I stay at this hotel ever time we go to Sudbury, but this time the breakfast was terrible, only serve toast, boiled egg and breakfast fries , . They used to have a very good breakfast, one of the reason we stay there.

Looks like under new management. Check in was good, but no direction to our room, no comment about breakfast. Room was okay, but coffee maker still had a pod in it and the supplies were not replenished! Breakfast a good hot cotinental!

The room was comfortable but the temperature in the room was not so good. Had to regulate the heat by turning on and turning off the heat, would get too hot so would have to get up to turn it off and then get back up to turn it back on cause it would get cold

Walked thru smoke cloud 2 employees smoking at front door .bit gross and unlawful.should be 15ft .. beds were comfortable..tv was very small .we laughed havent seen a 20 something inch. in awhile not very many channels but did the trick.breakfast was ok it was a non bacon day bad luck for me..

Hotel turned me and my girlfriend away at the door because I am a local to the city. Reservation was prebooked and paid for. This hotel should not receive your support as they do not support the local community they are located in.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. We required a pet friendly room and had reserved a room with 2 queen beds. Their pet friendly rooms only have 2 double beds. Would be nice if hotels.com specified that on the website. We had prepaid for our room. Would have selected the cheaper 2 double bed room had we know. Everything else was good though!

I was there on business and it was nice and clean and food was all right. I recommend changing it up though if somebody staying there for two days and not eating sausage twice.

Everything was excellent. Check in staff were excellent and so friendly. The breakfast was delicious. My only complaint was the tv remote didnt work, but we also didnt say anything. Will definitely be my go to hotel in Sudbury.

Convenient when traveling with pets. Breakfast ok, but used to be better when buffet style. Sheets need updating to all cotton. Mattress was fine. Seems they do not recycle, would be nice if they did...

We had our pet dog with us. The room was well suited for having a pet. The Breakfast and breakfast staff were the best I've ever had

Restaurant only served breakfast and all restaurants or coffee shops in the area required driving. I was there for a pet surgery and when I moved the bed to retrieve my pet-there was garbage and stains on the tile under the bed. I worked from my room while there-WiFi was decent and coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave were convenient

This is typically our Go-To Hotel when we stay in Sudbury. When we booked, there were no King Bed rooms listed by Hotels.com so we booked two doubles. The staff member at the desk informed us that there was a King room available and we took. This was not a free upgrade, since we were charged an additional $3.30. The room was obviously not set up for us, and the room was cold, but we were able to heat it up fairly quickly. The only real disappointment was the breakfast. We are used to served breakfast, but this morning it was warm steam heated serve your-self. The pancakes', eggs, and sausage were all tough and appear to have been there a while. Not what we are used to. Not sure why the breakfast had gone down-hill.

I really liked the comfort of the room. The bed and pillows were great and it was nice to have a room with 1 queen bed and one pull out sofa. The sofa is what made the room more usable

Cons: * Was given a room directly across from the ice machine so heard people filling their buckets late into the night. * Bright light from hallway leaks through sides and bottom of door and peephole. * Paper-thin pillows. * Bedside alarm went off twice in the middle of the night (I didn't set it)...ended up having to unplug it. * Room wasn't fully cleaned...used K-cup left in coffee machine. Pros: Good continental breakfast.

Lots of parking. Restaurant wasn't open but it's advertised like it is. Disappointed because I didn't want to have to get back in the car and go fins somewhere. Walking downtown is sketchy.
