The hotel area around the hotel was unsafe so I decided to stay somewhere else.

Rooms are newly remodeled and nicely done. Hopefully the lobby is next! The room had no towels, toilet paper etc. The television and phone didn't work.The staff took care of it with no problems.
Being right off the interstate and entrance ramp, it is very noisy.

Charged more when I got to the motel the guy at the check in counter absolutely rude was talking to me like I am stupid very rude and unprofessional got bunch of bug bites reported it to the manager she said she will be by the room her or the assistant manager I waited and waited then I called front desk and the representative working said they left for the day I’ve stayed a lot there in the past week

Front desk staff were great... Room was below average.
1. Shower was lukewarm
2. Tvs had no cable, just apps like Netflix.. wasn't even compatible with hotel wifi so....no TV at all

If you need a bed and a shower with hot water here you go. Walked in and had to kill a roach. No bed bugs so thats a plus. You can tell they are working on the place but its rough. Towel had dirt marks on it. If you are looking for no frills this is for you.

No coffee or refrigerator in room. Coffee in the lobby but it was not good. They did provide powdered cream and sugar but did not have stir sticks
Looked a little scary for single woman traveling alone.

Paid for a king bed and fridge and microwave….we had to wait until around 5 pm to get into our room ..when we Did get a room it Had two double beds with no microwave or fridge ….the guy at the desk told me none of their rooms had fridge or microwave … the only thing good was the guy at the front desk was nice ….

The hotel is under renovation. We had to ask for another room due to drywall dust.
The room we got had comfortable beds and that's all. Our security bolt was not secure. The toilet seat wasn't attached. There no amenities. The actual staff tgere were very kind and accomadating. The issues seem to be be owner responsibility. It's an older hotel undergoing renovation in a haphazard way, which leave the attending staff with a huge responsibility. Excellent rating for the staff.

Nothing in the room besides the bed and tv. The tv only allowed you to watch one channel. No toiletries at all. No coffee pot or small refrigerator or microwave ! Terrible

There was no hot eat whatsoever. Did not want to give me another room. Maintenance did not care and did not want to resolve the issue. Had to take a cold shower

I had a reservation and arrived to the front desk clerk JP constantly leaving & walking around avoiding the camera area to come back 10 minutes later to say that there are no rooms available, but took other people that didn’t have reservations and already paid for the hotel room in advance!

Bro... I think my room was haunted. Room 129. I heard the neighbor or a ghost say hello in front of my face.

No toilet paper in the room. Only two large towels. No refrigerator. No wash cloths. No hand towels. Cable tv has only one station. The lights worked. Floor was so dirt it left my white socks black on the bottom. I suggest wearing shoes or flip flops in the room until they go to bed. But the price was right at only $50 a night.

The room I was in was completely renovated and brand new. However, the exterior of the hotel was in horrible condition, many of the security spot lights were not operational making it unsafe and dangerous to walk around the hallways and up the stairs at night. There was a shortage on towels.

Pros: Price, great desk staff
Cons; No microwave. No fridge, no coffee maker, no hair dryer, no iron. Basically nothing extra. Housekeeping was virtually non-existent.
Neutral: for price it was okay.
Advice: ask for room not fing I-75, it will be much quiter.
Desk Staff DENETRA was awesome. My room was very noisy (facing I-75), she moved me to a different room...much better!

The property was being remodeled, i was given a room on the side that hadnt been remodeled the room smelled, roaches were everywhere. They did change my room but charged me more. You should let people know about the renovations and as a good business practice dont rent rooms on the side where people live, with animals and roaches!! The water wouldnt get hot on either side!! I was ok with moving me to another room but was not happy to be charged for it, and still had no hot wayer and still wasnt notified of that incovience. And to have been placed in that room knowing it was stink and full of roaches!! New guest should be offered rooms away from guest that live their!!

The bathtub was clogged up the water took forever to drain it was for two guests but was given one towel one washcloth and a little tine pillow and not to mention the Internet connection was terrible and the didn't lock from the inside

First night hot water was ok not as hot as I like. No hot water 2nd and third night. Housekeeping did not come when requested. Bugs in room. Bed very uncomfortable. We travel 3 to 4 times a year and this was by far the worst motel we have stayed.

Old run-down property, black mold and peeling wallpaper fro eighties on lobby wall. Seedy characters everywhere outside. Front desk staff is ignorant and rude. Rooms are somewhat remodeled but leave a lot to ask for even for basic establishment.
On check-in they actually demand a $75 deposit for “incidentals”, not just credit card on file but hard charge on card. On check out they refuse to provide a receipt for deposit refund. It has been days since my stay and still no refund to the card.
This place is filled with locals who appear to use this establishment to “reside” there long term.
I would not book there again.

If you only need one night, and leaving very early the next day, it may be ok. For several days, it's a "no"! There's no hot water, it's luke warm at best. The property only has 2 housekeepers. There isn't a microwave or a refrigerator in the rooms. The only microwave is in the main lobby which is highly inconvenient. The area has Publix, Family Dollar and gas stations and it's right next to 75 which is convenient. Bring alcohol and disinfectant spray because I'm not sure how clean the linen truly gets. Even though my room was supposedly an "updated" room, r building is in need of rehabilitation.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. No shower curtain so water went all over the floor, bugs crawling around the room, I could go on and on complaining about this room and I wish I could post pictures of this place. They should be reported. The young man, JD at the front desk was very ruid and then the lady at the front desk when I checked out was
very unfriendly and ruid and ruid as well. I DO Jot recommend this place at all.

It served it's purpose clean, no frills, motel room. 2 beds, tv, shower, toilet, and vanity. I was able to sleep, watch the weather in the morning, take a shower and get on my way. No fridge, no microwave, no table and chairs. Just desk built in to the tv wall unit with chair. Just a convenient overnight stay and go.

It's a very old unkept motel, the rooms were clean, not really great. They have these huge rooms without microwaves or fridges. Seems like a waste of space. Right off interstate so you hear the highway noise and ac / heater unit makes an awful sound. For the location and condition this place is in, and absolutely no amenities, if you want to just sleep it's still not a good deal for reasons listed above. Noisy , loud people all night, screaming kids in morning. Should be closed down as the entire building smells and looks bad. I wouldn't stay again nor recommend it.

Room was like brand new. Very nice remodel. No amenities but a super clean modern room. Outside was a bit dirty looking but our room inside was in great shape.
