Upon arrival, check in was at3:00.We arrived at 10 minutes before and were told we would have to pay $20.00 for early entry. Needless to say we waited the 10 minutes. When entering the room the door was wide open, bathroom light on and toilet full of urine and toilet paper. Vending area, ice machine, washer, dryers all had permanently out of order signs on them. All in all, a do so stay

Stay every year PERFECT

Customer service was good. However, the conditions of the hotel were very poor. The AC Units outside of the suites were rusty. The smell in the hotel was repugnant. Perhaps the hotel should consider a make over and for sure changing the carpets. Although their staff was friendly I wouldn't stay in that hotel again.

The room was fine but the hotel itself is in desperate need of renovation. Doesn’t make a person feel very safe. The Denny’s is great and very convenient.

I did not stay at this hotel as it did not feel safe. The pictures on the website are totally misleading. The room in the pictures does not exist in this "hotel." I was greeted with the smell of weed when I opened the entry hall door to the hotel. There is no elevator. Only two levels, but I still had a lot of stuff to carry up the stairs. The smell in the hallway was indescribably horrible. There were more stains than clean carpets in the hallway and room. An ionizer had been used in the room, but the bedding still smelled like smoke. I've seen cleaner bathrooms in gas stations. The drop ceiling tiles were water and mildew stained in the room and bathroom and sagged in places. I stayed about 5 minutes and was lucky because I was close enough to home to just leave.

The hotel was dirty the wall in the bedroom in the hotel room had a bigger hole in the wall it’s smell bad. Scared to put my feet on the floor scared to use the bathroom

Hotel needs cleaned and rooms need some upkeep. Maybe remodeling, not sure. Ice machines didnt work. Wasnt worst hotel i have ever stayed at, but definitely not best.

Hotel was a little older but still nice. Thw rooms were good and appears to be well maintained and clean. The outside of the hotel could use a little bit of a remodel but that didnt effect our stay at all. The lady at the front desk was very nice.

Everything was great except the bed was too loft for me. Back issues.

We checked in and went to the room. The hallways were musty and smelled like vomit. Everything in the room was worn out and reeked of cigarette smoke. We just checked right back out and went to another hotel.

Doors didn’t work properly, whole place in disrepair, no elevators, had to walk a mile to our room because the nearest door was broken. Saw a sign that washer and dryer was out of order, ice machine was out of order, no coffee maker, broken tvs sitting in hallway, broken furniture in room, bathtub looked dirty. They should have paid us. Don’t be fooled by their pics online.

Booking agent said pool and HOT TUB were working two different times i called. the room smelled musty and like old cigarette smoke. Choice hotels used to be a good choice and the last 2 Choice Hotels we stayed in have a lot to be desired. Not Good Choices. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was a great deal for what I paid for it. Just be willing to put up with a few small problems. For example the tub being slow to drain. Also having to walk down to get towels on multiple day stays. However still a great value for a great location and a great staff.

Do not Stay here!!!!! Homeless hotel. I paid hotels.com up front got to the hotel and the hotel said i never paid hotels.com and charged me again and when i showed them my payment to hotels.com they copped a attitude and told me they will not refund my money i had to send my credit card number to a email address. No phone number to talk to anyone in corporation no address no nothing. The front desk told me it wasnt thier problem. Hotel smelled of mold. In my room there were 20 roaches on my bed. Bathroom walls had black mold. Its not a ramada in or owned by whyman hotels anymore. Very dangerous area and major drug sales. In parking lot was asked by 8 people if i wanted to buy meth or coke and hotel wouldn't do anything about it. Only one security door worked to get in. Asked Titusville police about the hotel and they told me to get out of there if i valued my life. I moved to another hotel after 4 hrs at this motel and was able to salvage what business trip i could. Again beware of this place.

When we arrived the person at the desk told us we needed to accept whether the room was suitable before we could check in. I had never seen this before so asked why and they said this was their policy (actually not suitable). There was smell of weed smoke in the halls and a strong moldy smell (there were fans in the hallways attempting to mitigate this without success). We had other concerns with the bed which I was unable to verify so won't go into here. Even though it was 11:30pm and I was traveling alone with a 6 and 9 year old, we decided to Uber to another hotel 30 miles away at midnight (rather than stay overnight, even though we were already fully paid). I generally don't leave reviews but think it is important travelers know what they are getting. Apparently this hotel changed the name but the Uber driver said this was the old Ramada. While there were a few very nice people both living there and at the desk this location may have dangerous elements as well associated with significant drug usage. I've stayed at a wide range of hotels (including lower priced motels over time) so really left out of health and safety concerns. This was a road trip so I would have just left early in the morning if it seemed safe to stay as a woman with children. I have never left a hotel without staying before due to such concerns and have stayed at hotels hundreds of nights over the last decade. I really hope the business is able to address these issues for future travelers.

We ended up not staying. We reserved the hotel room in July, when we arrived we found out that Ramada was sold in August and no longer exists in that location. The new hotel didn’t show our reservation of course and we left after a few calls to Ramada and Hotel.com customer service that took almost 3 hours

The room was very nice and clean. It was very quiet and very affordable! Check in was fasts and efficient although staff was all business. I loved having an alarm clock in the room and a sink in the bathroom. Nice sized refrigerature. Really decent. Only complaints were cigarette smell in hall but no smoking allowed on premises, so glad for that. Room smelled nice. Staff was not super welcoming but was courteous. I will stay there again and recommend

People talking loud late at night so i could sleep properlu

Not very happy to show up and expedia and the hotel had a miscommunication and i was denied a room at 1 am. Not really sure why the hotel didnt inform me so that i could book a different room on the way to my destination. So you get a bad review for not doing due diligence

For $77 it was serviceable. The place is definitely older and you can feel it when you walk into your room. Bathroom area wasn't the cleanest and our TV was falling off of the wall along with no remote. They had a nice pool area though and Denny's being attached was convenient for dinner and then breakfast the next morning. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

This location was extremely dirty. Bad smell. We check in at 10:00pm and left 30 minutes after to another hotel near bad.. it was extremely nasty

Room appeared clean but stank to high heaven. Crap splatter on toilet when we arrived. Homeless encampment fifty feet from where you park. Half the TV channels not working nor was the WiFi. I stayed long enough to book a different property and now I am going to have to do a CC dispute. Pot smell wafting through the hallway and staff outside imbibing in same

Place was fine its an older hotel. Don't expect the most modern facility. Ok place to sleep and crash after being a tourist.

By chance, multiple police showed up at the facility to respond to a domestic issue. Even though it was uneventful, having 8 police officers show up at the same time was very concerning. The facility changed ownership in the 5 months that I had made reservations and none of those reservations transferred, so it took a while to get us checked in. The room was missing a phone, microwave, and ice bucket. The TV was not in service throughout the facility. It was late at night so we waited until the next day to leave on the 2nd day of a 5 night stay.
