Good location. Very clean room and helpful staff.

It was a nice stay for the most part. The pool was freezing, though, which ruined it for the kids. We didn't try the lyric restaurant, but the cafe was dissapointing; limited options and expensive. The elevators also took forever and were always full. The room itself was good, but I'm not sure I'd stay again.

I understand that it gets busy, but staff were not friendly. I was told I could do an early check in around 130. That did not happen. Then since that couldn’t happen. I asked for a late check out, that was denied. Room outdated. Pools were too cold to enjoy. Small hot tub for the size of hotel.

We had high expectations for our stay based off the hotel rating and previous reviews but we were very much disappointed with our experience. I have to say the staff were very polite and helpful. The room size was smaller than expected, just enough room for the two queen beds. Bathroom had enough room for the toilet and shower, no hooks to hang towels or wet swim suits. Our reservation was for 4 people and we had two full size towels, 2 hand towels. Mini fridge was sitting on the floor and not plugged in. (warm inside) Our kids wanted to swim and we were excited to try out either pool. We went to the 8th floor and tried that one. There were no towels and lots of garbage either on the empty tables or the floor. The pool water was COLD and the hot tub was already filled with people so we didn’t have a chance to try that. The kid hour for pool ends at 9 pm and there was a security guard that STRICTLY enforced that time. He didn’t bother with picking up the empty pizza boxes or beer cans though. All in all I usually don’t complain too much, but when you are charged over $320 a night for a room there are certain minimum expectations. I voiced my disappointment to management about all the garbage and they said there were some sporting events in the area and they were busy. Again, I get it but when you are charging a premium price you should at least stock the towels at the pool and have a constant cleaning crew. I would say $150 a night is maximum rate I would pay. Won’t stay again

I really liked the 2 pools. Ease to downtown dulutg and canal park. It was clean the dove products were a nice touch

Staff were fantastic, especially the young man at check in. Didn't catch his name but he was super polite and professional. I love how the property is connected to other buildings and skywalks. Service at the Lyric restaurant was fantastic. The property itself is starting to show it's age and many things weren't clean: phone holder and receiver were sticky, sticky pile of something in bathtub, edge of pool had grime that people wrote in.

Friendly staff, easy to set up rewards program. They had convenient transportation to local attractions, specifically, Bentleyville. Access to 2 pools and one hot tub. The hotel felt very secure and had free ramp parking.

I liked what the description of the property said. The amount we ended up paying was not worth it for us. The hotel was overrun with so many kids-lack of supervision, running up and down halls until 11pm. Overtook TWO pools, we booked this hotel for the proximity to other places and the pools but it was always full of so many kids. Extra cost for breakfast. No microwave, average bath, nothing special TV.

Very out dated rooms. Sheets were not on the bed correctly. Bathroom toilet paper dispenser was in front of the sink. For the price we paid I would expect the room to be not so worn and outdated.

It was a bit of a maze to get to our room.

Location. I was in Duluth for a wedding. The venue was 10 minutes away. I was able to check in early, take a shower and was only 5 minutes late for a wedding in the rain.

I love the environment and really quiet

Beds were very comfy, room overall was pretty nice. Only complaint would be door handles are very old and we had trouble getting into our doors every time we tried to enter. The staff was friendly and quick to help and did mention they were being replaced all on Monday. Sleeper couch is not comfy to sit or sleep on but we did not need to utilize it.

Needs a little update or deep cleaning. Carpet & Sofa.

It was great.

Our room was not ready 5.25 hours after check-in started. The front desk person checked with housekeeping who said our room would be ready within 45 minutes, but it was not ready for 90 more minutes. Once in our room, we discovered stains on the ceilings in the living room and bathroom, no towels and toothpaste residue all over the bathroom vanity area. Outside of the hotel, we were harassed by the homeless people from the shelter a few blocks away. Very disappointing and would not recommend.

Everything was fine. There was a little confusing during check-in time but overall, I would stay again.

Our room was disappointing. We called twice to the front desk. First time- we called because there was still food left in our fridge. That was not OK. As we were pulling out the pull out bed, there was brown stuff all over the white blanket. GROSS. So we called for a 2nd time to get new blankets. We don't believe our room was properly cleaned. Our group of 5 was extremely disappointed. We paid for a SUITE, and our room was disgusting. We were up a lot of the night as well due to the thermostat not working properly in the main bedroom. We were just extremely disappointed in the entire stay unfortunately.

The parking ramp and surrounding area are kinda scary. Alot of homeless people, abandoned buildings and night life. Urinating in the streets will be seen. Room was very small for a suite. Thermostat wouldn't get cool, dirty towel still hanging on the back of bathroom door, water was yellow when showering. Bench on 8th floor was broken. Alot of noise if u stay on a pool level

I’ve had better experiences. This location was under a lot of construction. My room felt unoccupied for a while - so felt like they did not clean it as week. Housekeeping did not clean my room, as requested for my four day stay. Just uncomfortable experience!

I loved that I could charge up my car while I was there.
