This hotel is really run down. Very dirty room.

The manager was excellent! Check in went well, accommodations were good! Breakfast was excellent! It met our expectations!

Paper thin walls, heard noise in room all night.

Disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The carpet was dirty, bathroom floor and shower had not been cleaned. My husband did a quick wipedown before using the toilet.

Sioux Falls stunk like wet dog food from the meat packing plant. It was winter. The window was open when I got to my room. That meant it was 31 degrees in there and smelled like wet dog food.

This place is as extremely run down the room smelled so musty, the area was scary and the front desk staff was never at the front desk

Was unfortunately not a good stay. The room while being repainted was still run down, beds old and uncomfortable. Odd sliding pocket door on bathroom that made it impossible not to wake everyone when you used it. hot tub jets broken, out of coffee and the state of the breakfast room made me turn around without grabbing anything. There was 6 inches of packed snow around the property due to not plowing when there was none anywhere welse on the attached business lots.

I called ahead to see if the hot tub was operational, staff said yes. Room was booked. Upon arrival staff said to not touch the newly painted walls. The problem was there was a crew in the process of painting the main hallway. It was quite a mess. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that they were painting. The crew was done @7:00 pm and had everything cleaned up. It was just disappointing to have not been told when I was on the phone with the staff member the day before arrival. Otherwise, most likely 4.5 stars.

Handy...food next door. The building is need of more repairs. There were people working on it, but things were worn and could be a little cleaner. I felt safe & employees were helpful.

Very kind employees. Nice quiet stay. Hot breakfast in the morning. Coffee in the room.

Sleep Inn was a really nice surprise. Rare price for a really nice environment on the inside. The neighborhood is a little shady but I felt safe and really liked my room!!

We booked this room for a medical appointment and it fit the bill perfectly!! Easy to find, rooms were very clean, beds left a little to be desired but overall a great place to stay!!

Breakfast was good. The staff was helpful. The area was kind of shady where we checked in, mostly because of the people sitting out front and coming and going in the lobby. Not sure if they were living there, just hanging out , or what! Once other customers started showing up and we checked into our room ,it seemed more normal. Short walking distance to the denny sanford center, for the concert we were there for. The hallways could have used some vacuming and the place has a lot of wear and tear. The beds weren't bad, could use new pillows.

Did not have my reservation for 2 rooms, 2 other parties had same thing happen moments before we tried to check in. Hotel said they were full, didn’t seem to care or offer to suggest another hotel

Where do I begin? Immediately when we walked in I got “Roadway Inn” vibes which is an immediate red flag. We get to the room and while it was somewhat clean, we noticed a hand print on the black closet that was in the room and the smoke detector was hanging off of the ceiling, not properly placed. We got dressed and went to dinner and then a concert. We got back around 1030pm and attempted to sleep but after an hour of other people yelling and swearing and hitting walls and doors and after attempts to get people to be respectful we left. The employee at the front desk refused to help and even rolled his eyes at my wife when we said we were checking out. We left at 1130. I attempted to get a refund( I wasn’t expecting it) and was told that because the bed and been layed in and the shower appeared to be used( I turned it on to see if it even worked) I was told there would be no refund. I have never ever left a hotel early out of a poor environment and lack of care from employees. I wouldn’t put my worst enemy at this location. 10/10 do not recommend.

Needs updating. Dated and dirty.

Older hotel. The lobby is welcoming, seems recently renovated. Appearance of rooms not bad at first glance. There were numerous stains on the carpet of our your. The shower leaked all over the floor and appeared to have mold in the caulking. The noise from the halls carries easily into the room. There is a fridge and microwave in the rooms. Our microwave beeping constantly if plugged in, but technically there was a microwave. This hotel is very convenient if attending an event at the Sanford arena

Grèeted with a warm welcome when we checked in. Bed and room were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious- coffee was great.

The service was good. The breakfast was adequate. The area around the hotel doesn’t feel safe because of being by a casino and homeless people around.

I enjoy my stay every time I'm there but I hate the fact the secured doors don't always work and that you have to walk all the way to the opposite end of the building. The doors all need to be fixed and their desk chairs need to be replaced because when you go to lean back you you about fall backward and almost fall. The chairs have been an issue since my very first stay.

Good for the price.

Decent place if you just need a place to sleep. Room was very small and needs some updates. Bathroom only had a pocket door so not much privacy. Bedding had stains all over it. Large gap under the door to the hallway which made it very noisy when people were walking by. Location was convenient if you are going to the airport or DS Premier center. It does have a casino in the parking lot which brought some sketchy people.

We were very happy with our stay, the staff was great. The room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and felt very safe. The breakfast were fabulous and a wide variety of options. There’s not a thing to complain about. So glad we chose the Sleep In . It also for the places we got a chance to see it was well located.

Clean, no frills hotel stay for one night while on the road. Affordable rate and friendly staff. Convenient to the interstate, but there aren't many restaurant options immediately nearby, but plenty a mile or two away in downtown Sioux Falls.

The room was clean and nice... The staff was professional

No elevator. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 930. I got there at a few minutes before 9 and virtually nothing was left. Not even sure if they ever had bagels or anything like that out. All that remained was a smattering of eggs, a few sausages links and the waffle machine. The room was OK, but pretty sure I’d never stay there again.
