I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Sault Ste Marie. Rooms are big & spacious, clean & comfortable. Good breakfast and many amenities including fitness room & pool.

All staff was amazing. Friendly and informative. Pool was lovely. However they should take the Jacuzzi/hot tub off the listing because it is no longer available. Pizza was delicious and brought right to our door from the pizzeria downstairs. We loved our stay and will stay again.

I have stayed here a number of times. Probably my favourite hotel in the area. Close to pretty much all your needs. Rooms are quite comfortable. Breakfast is also quite good. Unfortunately, this particular time my room was not as clean as they usually are. Will still book here again.

Great location and close to dining. Bed and pillows were not amazing, and a decent amount of noise coming from the rear of the property.

The hotel is very clean and location is great. We were unhappy with the pool facility. The hot tub was no longer available and was disappointing for us.

I had a great 3-day stay! The staff at the front desk were kind and helpful, and my room was clean and as-advertised. The included breakfast was always good, and I also enjoyed the pool and sauna. I would stay here again!

I didn’t like being in the second floor with no elevator. I had my three kids plus all their ski gear. Not easy

Very disappointed that there was no hot tub. Also to have to listen to the guy above is pee everytime was horrible. We could hear way too much and this would be the reason I wouldn't come back. Sorry

We booked this room, expecting a suite type room. It had a bedroom, living room, and a kitchenette. The room was ok, old and tired looking. The windows in the bedroom and living room only had sbeers, making the interior of the room very visible when it got dark. The kitchenette had no cutlery or plated. The hotel itself looked run down.
I will say the complementary breakkie in the morning was excellent.

We enjoyed 3 nights at Quattro. Room was great. Having the breakfast included was wonderful. Better than your average hotel breakfast. Nice, clean pool area. The interior of the hotel is beautiful. Will definitely stay here again!

When I got to my room, there was a family next door and the kids were screaming about going to the pool and getting to stay up late. I called the front desk, and within 3 minutes, they hand-delivered keys for a different room for me. If that isn't exceptional service - I don't know what is. My new room was great, and I had a quiet and restful night.

I cannot close the curtian completly，and outside was so bright at night and bed is not comfy as I expected, so I did not get any sleep for my one night stay.

We came to Sault Sainte Marie on vacation and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the free breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly. If we come to Sault Sainte Marie again we will definitely stay here.

Bowling alley out back had bums sitting on steps when we were trying to park the trailer, felt unsafe and I had read a similar review to this prior to my stay and had hoped I wouldn’t have the same experience but unfortunately we did. The fridge was unplugged when we arrived and we could barely get around the door in the bathrooms the bathroom was so small.
