The number one issue is the elevators. Sometimes there were 30 or 40 people in line waiting to get an elevator. It seemed like there was only one running also, I don’t like having to pay extra for room service that’s always been included.

Great hotel. Huge rooms which are comfortable. Only negative is the shower isn’t so good. It works, but is fixed in a position and the tub didn’t drain for over an hour when showering.

I requested a room on the adult side and was told there were none but after doing research the hotel staff was able to find the perfect room we had a very nice experience and best of all it was nice and quiet.

Was not happy with the bed very.uncomfortable.hard to get a good nights sleep

Was stated i was booking a one bedroom suite ended up in a regular room at suite room prices. Placed onto the 18 floor was hoping fir a good few all i got to see was a parking lot and other casino. For two days the elevators barley running on check out we had to walk down from the 18th floor. I will not be returning to this place and i will no longer be booking through hotels.com

We never made it to Laughlin, a truck side side side swipe on the highway and the right side mirror and passenger window. So we had to drive directly home. Would definitely appreciate a refund due to the unfortunate circumstance, it would be truly appreciated

The walls are so thin. The rooms on either side and above me were very loud, they were partying all night and I was there for a business convention, so it was difficult to sleep.

Good Hotel with good people. Good Parking

Went for a getaway and check in was great super fast. Room was clean. Hvac was loud and rattled whwn it turned on . Casino floor was clean and table grames where great service where on point . Outback for dinner was a different story will not eat there again. Waited a hour and half to get seated. Food was cold. And chz was not wven melted. Service was slow but understandable because it was packed. No may options for late night snack and breakfast not open early had to wait till 7 so we didnt eat there.

Whether was awesome, room was good except a stain on the desk chair other than that it was a good experience

Nice stay, overall. Check in process went smoothly and staff were very friendly. We were asked if we had a floor preference when checking in, which we didn’t, but we did ask for a room close to an elevator and were granted our request. The room was comfortable, although it wasn’t the cleanest. Nothing major, found a hair in shower, was old dried up feces or something on the bottom of the toilet seat, hairball on bathroom floor; some paint chips and crud here and there. The tv was pretty small. Great dining options and loved the smoke free bar/casino section. We’ll definitely be back.

Nice hotel especially for the price. We ate at the Cove bar, pretty awful food but the view and martini was good.

It was a nice stay. Laughlin isn't too bad and this was in the heart of everything. It's a casino so it's on par with the laughlin vibe. Good people and vibe. Music group was fun and the tables were good. Customer service was amazing and breakfast specials were good.

Always Live staying at the Aquarius

It is extremely clean and comfortable. Very relaxing stay. The staff was very friendly. Would stay here again and would recommend.

Traveling through and and thought we should stay there for the night and have dinner and a good time with some friends we are traveling with

It's was a good stay but I do have to say the hotel rooms are out dated and the beds are old, the mattresses had to be the worse beds I've ever slept in!! My back hurts so much! Housekeeping was amazing and very attentive!. I work at a hoteI in Vegas and I wish our Housekeeping team was as good!!

Check in was super easy as it was around 10pm. Staff was friendly, courteous at the front desk. The process took maybe 4 minutes total and I was off to my room. No frills room. Very standard and can use a refresh/remodel soon. View left alot to be desired as it was just of an empty parking lot. Checked out in the morning and that was easy too. Overall, a smooth stay.

the hotel was clean and the employees especially helpful and friendly. Our complaint concerns the lack of handicap parking especially for the amount of seniors that frequent the Aquarius.

The room had some wear and tear. It needs to be repainted and upgrade the bathroom. It was clean and staff are great.

Great view of the river and the front desk staff were very nice and helpful. We surely enjoyed our over night stay.

Bad: The bed was very hard. You could hear people walking around above you. The air-conditioning didn't work quite as well as I wanted. Good: The water was hot. The pillows and towels were soft. There was a fridge and coffee maker. Lots of convenient food options. Parking was easy. Check-in was quick. I had a view of the river
