Clean, quiet and friendly staff!

It was great for what we came for which is as to get away for the weekend

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. But, hotel is a bit run down and the lobby smelled of cat urine. Though not the hotel managements “fault”per se, there were lots of folks hanging out and being loud in the parking lot, which is right outside the door. This, combined with loud road traffic made it hard to fall asleep.

Dirty bed spread, stain on mattress.

Could have been better, but not bad. You get what you pay for.

Check in was wonderful. Room was very clean. However, the coffee pot was missing parts. Blow dryer did not work. Microwave was missing parts. Fridge worked good.

Good price...

Non amoking room reeked of cigarettes. The front desk sprayed the room but it didnt help. I left in the morning all stuffed up and a headache.

The property is a Motel, not a Hotel. Any quality inn I've ever stayed at was an actual motel. Girl at the front dest appeared to be sleeping behind a door. Had to ring a bell and then she seemed annoyed by it. Wesite said if offered hot breakfast. Again, when i asked about that she said it was juice and prepackaged muffins. Tub was dirty and cracked. When i walked in the room the "peep" hole had a waded up tissue stuffed in it and the door wouldnt lock completely. Whoever took the pictures did a fine job at making it look much nicer than it really was. Also, the beds are harder than a rock. I would never stay here ever again. Hope this helps others looking to not waste money!

The ice machine was broken & required going to property next door for ice. However, desk attendee was willing to go get the ice for us, due to inconvenience.

Hotel was in a good area - plenty to do close by, but not stupid busy. Clean rooms, lobby and I felt safe staying there. No frills - but who needs them? I would stay here again

The property could use a little update outside,the room itself was clean and nice. The staff was really friendly and helpfull.

We reserved a smoking room with two queen beds for two adults and two teens for two nights. There were some issues but the staff resolved most of these very quickly. There was no ashtray, there was only one mini bottle of shampoo and conditioner for all of us to share, and only 3 towels. We usually bring our own toiletries from home and forgot this time. Staff was quick to assist us! There was not a glass tray in the microwave. We tried to heat coffee without the tray but it made a sizzling sound so we shut it off quickly. This did not get resolved before we left. The ice machine was broken when we arrived, we were directed to get ice at the motel next door. This kind of thing happens sometimes, not a big deal to us. Fresh hot coffee was available in the lobby at all times. Really good coffee too, I might add. The free continental breakfast had more options than I expected for such a low room price. The room had hotter water than most motels, which was great, no semi-warm showers. The staff was always friendly and professional and helpful.

The pictures of this hotel is a lie. It is not just misleading. It is a lie. There is not one thing other than the new wood floors in the rooms that are the same as the pictures, do not work here it is horrendous. I will have a hard time trusting in Expedia after this experience.

Appears updated but the comforters were torn and the bathroom appeared dirty behind the door. The floors were nice with new flooring and wall paint.

I used Expedia to book the room at the last minute. In fact it was around 11:20pm. Checked in shortly there after and was pleased with the staff as well a the cleanliness of the room and property. Within walking distance from everything one would need. Thank you.

Room smell like cigarettes, covers had cigarettes holes in it, was a crack under door so bugs was coming in. Shower didn’t have enough water pressure.

For a place to just lay our heads it was fine but the rooms weren’t super clean and definitely need a few upgrades. The pool was in sad shape. Peeling paint and no shade. There’s also flood lights for the parking lot that shone right into our room. Huge potholes in the parking lot need repaired as I thought they would flatten a tire.

Checking in was good. When we got into our room we noticed room was clean and had towels. But nothing else, no soap or ice bucket. Counter was clean of everything. Was able to get some soap from front desk but no ice bucket. Which was good since icemaker wasn’t working. Told to go to hotel next door get ice in a bag front desk provided. We’ve stayed here before without problems.

Great checkin, we stay here in bike trip 3-4 times a year.

2 day stay and trash, bedding and towels were never changed.

Please DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT stay there, my family and I suffered severely from bed bug bites!!!! They did not want to admit they have an issue with bed bugs there and that’s not ACCEPTABLE!!! The smell there is also horrible. Shower was nasty and all stained up & sheets were not clean!!!! Again I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at ALL!!!!

Room smelled like musky cigarette smoke. The ice machine was out of order. The soda and snack machine was out of order. The pool needed attention and the area around the pool has trash and plumbing sticking out of the ground.

Some young Caucasian man walking and yelling incoherently in the parking lot. Somewhat freaked me out. Later he was gone. ???Quality Inn Lake Hamilton Hot Springs Arkansas

When we arrived no one was at the front desk. There was a sign that they would be back in 15 minutes. After check in, we went to the room, which had a smell. My daughter pulled back the sheets, and found blood spots on the sheet. I called for housekeeping immediately. The front desk guy came with sheets to change them, and was not cordial or apologetic in the least. I will 100 percent not be staying here again.

Great location! You could tell it used to be a smoking room,it had a stale cigarette smell. The pillows were to small,like travel size.

Clean nice room. Great price and breakfast. Gentleman that checked me in was super friendly. Only complaint was that I put the do not disturb sign on my door and the housekeeper still came in and cleaned my room.

Internet Service is bad and could not connected to WiFi.
