Satisfied. Note: Sadly, the “Indoor” pool is detached from the Hotel (one must walk outside to and from it; not a good idea during cold weather, especially with little ones!!!): the Hotel does Not disclose this inconvenience.

The staff is incredible. From the front desk team to the restaurant, everyone is very nice and helpful. In a world where good service is hard to come by, they are what excellence looks like.

I was givin an AdA room and everything was fine until we turned the heater on it was loud and gave off a rotten stench that was so bad we left at 4:00am even though checkout time was 11:am Room 109

Easy checkin. Staff (front and property) is really helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Indoor pool and hot tub was awesome.

Jessie, the front desk clerk , was amazing at helping me sort out some issues caused with this third party app. I guess what hotel.com provides or whatever request you make does not get forward to the front desk? The best bet is to go through the hotel front desk and tell them what you need personally.

The rooms are outdated. The air conditioning blasted arctic air directly at the bed, and, when off, the room intantly turned hot and stuffy. Very hard to find a comfortable temperature. Also, the water smelled and tasted swampy.

We had a room on the first floor that looked out onto the parking lot. There were no blackout curtains so light and sound streamed right in. The toilet backed up, twice. Our room keys didnt work, twice. We were there 3 nights. Hookers were a regular sight in the parking lot. The usual buffet breakfast weve had for free at every other Holiday Inn weve ever stayed with was 15 bucks a person and so not worth it. I travel a lot and IHG hotels have always been a constant mid level hotel i can count on. I will never stay at this one again.

When we check-in around 12 midnight, they gave us a squeaky bed and the fridge was wide open having spilled soda at the bottom. The bathroom or the room in general has a musty smell. All in all the staff are friendly but the actual building itself needs improvement.

Four nights meant four nights of no sleep! They have got the hardest beds I have ever felt in my life!!! Plus the pip all around us basically live there and have pets that bark all night and if they aren’t barking the people next to you are super loud

As a female traveling alone this location is very good. Close to the freeway, but no street noise. Surrounding area is safe and the hotel location was also safe. A little bit of hallway noise but not bad. The was a little to firm for me and I placed a salad in the frig and in the am it was frozen.

The shower didnt work and we didn't discover this problem until the morning of checkout, so we didn't call the front desk for repair. What was the point if we were getting ready to leave. We did tell the front desk at checkout, so they could fix it before placing someone else in that room.

No heads up the bar would be closed yet advertisement of happy hour in the room. I had to switch rooms because the first room shower was broke. And I was told when booking breakfast was $12 for adults and free to children I was charged $15 and the breakfast is continental it is NOT worth $15.

Overall the hotel is good, but breakfast is pathetic. It’s a fraud in the name of buffet breakfast. Anything you want is not on buffet table they’ll bring it from kitchen & will say “we’re bringing fresh for you”.

I liked that our patio door led to a beautiful open sitting area. The pool was clean , and staff were extremely friendly , and helpful !
