Great staff, nice hotel with great location. I asked for a quiet room and they delivered! The AC didn't seem to be cooling but I didn't mention it.

Excellent customer service. Allowed us to leave/keep our bags safe until our room was ready,, and again after checkout. Rooms are clean, well maintained. Great cleaning service. Ton of staff available, friendly and asking how they can help you, even without asking. Great location, walking distance to time square, central park, subway, Rockefeller Center. Safe neighborhood, easy to get to and find. Will stay again

Housekeeper decided since I had nothing in the closet that I left early hy a day but I had a charger on the night stand, clothes in the drawers and toiletries in the bathroom they decided to remove my items from the fridge and I complained but no replacements were made.

The convenience of being near to walking to the upper east side was the incentive. What we particularly enjoyed was that as a smaller hotel it felt cozy and clean. Desk staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast in the hotel dining area was lovely and the service exceptional.

This is a great spot, will definitely be back. Rooms are well appointed. Building is a bit dated, but with charm. Great service, wonderful staff. Would be great with children as well.

Great stay and we are going back in April. Just be aware that there are interior rooms which face the inside - no sky visible from the lower floor. Can't be helped - but the room makes up for it very nicely. It's good for someone who does not want to hear the city traffic.

Upon arrival, a new room was provided when I asked as my original booking had a ratty cover on the bed. When the lady at reception saw the pictures of the stains , another option was quickly provided.Still, no apology was offered so it was a bit odd. After that welcome things ameliorated. The staff were very friendly and efficient. I would return and recommend !

Great hotel, nice decor, great location close to everything. We had a suite that was well appointed and comfortable. The sleeper sofa was very adequate for an adult to sleep in.

The staff were wonderful. They seemed genuinely interested in delighting us. The room was fantastic. We had breakfast and lunch and we really happy. Drinks in the bar were the best. We really enjoyed our 3 days and it was so close to everything we wanted to do.

It was last minute decision to go into NYC to see the Christmas decor.
All was great.
Only problem was room was very hot and we could not get the AC to work. In the hotel’s defense we just cracked the windows since we were only staying one night.
Everyone was super friendly, hospitable, and efficient. The hotel has a great “old school” boutique hotel vibe. We really liked it. Parking was free and just around the corner at a garage.

I tried to check in at 3. They told me my room would not be teady for 40 minutes. 3 was check in time. The older gentleman next to me checking in got his room immediately and a description of the hotel amenities. I got a late room and no warm check in. Not a hotel for women

The hotel is in a great location; very central and easy to get anywhere in Manhattan by subway. The hotel is somewhat aged but well maintained. The room was in a good shape and reasonably sized for a suite. The bathroom was tiny. It was difficult to control the heat/AC so we had to open the windows to cool the rooms off. The hotel staff were friendly and responsive.
