We had to. Hangs rooms as first room was not fully clean… once changed beds were comfortable and room clean… breakfast is somewhat simple but ok. Staff was very friendly

Very comfortable room with sitting area, very quiet, good breakfast and a great location just steps from the Metro. Every staff member, from front desk to housekeeper to breakfast room person, was friendly and helpful. And coming from the west coast where hotels are ridiculously expensive, we were very impressed with the price! There was a small hiccup with us getting billed a second time in error which staff were very apologetic about & fixed right away. Could not fault anything!

Everything was awesome except for a long wait to check in and elevator wait times. There are 3 elevators for 16 floors and they are not quick. The room was clean and comfortable. The facilities were clean and parking was free. The hotel is located right beside the metro.

The staff was so nice to us. Everything was good. We were just very unlucky that our four neighbours (with their kids) talked loudly at night, kids dashing around in the corridors and my mother (68 years old) could not fall asleep. The front desk staff helped us change to another room finally at around 10 pm. Although my mother felt a bit quite tired the next morning, we appreciated already the help from the staff, or my mother could not sleep at all. My mother really liked the service from the breakfast. The breakfast wasn't that diversified nor special but we liked the waffle made by the staff. We like a lot her smile and attitude. The gym and the pool were a relief for our travel these days. The free parking was amazing, and the sunrise and sunset view of the Montreal city were fascinating that my mother preferred to stay inside the hotel and asked me to order food outside ! One thing to the hotel: When we were leaving from the tenth floor, the elevator did not work. After having waited for 10 minutes, I tried to press "up" then the elevator stopped by the tenth floor !!! Generally everything is good and we will come back again !

Parking was supposed to be included but we had to pay 15$ to get out of the parking lot. We had to leave very early in the mornng for our flight and no one was at front desk when it was time to leave. As we were in a rush we paid the machine and left.
