Very clean and good location. About a mile walk to all the historical stuff and convention center. Definitely enjoyed.

Hotel was full of school age bus trips. Very noisy in room next to ours. Second morning no hot water for showers.

The staff was terrific. The hotel is located at the foot of the Ben Franklin Bridge. Parking is $35 per night with in and out privledges. Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. The problem with this hotel is it is very close to I-95. We were on the west side, ninth floor. The expressway is elevated and very close to the side of the hotel. Traffic was very noisy. It was loud enough that we thought the window was open but the the windows do not open. Traffic runs all night. I would try to get a room on the east side of the hotel. It maybe quieter.

Friendly and helpful staff members. Very clean. Great view of the river and bridge from our room

Everything was great, the only issue was that local transportation is not close, had to use Uber/lyft

Great stay/ Room was beautiful. I plan to be back. Great Staff.

Decent location. It is very load from the traffic as it’s right below a couple bridges. It advertises as having laundry rooms but none are on site
3.0
The hotel is located in a fantastic location, a short walk to so many must see sights and restaurants. The river walk in the evening was beautiful. Staff were very accommodating and attentive. Wonderful breakfast in the morning with lots of options. We will definitely be recommending this property and recommend to our family and friends.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Very loud from outside sources and people staying in the hotel.

It was a good place to stay

$32.00/day (?) for parking while you're staying in the hotel is probably the main reason I might not return to this hotel...

Hotel and staff were great but streets around this location are easily flooded

The hotel is very central, closed to the stores and restaurants. Located on the historic area you can organize your own trip to multiple places. Also offers an amazing view of Penns- landing and the Delaware river.

Fire alarm went off close to midnight. It was a false alarm, but no attempt was made by the staff to notify guests of that fact until we climbed down 8 flights of stairs and got to the lobby. Luckily all the guests kept their cool but if there had been a stampede to the exit, someone could have gotten hurt. Nobody from the staff attempted to enter the stairwell and tell any guests that it was safe to return to their rooms. Apparently the fire alarm was pulled by a couple of kids who were not staying at the hotel, which made me quite unnerved about security -- how were they even able to enter the building that late at night without a keycard? The whole thing seemed fishy. Many guests were really upset by the situation. I like this hotel's location near Penn's Landing and if you get the River View it's a great scene from the window, but I must say that this time my experience was not great. I was able to get a partial refund (less than 20% of my total cost) but I had to spend almost a half an hour jumping through bureaucratic hoops to do so.

I’ve spoke to someone about this already and they suggested I call the hotel to have security escort me in now would you stay at a place if you needed escort in?

Did not see enough restaurants at walking distance. Breakfast had limited vegetarian options.
Car parking was not very visible while I was booking but I had to pay $32 per night for car parking which wasn't a great experience

They very attentive and get you need immediately. I really recommend it.

We stayed in "city view" rooms which are directly overlooking about twelve lanes of high speed traffic. It was apparent from the quadruple paned glass that the hotel has attempted to block out the traffic noise, but unfortunately the sound was still quite disruptive late into the night. The main takeaway here is that the $10 upgrade to the river view room would be a wise choice.
The food options at breakfast were reasonable however the quality of some of the ingredients (eggs, OJ) were not great. Still better than I have seen at some other budget hotels.
The room was fairly dated, but was a good size and very clean. The bed and pillows were reasonable, nothing amazing but certainly not uncomfortable.
Aside from this, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were apologetic for the noisy room and offered an upgrade if we return again.

We loved everything about the hotel. Parking was a bit steep tho. The staff were beyond awesome and friendly. We will stay there again.

This Holiday Inn location is the place to stay when visiting Philadelphia. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room we had was clean. Everything was in walking distance and it was nice having easy parking. The breakfast was amazing too. I will definitely choose this location next time I come back.

Staff especially front desk was super friendly

Do not stay on the 3rd floor towards the back. Everytime they drop a dumbbell in the gym, you'll be hearing it.

Stay was great except for housekeeping knocking on the door while I was trying to get ready to leave at 10:51am to ask if we were checking out and at what time. When I’m sure she very well knew we were checking out that day because she had a clipboard and sheet in her hand and was looking to clean. Checkout is at 11 and we left the room within 5 minutes. While going to the elevator we saw she was still cleaning a room down the hall. I don’t know what is the procedure but if checkout is at 11 customer should not be disturbed until then.

Staff was friendly and professional, rooms were clean and comfortable, lots of choices for a nice hot breakfast. The hotel felt safe and secure, with key access to lobby, elevator and parking lot (which was not fenced, as i assumed).
An inexpensive, adequate place to stay within a mile walk of concert venue, or a quick drive.

It suited our needs as was a last minute reservation during our road trip back home to Florida. We were hoping for more in the restaurant area but did enjoy the Fringe Arts restaurant around the corner from the hotel.
