The staff are very nice here. Hotel was clean and stay was perfect!

Good hotel, the only disappointment was that the pools were closed due to “renovations” which I didn’t see anything going on. Other than that I definitely recommend this place

Room was musty, smelled awful. There was a crowd of people in the hall running around and yelling until 3am…wound up with 2 hours of sleep. Choose someplace else to stay!

Even on New Year's Eve, it was very quiet. No problem sleeping.

Did not like we had bed bugs in my bed

Room 302....bed bugs found the next morning. Front desk did nothing. They said someone would call. It's been 6 days... nothing! I've reached out 3 times to speak to someone... nothing!

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, NOT TO COMPLAIN MUCH. BUT: THE TUB RAN 24/7. I SAW A MAINTENANCE MAN IN THE HALL. HE SAID IT IS A BROKEN PART AND WAS ON ORDER. I TOLD THE FRONT DESK. I THINK I WAS TALKING TO A WALL. NO RESPONSE. SO THE SPLASHING FROM THE TUB SPOUT WAS ALL OVER THE FLOOR. I HAD TO KEEP WIPING IT UP. I DON'T LIKE WALKING ON A WET FLOOR AT NIGHT HALF A SLEEP . WELL JUST THINK IF I SLIPPED. I AM NOT A HAPPY CLIENT. THE ROOM SHOULD BE BLOCKED OFF TILL IT IS FIXED BEFORE SOMEONE DOSE GET HURT. YOURS GREGG EVANS

I was very dissatisfied with this hotel. The pictures that are online are very deceiving online. It looks like it’s very clean and very updated after checking in and getting to our room. We realized that it was not updated. The rooms were very dingy and dark. it was missing some of the trim, and the very noticeable areas, the walls were very dingy and dirty. The light above the shower kept flickering it would not work. It was very loud and you could hear everything the people in the room above and people walking through the hallways. My personal opinion it was not worth $228 a night , so I was very displeased, but had no other choice but to stay there. It was missing the rods to open the curtains. But on a good note, there was absolutely no bugs. The white comforters on the beds looked very old and stained up. I actually went to the store and bought a blanket and stuff to actually sleep with.

The building was run down and falling apart. Peeling wallpaper, cracks that were poorly painted in the headboard of both beds, mold on the ceiling above the shower,and many other examples. We were given no notice that the pool was out of commission which feels intentional. Paying $250 a night to stay there is outrageous. I would not pay $100 to stay there.

It was a alright stay. I was a little bummed out that the indoor pool was down. That was the main reason for booking this so the kids could swim at night when we arrived and after daily activities

The staff at this location was absolutely amazing! Very polite, considerate, and hospitable! However, the room was stale and the sheets felt gritty even though they appeared clean. The pool was very disappointing after viewing the pictures online. The water was clean, but there were stains, rust damage on the ladder, and one side of the steps closed with piles of caution tape floating around in the water. Would likely not choose this hotel again.

The pool was cold there was no hot tub. It had yellow caution tape around it. And talking to people it hasn’t be working in months. At the price we paid it was very disappointing. Won’t stay there again

The pool was not in very good condition. The hot tub was closed down. It definitely did not look like the picture online.

Check in was not good. I called for an early check in and I understand that sometimes that is not possible, but if you promise a call back and then get irritated when I call you that is just bad service. The TV kept cutting off at the end of several shows I was watching and the AC must have been not working because it felt better in the hallway than in my room which was too humid! I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE!

When I arrived they didn't have my reservation because it never got put in there system. Not sure who dropped the ball but I was lucky they had rooms available. Front service desk was nice and helped work through the problem. Rooms not to bad did find a sock in one room so not sure how well they cleaned. Hot tub was down and part of pool had caution taped saying use other side of the steps. There was some holes in ceiling around fire sprinkler heads must have just been replaced. Didn't sleep to well bed know kinda hard. Breakfast was good though! All in all not bad stay.

The pool steps had caution tape around them, whirlpool area closed, exercise room closed. Air vents taped to ceiling in pool area. Coffee pods supplied did not fit the coffee pots in the room.

They need more restaurants around there.Too many fast food

Convenient to our meeting in Troy. Reservations were made almost a month prior to our meeting. Requested 1st floor, king-size bed and wake-up call. We were told this could be done and we paid a premium rate due to the fact it was premium season rate. Will not stay here again. No apologies at the desk and we didn't feel like appreciated guests. This has never happened at any other Hampton Inn and we have always used Hampton Inn in our travels. Disappointed.

Staff at checkin was very friendly & accommodating

The pool area was filthy. The ground around the pool was chipped and uneven pavement. The hot tub was broken and closed off. The doors to the room were so loud when other guests would go in and out.

We were unable to stay at the Hampton Inn in Asheboro because their computer system was down nationwide and they were unable to check us in. We also checked with the Hampton Inn in Greensboro and they were also unable to assist us because of the computer issue. They recommended that we try another facility.

Didn't really get to view much but elevator and halls. It seemed to be clean.

Nice clean room

We loved the property. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only down fall was the the hot tub was out of service. After our long day of walking at the Zoo it would have been lovely.
