good. It is super convenient to the airport and facilities are well laid out and the staff is fantastic.
