The room was clean. The staff were nice.

Shuttle service ignored our calls (about 10)and kept us waiting out in the cold for 1 1/2 hours. AA customer baggage service called them at midnight and finally someone came.

Hotels.com promoted pet friendly (no fee) and airport transportation. My flight was delayed and I arrived to the hotel exhausted (my issue) at 12:00am. I called the hotel to be informed that the transportation stopped at midnight. Your website did not mention that. I paid a taxi $20 to get to the hotel. Waited 20 minutes because the family in front of me had no room for their reservation. Finally gave them a room with 1 bed for 4 people and blankets for 2 to sleep on the floor. Then I was informed there was no room for my reservation. The desk clerk called Holiday Inn and was told I could go there but no transportation. So I told the clerk I had to go back to the airport in what now was 3 hours, so I was not calling a cab, paying him and maybe get a couple hours in a room. So I went in sat in the lobby. Around 1:30 I was told they were going to clean a room for me. At 2am the room was ready. Ok so at 4 am I left the room to get the transportation. The room was supposed to be $110. My card was charged $159+. Needless to say this turned into a horrible experience!

No hot water. Hotel knew they didn't have hot water but continued to take reservation and book customers at full price without notifying them. Offered no discount when brought to their attention. Greed and poor business practices. Do not recommend this Hotel

The room was nice size, big bed, priced well for an overnight stay, lobby was bright and pretty, staff was very pleasant upon my entry and exit. This was my first time stay at a La Quinta property. The only few things I just must comment that could be very improved is general room cleaning. So the bathroom & bed were excellent however the sofa in room had a layer of dust on both the arms of sofa and entire back pillow area. I peeked out the rooms window and very visible stains of red juice or product were on the curtains that lay inside the room for decor. That’s just clear housekeeping neglect to only clean the things people will use to sleep and shower but ignore the rest. I immediately thought would my allergies bother me with that much dust and unwashed curtains hanging near the cooling system I had turned on. So far I’m ok but I suffer too from asthma so it was a valid concern.

I chose this hotel to stay one night after leaving Atlantic City to be closer to Philadelphia airport. Let’s just say I made a mistake. Won’t stay here ever again.

This is a very old hotel, that the owners have decided to renovate by slapping a fresh coat of paint on the old doors & walls. Closing the door will wake up the whole floor. Breakfast is minimum & old. At the $105.00/night I totally overpaid for this hotel. It is a smear on La Quinta brand name.

Great location, service to airport great. Only minor issue room not exactly as advertised. No coffee maker in room. Coffee available in the lobby.

Overall, my stay was worth the money. It was alright. It wasnt the cleanest but it definitely was not the worse. The hotel felt old with a lot room for improvements. Blood stain drops in the elevator. I found a cigarette, chap stick, and hair. Again, not the best cleaning hotel but it was alright overall. Breakfast was good. Continental. Had waffles, eggs, sasage, cereal and others. Also there is a Dennys 2 doors down.

Room was dirty . The door was off the hinge to the connecting room . Hair in the bathroom. Got bitten by bugs. Mold in the tub.

Friendly front desk attendant and was very helpful. Nice that there was a shuttle for 4am. Rooms are falling apart.

Upon check in were shuffled thru 2 rooms because the were not cleaned, the 3 room was clean but the TV was brand due to renovation and not functional but somewhat quickly resolved. All in all it was ok. The staff was amazing

On the day that I wanted to take a shower, the water was off. I called the front desk to see if there was an issue and the person I spoke to said a pipe had burst and they were working on it. I feel like that should’ve been communicated properly to the people who stayed at the hotel. We did not get a new set of towels for a 2 day stay and there were no toiletries in the bathroom.

Smelled like marijauna. No extra pillows available. Room had 1 bed although I booked two beds. Room seemed to not be vacuumed. Shower wouldn't get hot. Breakfast not very good and ran out and took a while to refill.

So straight forward no hidden fee and worth every penny

The room was adequate. The bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke. A group down the hall had a loud and physical argument at 4am that involved the police.

The first room they put me in, someone had smoked in the restroom, the second room the security lock at he door was busted off.

They gave me a room with bed bugs I took pictures show the front desk this place is not safe at all saw a man walking almost naked know children and families are here is super unsafe this place neds to do a deep cleaning outside alot of trash as well

The temperature regulator wasn’t functional in the room and the room temperature that I had to deal with was 60 F. Very poor experience.

I don't know what the people with the one star reviews are expecting from a $100 a night airport hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding looked and smelled freshly laundered. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The front desk staff was very friendly.

The bathroom was dirty and there was mold in the shower. There was no orange juice during breakfast and the apple juice was empty before I could get a second cup.

Late flights do not get the free transportation to the hotel. This restriction should be announced in the website

Room was in a bad state. Looked like they tried to fix the room but was fixed by amateurs. Lots of holes on the walls, ceiling looked like it would come down at any time electrical outlets missing covers, closet had. It hangars. I would not stay there again.

Staff were polite and courteous. The property is dated, and need a face lift, furniture are old. Upon entering the room there was a dirty wash cloth on the floor behind the entry door. Bathroom ceiling paint is peeling away. Didn’t see the big water stain in the ceiling upon entry until in the morning, disgusting. Stains are visible on the top sheet. Had to take it off was grossed out. However the only thing I like was the bed was comfortable, needed one night for cancel flight. Don’t think I will return . La Quinta can do much better stay at other ones before, not the same experience at all,
