The room was stifling hot very stuffy,breakfast was horrible, eggs were like rubber,pancake maker was not working were out of sausages, room rate was different then quoted and when i spoke to the manager about it by phone they didnt care.Definetly wont be staying at a Comfort Inn again.

I have stayed there before and everything was excellent even though it was during covid . This time the friendliness was not there and it almost seemed like they were hoping that I was not show up or they could find a reason to deny me access to the room.
The breakfast buffet was ok but I did not like the eggs, they were ....... they were not good. Other than that the hotel was clean and very quiet. Price point did seem high as well.

The property was conveniently close (within 3.5 km) of where I wanted to go. The staff were professional, courteous and helpful. The only knock I have is that one has to walk out to the street (about 50 meters) to get around the fence between it and the restaurant located within 15 meters of the front entrance. Maybe the two property owners should get together to build a gate through the fence to allow hotel guests easier access to lunch and dinner.

A couple of hours before we were to check in they called me to tell me, people with Chilliwack addresses were not allowed to stay at the Comfort Inn she would not give a reason why and even though I explained to her that we had sold our house and didn't take possession until tomorrow and needed somewhere to stay she still said NO and if I wanted my money back I had to go through you as they would not give it me back

It was in an excellent location for where we needed to be. Although we didn’t need it our room was accessible. The bathroom was good for a wheelchair but needed some counter space for toiletries and accessories. The bed/sitting room would be difficult to manoeuvre in a wheelchair.

This is the worse place I have ever visited. They didn't let me check in because I am from Chillawack and they dont want anyone here from Chillawack.

They staff is terrible. The shower didn’t work and after a three day stay they didn’t do anything about it even tho it was mentioned everyday. Will never say there again.

Terrible Hwy noise the rooms are not very sound proof. It sounded like the doors and windows were open. There was no difference in sound from inside to out. They also do not rent rooms to local residents of Chilliwack. I have never heard of such a thing.

The Comfort Inn is right beside the hwy and we were worried about noise, but heard virtually nothing. Price was absolutely ridiculous $325/night with taxes. demand high, due to pipeline crews staying at these facilities so prices jacked up

Difficult to get in and out of the room with luggage. Curbs not ramped for rolling suitcases. Agreed to check out time when I booked the room. Was then phoned by staff the day of arrival (an annoyance because I was travelling) to confirm credit card number, number of guests and check-out time - all agreed to before at time of reservation. Asked about all this info again at check in and then someone knocked on my room door at 10:30 to confirm I was leaving by 11:00. How many times do you need to ask? I felt micro managed as a guest. The stay was not comfortable as a result and I will never book this hotel again.

Unfortunately it is built too close to Highway which remains busy all night. Idiot dog owners allow dogs to poop on grass ajoining parking lot which is hard to not get on your shoes. Staff are really nice and the place (inside) was clean. Nice breakfast

Not that good this time, had veg,fruit,left over dinner next morning everything was frozen solid so I had to throw everything out.also the floor I was on had a really foul odour from someone cooking or having something in their room,so not so good experience this time.

Our group booked two rooms as we were doing a charitable bike ride. Mine was originally a single Q bed; I called to see if another bed could be brought in; the desk person was able to find a double Q room. Very good service!
