Stay was great noise level at night was a little high due to other guest boucing basketballs in the hallways at all hours

When I first got there to get our room the clerk immediately asked if we would like a first floor room. I said definitely since I had knee surgery and it’d be much easier for me. That was so appreciated, thank you!

I have never been to a hotel where room service repeatedly bangs on the door of my room in the morning. This was very rude and uninvited. Not once but twice, there was someone yelling through the door and banging until they got a response to stop. They could've used a phone. I felt like they were going to barge in on me. This occurred prior to check out. I was appalled

The bed linen had holes. The non-smoking room was filled with smell of tobacco. The carpet was stained. There was feces stains on bed sheets.

We had a great stay. The staff was excellent and dining was great. The only problem we had was once we got to the hotel room. There was a bunch of brown stains on the toilet seat. We did not appreciate that although we called down and the front staff immediately took care of the problem other than that everything was wonderful.

Alwahs friendly staff at the front desk. The hotel is quiet and clean and within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and KOP mall. Great bar restaurant on the first floor which gives ylu the option to go out or stay in. This our go to choice everytime we are in the area. Great breakfast option too better than just grab and go

The hotel was beautiful and the room was absolutely beautiful. Very modern aesthetic. Only thing I wish it had was a refrigerator but overall a wonderful stay.

My stay was great. I have no complaints! Thank you to the worker that found a snow sweeper for me to remove snow from my car after checking out.

Overall the reception team were kind and inviting, however on the second the cafe was shut no food or drink, the air conditioning was loud and noisy

The staff was so rude. The women at the check out counter was extremely rude made conversation with everyone and never looked at me or said hello. She needs to be coached on her attitude. I will never stay here again. The hotel room was ok walking through the lobby all you could smell was pot smell. The room next to us was so loud and we were up most of the night. Not a family friendly hotel … do not recommend

My fiancé use to come here and stay as a kid growing up every year and he brought me this year and I absolutely love it!! Shopping if phenomenal and the area restaurants hospitality is unbelievable!!! The best weekend!!

The hotel was across the street from the mall and that was my reason for getting the room. Very convenient to shopping. Front desk staff were pleasant at check in as well as departure.

The best thing about our nights stay was the bartender. He was the nicest and friendliest guy. We chatted with him the few hours we were there. It was a slow night but he didn’t act bored out of his mind. We enjoyed the convo. If we didn’t have an emergency and have to leave a day early we were going to go back to the bar the following night.
The hotel and room, on the other hand, could use some work. Change the carpet. It’s disgusting. The first room we got, the deadbolt from the adjoining room wouldn’t lock. The rooms are just set up awkward. What’s up with the caddy corner beds.

This hotel was conveniently located next to the KoP mall which made shopping easy. However on the second night of our stay, a large group of hotel guests had congregated in the hallways by our room, laughing, cheering, talking loud, and slamming doors after 10pm for hours. We called the hotel twice with a noise complaint, we were told that security was sent up to our floor, but the noise continued until 2am. This completely ruined our stay. The walls are super thin and not insolated well. The shower had zero water pressure, which left us feeling unclean and it took a long time to shower. The draining from bathroom sink made loud noises every time the water was turned on. Overall it was a bad experience because we couldn't properly rest & sleep. One positive part was the hotel staff was friendly.

The property was not well maintained it has holes in the wall by the door i took pictures. Things looked very old and worn out!
