It was a nice place to stay. Great pool, Sana, and jacuzzi. Great breakfast in the morning. Items that everyone liked.

Refrigerator was iced up and would not cool my cola so I turned it off and defrosted it. Room was wheelchair rated as I requested. Shower was slippery, the non slip area was worn and the first tile outside the shower is tilted and slippery, only one mat was provided for nonslip so I used it on the tile.

Everything was acceptable except the bathroom and service. Due to door angle the shower bar was so high that if you touched the curtain while showering the bottom would flop out of the tub and you’d have a mess to clean up. Which my wife found out the hard way. Bath towels were glorified hand towels. Half the water pressure still came out the tub spout. The shower head was crusty and gross, almost no pressure. There’d been water damage to the walls, the fix is to just put a new coat of paint on it. The staff didn’t enforce any quiet time rules. And the one time I went down to get away from noisy neighbors to try and relax in the hot tub, there was a concert on a blue tooth stereo, while 10-15 kids ran around. Several jumping from pool to hot tub to pool. It was more relaxing in the room anyway. The front desks response was “oh, they have a speaker in there? Do you want me to ask them not to use it? They aren’t supposed to have one in there anyway.” Mind you, the front desk is less than 20’ from the door to the pool room. And you could clearly hear the music while we talked. It was a good high quality speaker. I’ll give them that.

The unit above ours had a window screen punched out and sitting in the ground in front of our unit. The bath tub facet was very loose to say the least.

Good room.

Price was great. It was snowy the parking lot wasn’t plowed. The pool & hot tub was just what we wanted

Room was clean, except bathroom floor could have been better. Quiet, nice, friendly staff.

The bed is ok, but the pillows are awful. I had a reservation for 4 nights, but the clerk programed my key for only one night. On my second evening, I had my arms full with my dinner and some shopping, but the key didn't work, so frustrating! I had to take the stairs back down to the lobby (no elevator), to get it fixed. The franchise claims to be Green by not changing the towels everyday, but uses styrofoam extensively for the breakfast and lobby coffee. The breakfast food quality is very poor.
