Very outdated and very little effort is put into keeping it nice. Not very clean. Somehow got stuck with a smoking room which I didn’t even know was a thing anymore

Beds are hard and very disappointing in room service didn't get any till 3 days after we had been there and they just took trash no towels or cleaning...the room was spacious i will give it that. Will not sty here agian.

Posting in April 2024 says enjoy a morning pool in our indoor pool. Please note!!!! The pool is outside not indoor.
Breakfast “buffet” Is not a buffet. There is a bowl of barter for waffles but the waffle iron doesn’t work there’s a pancake maker that’s also didn’t really work. There is a tub of meat in the fridge with some yogurt and breakfast burritos to be heated up. There juice is 100% concentrate.
I’m pretty sure only one or two people work here. Hotel is not like pics. Very run down. Room was not filthy but was not super clean. When sat in bed the lights flashed on and off. Half the lightbulbs were unscrewed very dark room. TV kind of worked.
Everything is incredibly run down. Mouse trap sticky pads out in the open for public to see. Elevator sometimes doors would get stuck open. There were noises from Nextdoor I can’t un-hear but would like to. I booked because of the hotels.com rating. I even read some reviews. The door locks felt like they would fall off any time. Only for 1 towel. Half of the outlets did not work If all of these things are things you don’t care about, then by all means go for it.

Rooms are clean and comfy. Don’t plan on breakfast, not much on the counter.

You get what you pay for. The room was nothing special, though it was big enough to bring our bikes inside; we didn’t feel they would be safe on the bike rack on the car. The hotel was very dark and probably has not seen any changes since the 80s.

Bed was hard as rock then woke up went to window found it was not latched and screen was off so someone could come in easily the Hot Tub is non existent breakfast was to last till 10 got out room at 9 it was over so they lied in their book

The room was very spacious. You could tell it used to be a really nice motel but now was just a bit rundown. The tropical garden was amazing! Breakfast was kind of iffy. Overall, a decent place.

Took awhile for anyone to come to front desk to check us in. Hotel was run down in appearance.

Not good. Dark. Sketchy. Falling apart. I paid $$ for a room with a jacuzzi tub, silly me, i thought it would be an operating jacuzzi tub...

The hotel was out of juice for our whole stay. We arrived on Saturday and checked out on the following Wednesday. Didn’t have much variety for breakfast. The room we stayed in could use a new paint job. There were stains from hair dye running down the bathroom door frame, drops of hair dye on the walls going into the bathroom and on the bathroom walls, the faucet in the bathtub was barely hanging on (the caulking was coming off). The room we stayed in on a previous stay was definitely a better room.

The towels were very small. A small adult had trouble getting dry. The room was to be able to handle 4 people and there were only two towels in the room. The funiture was clean but very worn.

The breakfast was a joke but not a nice one. They had luke warm coffee and no tea. The pancake maker was either out of batter or set so small that it made pancakes that were half dollar size. You could have pancakes or cold cereal. When I mentioned the issues to the front desk, "that isn't my job"
The people working check in didn't seem to much care and one young man was very hard to understand. I asked for a second room key and was told I'd have to come back later and see if they had any extras. I asked for a receipt and he had no idea how to do it and didn't want to try

Restroom does not work, advertised complimentary breakfast - they had some apples, a little cereal and a pancake maker that made 2 pancakes slightly larger than a 50 cent piece, with no syrup or butter. Coffee was terrible. Had first floor room, windows were not locked, desk chair was broken, plugs on lamps did not work for charging phone. Areas of walls were crumbling. No one at front desk, had to yell to get someone to come to desk. Paid for 2 nights, didn't even stay the second night

Checked in around 445 I needed to take a shower, but there was no hot water. Had long discussion with the front desk, and there are logic for not having hot water was less than good. Will not go back.

The area is a bit sketchy and the front doors were already wonky with paper signs. However, the rooms were spacious and clean. And for the price it was a nice stay. Just a bit unsafe parking wise; feels like someone could break your window at any second.

The night staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and the maintenance man also went above and beyond for us. They are also very pet friendly and we will be visiting them every time we stay at Wichita.

The property is old, the sofa bed is so dirty, feels like it was found in a dumpster, only one chair in the hotel room even though it was meant for 3 people, the bathtub is quite small, youll end up touching the shower curtain a lot, thankfully we were only for a quick night in here

The property had a very attentive staff. The property is close to the airport. There were plenty of dining options.

Older property thats in the process of being remodeled. Staff was very nice, it was quiet for our stay because it was mostly empty. Bed was good, bathrooms were very old but mostly clean.
