I booked a king bed and it wasn’t available. Left early in the morning and no staff but someone sleeping on a couch in the lobby.

Never stayed, never was refunded. Beds not freshly made. Place smelled. Seemed unclean.

No elevator to take luggage to second floor so we had to hump everything (cooler, bags, bins etc.) up the stairs Sherpa style. Very noisy heating/cooling system in the room made it hard to get a good sleep. Towels super thin and worn, and only 3 in a room for 4 people. Price was decent - enough said

This hotel left us leaving early and disappointed. We got there at night and got our rooms. The bed sheets had a good stain in it. The garbage was left full from previous guests, the carpet was dirty...I guess you get what you pay for, or even worse. One positive thing was that the staff were helpful and willing to give us money back for the nights we didn't stay.

The room was cold now for February in Fargo that isn' t the best. There was enough covers and the shower had plenty of hot water. Otherwise the stay was good.

All is good.

The fridge did not work they quickly got us a new one which was nice cause I bought some food that needed to be refrigerated since I am diabetic

The room we were in was clearly still being renovated. There wasnt a cover on the outlet and we were staying there with out 9 month old. Complimentary breakfast wasnt incluslded because of renovations in the lobby area, and this wasnt mentioned before booking. The room service tried to just walk into the room before we checked out. Had we not had the safety lock in place they wouldve seen me topless and more than likely did. It was mortifying.

This hotel is in the middle of a remodel that I hope improves this place greatly. If I was not just staying for about 5 hrs I would have left. The chairs, floor and curtains are so gross, and every lamp shade is broke. The doors look rough and in need of replacement. The bathroom had some updates but that was the only good thing I can say.

Charged 16 dollars for swimmimg for guest the tv didnt work didnt have a breckfast

I reserved this stay about 2 weeks in advance for 2 adults and 2 children (One 5 year old, one 15 year old) for December 30th, 2023-Jan 1st, 2024. We brought my teenage daughter’s Doberman along and we expected the $20/night fee. What I did NOT expect, was the attendant demanding identification from my 15 year old daughter when attempting to check in. First of all, I am her MOTHER and gave birth to her; I know the exact day, time and PLACE she came into the world. Second of all, she doesn’t even have her driver’s permit yet! The attendant wanted an extra $50 for her, on top of a $150 CASH deposit! I should not have to fork over $240 CASH when I had already paid $146 online for the reservation! The attendant also tried to say he “didn’t know” what the online reservation said when at about 90% of the hotels that book through a third party know the details in their software program!

It was very old and it needs to be updated. Nolan over at the front desk. Floors were dirty in the breakfast area and most of the stuff out.

We arrived at the property and waited over 20 minutes for a staff member to come to the front desk to check us in. Once we were checked in, we got to our room and it was very cold. We learned that the heater was set to “off”. We had to call maintenance when we got to the room because the fire alarm was beeping every 30 seconds. Maintenance came and hit the reset button. This solved the problem for about 30-45 minutes and it started up again. I called back down to front desk and no one answered. We finally decided to leave as the service was terrible and there was no way we could sleep in a room with a beeping fire alarm.

Sketchy is all I can say. Cops there all the time. People that I think had a room there were carrying in appliances wrapped in a blanket or beach towel. Dirty towels hanging in the closet and the room was dirty I actually cleaned it enough so that I could stay my entire reservation. I would have left right after checking.

Staff was very helpful

We were not happy with the beds, sheets had markings on both and not sure of what. Also the trash cans had liners that did not fit in the trash cans.

Just arriving on the property, it looked like a dreary motel. There wasn’t even a Travelodge sign on the building. The lobby and halls smelled like marijuana. The staff were very nice and when i brought it to their attention, they said it was just from the smoke drifting in from the outside smoking area. I’m sorry… But that may be true for the front lobby area, but it was clearly all over the hotel. Even my young children knew that it smelled like “skunk”. Probably not the healthiest environment. Second negative was the shady characters wandering around intoxicated around the building. I don’t think they were guests, but i didn’t feel safe leaving anything in my car, that’s for sure! Having said that, the hot tub was hot! The pool was cool! And for one night, it was adequate. Also, extremely important, the beds room was clean. I do feel like this is not a hotel that should ever charge more than $80 per night. Way over-priced. We won’t stay there again, but appreciated the friendly staff, a clean bed and the hot tub.

This was a last minute stay because my dad was brought by ambulance to Sanford that day. When checking in the front desk employee was stoned and you could smell usage in the building. Carpets were disgusting, pool area had mold and one was able to smell the mold, shower had hair in it, when we left in the morning there was no one at the front desk (we ate breakfast and in that whole time no one was there) and LASTLY hanging in the breakfast area was sticky fly traps.

It was a quiet hotel with a clean room. The hallways had lots of dirt on the floor. The breakfast area was definitely not clean. It was an affordable room.

We ended up not staying at this property. When we checked in and went to our room the halls wreaked of cigarette smoke even though it’s apparently a non smoking facility. The smoke detector had a wad of paper towel around it, the bed skirt was stained there was food smeared all over the night stand and dresser. We were shown another room that had stains all over the bedding. We cancelled our reservation.

Rooms are clean but bathroom shower curtain rod is held up by painters tape. The shelf in the bathroom was ripped off of the wall, holes still in the wall. No shower gel, only bat soap, no hair conditioner. Normally we would bring it but forgot. TV should be replaced. Half of it was dark. Would be nice if those things were available. Not a ton of parking either. Overall this is an ok place to stay. We didn’t expect a lot, so our expectations weren’t set high.

Room was comfortable. Fixtures/furniture/motel is old but in working order. Bed was really comfortable. Low water pressure. Decent breakfast. The normal cereal, bagels, bread, muffins, juice, coffee, milk, hot waffles. Pool & hot tub were good & in working order. Would stay here again. It’s more of a $50-$60 hotel instead of an $80 hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very dirty, sheets on the bed were stained, and multiple bugs of various types were present. YIKES.

Dirty hotel,the front desk was a real jerk al ost didn’t get my deposit back because he forgot about it so thank god I had receipt that showed I had deposit

Hotel staff was friendly. The room was nice. And I enjoyed my stay there. I’d stay again.

Staff was friendly. Non-smoking hotel reeked of smoke. Doors kept slamming shut in wee hours of the a.m. (spring loaded?). No plug in tub. Mattress not at all comfortable and metal base made noise when turning on bed. T.V. was so grainy and blurry on many stations, you could hardly watch t.v. Would probably not choose to stay here again.

Floor was filthy, noisy, overwhelming smell of air fresheners I think
