Comfortable room on the second level. Bed was comfortable and the hot breakfast of eggs sausage waffles juice & coffee was good.

The so conditioner didn’t work it was hot in the room had windows open but still hot. Had a terrible sleep

Issues… TV imagine was distorted and couldn’t be watched. TV picture froze. Heating/AC unit failed and would not turn off. Overheated the room. Hotel did compensate 20.00 dollars a day when checking out.

Let’s start with saying I used points for this room, what a waste. The first room I was give. Had a large dark stain on the center of the carpet and a large red splatter of some substance on the tv stand. We later found that the tv wasn’t working and informed front desk and they tried a few things before telling us “sorry it’s not working and we’re fully booked for king rooms and left”. My partner and I talked it over and found the staff unhelpful and unwilling to offer ways to make our stay comfortable. We called the front desk and asked if they had any rooms available and they moved us. We had to settle for warm soda because we had to unplug our mini fridge it was so loud and the vibrations were ridiculous. Took us forever to find the temperature settings for the room as well, the hotel was very noisy starting at 3am and continuing until we checked out at 10:45am. At 10am we were rudely woken up to the staff knocking and then trying to enter our room. Check out is 11am please don’t even bother before check out or at least check with the front desk to see which rooms have checked out. I shouldn’t have to put a do not disturb sign in the door to just sleep before I check out. I was then charged $250 instead of reimbursed and then had to be called back to the hotel when they realized their mistake. The whole stay was a hassle and not relaxing in the slightest, I won’t stay here again.

Room bathroom falling apart, very dated

Stay was ok, no elevator on location isn’t ideal but only 2 floors. Free breakfast on property, the room where the breakfast is was really really hot for some reason. No housekeeping service unless you request it. Room was fine, clean enough, decent location there is everything you would need within 5 minute drive.

Good location if you’re staying overnight and need restaurants and close to hiway

Everything was great. But I still say it’s a money grab to charge an extra charge of $20 for a very small well trained little dog in a pet friendly room
