Overall the stay was fine, however the day we arrived there was no hot water in the entire building. It did very fixed, but it was a long day without hot water. Internet was spotty in the rooms and we couldn't set our thermostat to cool the room. . We had two rooms and you couldn't do it in either one. It's a shame, cause it's a central location, but the building clearly needs some upgrades.

Front desk people were nice and the two women I interacted with in the bar but the maintenance woman had an attitude when we called down asking about the air conditioning. Room was 70 degrees the entire day amd night. She brought up a box fan and unlocked the window on the 7th floor swung it open which it also had no screen or anything safety wise and told us the whole hotel is set at 70 and its on heat and she wasnt getting on the roof to change it. We left after the first night and went somewhere else.

Shuttle service was great! Breakfast was very good! The only problem I had was the 830 knock on the door from housekeeping.

It was a trip for a hockey game and they were more than accommodating by shuttling us to and from the game.

We had an overall excellent experience from the moment we checked in until we drove away after our stay. The staff was amazing! The hotel was clean and well kept. Only slight issue is that someone on our floor was very loud. Not the hotel's fault necessarily and I was too tired to make a fuss about it.

The hot tub was broken and i did not recieve notice of this before I checked in. I told the front desk about this and he had no idea how to resolve the issue, or how to fix the hot tub. Paid full price and recieved have the amenities. 1 star.

The hotel stay overall was pleasant. The property was well maintained and presentable. The only concern was the bathroom needed some remodeling. There were gaps in the ceiling near certain fixtures, more specifically in the shower, which was uncomfortable.

The price was good. Place was clean. ALL of the workers I came across were very friendly. Wonderful breakfast in the morning with a charming lady to greet us and grab beverages for us. Ive never had such good service at a free breakfast buffet.

I could not go my sewer system froze up so I spent $575 getting that fixed not the way I wanted my weekend to go

We wanted to eat at Peddlers but no staff showed up until after 3pm Saturday to open the restaurant. We also took the shuttle to the Excel Energy Center, we missed the first shuttle and it took over an hour for the driver to retun to pick up the rest of us

Good breakfast, breakfast attendamt was very attentive and polite, I wish i had caught her name! Room was decent and had a beautiful view of Saint Pauls cathedral!!!

The hot tub was out of order unfortunately, but the kids did enjoy the pool which was not crowd at all.
The shuttle was a little uncomfortable with the amount of people that were packed in to get to the Wild game. We would have gladly waited for an additional shuttle run.
The staff were all excellent, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean. Overall I would stay here again.

The only negative was no chair of any kind in the room other than the desk chair.

The hotel was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. I appreciated having a shuttle service to bring us to a concert we were attending. The bed was so-so. It seemed to have a slight dip in it, so it might be time to replace the mattress.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The only thing that is off putting is the 15.00 a day parking charge but everything else is very nice and professional. Also great location.

Nice, clean hotel, convenient off freeway, greatly appreciated their friendly, convenient shuttle service for event we attended at XCel. Would have appreciated a free continental breakfast for the room price but parking was reasonable & easy to get around. Bed a little firm for our liking & no hooks or hangers to hang up coats, but no real complaints

Staff was extremely helpful and courteous! Rooms including bathrooms were very clean. Breakfast was great- room to sit and helpful waitstaff. Convenient shuttle service to and from our event at the Xcel Energy Center. Couldn’t have been better- Highly recommend!

Only thing I disliked was the cleaning service was not great. Stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and room was only cleaned once and cleaner disposed of our toiletries so had to ask front desk for new ones. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. Front desk staff and restaurant staff were wonderful.

There was pretty much a domestic dispute going on next to my room and finally I asked to switch rooms at 1 in the morning. Then when getting ready to leave no hot water in the shower.
