It was a nice stay, but was unaware the pool was closed for matenice for 2 weeks, so my child was a little disappointed.

I purchased this room at an excellent rate (non -refundable). The staff were great, dining was great and the hotel (even though it’s an older establishment that was from the Holiday Inn days) is in excellent shape and is positioned in the heart of Corner Brook. Very close to other amenities and is nicely placed for an evening stroll, etc.

First of all I booked a king suite and they gave me a double bed room instead. Told me they never looked at our reservation. After that some random guy just opened our room without knocking. The light switch did not work on our lamp. The beds were terrible to sleep on. Bathroom is very old. Had a Luke warm shower at best. If the next room had a shower or use the toilet you can hear everything, it’s very loud. The windows are all fogged up. This hotel is located in a great area BUT it needs a major upgrade. Unfortunately we will not be back again.

Had an OK stay. We had a poor view and we were right next to the linen room so it was VERY loud in the morning and all day for that matter. If we stay again I will definitely request to not be near that room. The best part of our stay is that we were in walking distance of the few things we wanted to do! The underground parking was a plus too!

Staff checked wrong box indicating we did not have pet when we did. Then confined us to our room to keep watch on dog.

This hotel is a bit run down and requires some maintenance to be sure. The room was clean enough but quite small. the chairs and table in the room is a nice touch tough. The pool was convenient for the kids however, I found it a touch dirty. The location was good. Walking distance to a number of restaurants

This is an old hotel and it shows. Very small rooms, only double beds, small bathroom, separate bath and vanity. We booked it for the pool and my son only used it once because it was very small as well. This hotel needs to be overhauled to bring it into the 21st century.

The property was clean and up-to-date. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant has good food. We were pleased with our stay and would stay there again.

The front desk staff great ! Asked for a late check out and it was no problem.. rooms are clean , kept up maintenance, great deal for the corner brook area , close to hospital & shopping & eating

Needs serious upgrades the room itself was clean but could use a facelift.i checked in with my father who had just had open heart surgery, had a room near the elevator, shortly after check in the elevator gave out. Cant believe a hotel that size has only 1 elevator. Luckily enough he could walk downstairs, the staff were awesome and very helpful.
I paid 160+ for this room on hotels.com, a charge of 200. Was also put on my visa as a hold which still hasnt been returned and i was offered no discount for the inconvience.i would recommen this place only as a last resort. I had stayed there before and had an awesome experience. Hats off to Zack at the front desk and the porter (never got his name) who did awesome work getting my dad down all the stairs in the morning.

The hotel was in a convenient location close to our frends and all the places we wanted to see plus the hotel pool was a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

This hotel has become so rundown. Definitely not worth the price. The room felt dirty, musty and very outdated. We were apparently on the "quiet" floor, if that's the case, I would've hated to be on one of the other ones. To top it all off, there isn't nearly enough parking spaces.

The toilet in our room was loose everytime you sit and stand you could feel it move. Housekeeping was great. The staff on check in was much friendlier than on check out. Overall was a great stay. Will visit again
