Middle of the night, couldn’t sleep so stepped out onto the little patio for some air. Wear shorts and a t-shirt, after a minute turned to go inside and the sliding door wouldn’t. I WAS ALONE….called the desk from my cell which I thankfully had, and called the desk. They said they were sending someone up. 10 minutes pass, freezing at this point, I call back. Any second now I was told. 20 minutes, and 2 more phone calls later, some guy came into the room and opened the door. I immediately packed my stuff, handed over the keys, and left for another hotel….in the middle of the night!! No explanation, no apology. Waiting for a refund.

Quick overnight so my daughter could go to a concert in the city. Proximity to Skytrain and restaurants was a big pro. We have stayed here many times before. Our go to.

Would have been great to have an EV charger available.

Beautiful view, clean room & nice restaurant onsite

Stayed for 2 nights,close to SkyTrain and boathouse restaurant is connected to hotel.overlooks Fraser River from your room balcony.theres an amazing pub/restaurant called Kelly O'bryans that you can walk to in five minutes and the food is fantastic and they have a huge cocktail menu.hope this helps :)

Clean and friendly staff. Rooms are a little dated could use a refresh
