I was pleased with the room in terms of cleanliness, price and location. I wasn't pleased with the towels that were not replenished and the agent swiped my card several times which resulted in multiple holds on my account

Upon checking in, her computer shut down. No bath towels, phone or shampoo in the room. Went to front desk and got towels but they were out of shampoo. Parking lot lights not working at back. Room was newer and good.

They had a bath tub outside of our room window had a bunch of lime scale on the shower fixtures only gave us 3 flat pillows. The fridge wasn’t on when we got there so had to wait for it to get cold. One of the doors going outside you had to make sure it closed all the way or anyone could pull it open and get in

There was a dirty sock in my room, not mine. The towels were supposed to be white, but very yellow. I guess they don’t have bleach. One light bulb worked in the bathroom out of 3.

I had requested early check in - instead I slept in my hot rental car for 5 hours after not sleeping for 48 hours, 36 on a plane. The parking lot was empty by Noon. When I did check in at 315pm, it took 30 minutes with a couple of men behind me. When I got my key for my ground floor unit one week $1000 stay, I discovered the window would not latch, much less lock. Another 30 minute fiasco. Once I got the new room around 430pm everything was good except the coffee and bfast are not very good. Towels were yellowish and stained Step it up as a Clarion Choice Property.

The people were reasonably friendly. The complimentary breakfast was very limited, and on a first come, first serve basis. Selections ran out quickly. There were tiny ants in my room. I would kill a few each day. When I reported them, I was told that they would have room service take care of it, but no one came. To be fair, I didn’t press the issue, because they weren’t a huge problem. Room service is on a by-request basis.

The location of this hotel is great. I was in town for the WGI competition and there weren’t a ton of affordable options.
This hotel seemed to fit my needs. The staff was nice… but the condition of the hotel is not great. It looks like they are remodeling, which it needs, but I got a room that shouldn’t be used.
Housekeeping never came by (which is fine, but I had to go to the desk quite a few times. I like to help housekeeping by stripping beds and make their job easier. I wish I didn’t! (Huge stain on mattress)
Im not picky, but my pictures below show what I can’t unsee.

The room was dingy, low lighting with several bulbs out. Check in was slow, check out was slow but the stay itself wasn't bad. Beds were comfortable

The hotel look run down. The pics did not match the listing. When we got there the lobby looked
Promising. That’s where is stopped. The elevator is on it last leg. Every time you go down it feels like it drops way more than it should. The room had ants. Missing paint. Blood and pee stains on the bedding. Mattresses that are older than me. I’m 43. Also. The app said I paid 100. When I got there they said I did t pay anything so now I have to call hotels .com my bank and dispute the 100 I paid to book the room on top of 100 deposited and room rate.

The tv credenza top was filthy. The bed was ok. The window didn't close. The staff was friendly. The breakfast had cereal, waffles, and yogurt - stuff I don't normally eat.

Checkout was 11:00 and we used the pool until 10:30 so we could have time to go back up to the room and change before we hit the road. Problem was, BOTH of our key cards were deactivated. Not much fun for my family to sit and wait in the hallway while i had to go to the front desk to get the cards activated. Also, the breakfast is weak to say the least.

I would not recommend, I had to use an entire Mr clean magic eraser to get all the scum off the tub. I told the employee and he said they were replacing the tubs. So what? Do they not clean them now? The pool is indoor but not heated!! Very cold. Pubes on shower wall, soap scum on sinks and counters. Just looks like they do, "just enough". Looks good with the lights off.

Attempted to check in at 2:00 to get key and leave luggage, said I'd be back late tonight. First hotel that said that will be a $10 fee, Zach was somewhat rude, first and last time I stay here.
Breakfast, I got the last yogurt at 7:15, most everything else was gone at that time. OJ was empty.

It was just a nice place to stay for the price that I paid. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was Surprisingly good and it wasn’t loud and a bunch of people running in and out or anything like that like it was nice and peaceful

Although this is only a 2-star hotel, it is a first-rate 2-star hotel! The place was very clean, the staff very helpful and dedicated to their jobs, and the room perfectly adequate (the bed was very comfortable, and the mini-fridge spotless inside).
People staying here should be aware that the breakfast spread doesn't have anything with protein in it, except milk: no eggs, cheese, or meats. But the hotel is quite near several restaurants that serve breakfast.
it's not particularly soundproof: you can hear other people's TVs from the hall, and any hallway conversations from your room! But there was no late-night noise problem.

The front desk was new and unhelpful, felt like they didnt want to deal with me. The pool water was cold. When i went for breakfast, I had five minutes till they were supposed to be done serving and I got yelled at that I was late and to not touch anything.

We checked into a room and the TV did not work so they offered to put us in a second room. Underneath both of the double beds in the second room had food and cups underneath it was disgusting then at check out they wanted to charge me $10 for a washcloth I had used to clean up a small coffee spill. So I took the guy at the front desk up to the room to show him underneath the two beds And made him call it even. I will never stay here again.

My room had hair all over the bathroom and in the shower. The room smelled like someone smoked in it. Felt dirty and but the staff were very kind and help.

Beds are smaller than a queen. Toilet seat was broken. Stain on sheet on one of the beds. Dirty washcloth hanging on shower curtain. Carpets need cleaned. Very small elevator. Breakfast is nothing to be excited for. Very outdated. No reimbursement or offer to change rooms.

Great walking distance to the Nutter center to avoid the traffic! Cleanliness of the room was terrible. Breakfast was very simple and nothing for someone gluten free.

Seems like they are fixing up the property, which is good. Lobby was nice. Our room was partially renovated. But shower was in poor condition. And our room smelled like smoke, even though was supposed to be a non smoking room. It was fine for the one night we needed to be in town and reasonably priced. But I wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer.

Old property that is worn down. TV & hairdryer didn’t work. Carpet and side chair were soiled and mattress was well worn. Bathroom towels and shower curtain were dingy white. They reuse the cardboard key holder (not sanitary). Staff was friendly and lobby looked nice, however, the rest of the hotel is old and worn, including elevators and rooms. Would not stay there again.

Nice hotel for the price. Just needed a place to lay my head overnight. Room was great, breakfast was minimal but ok. The bed was harder than I like, but theres no place like home.

Room was nice, beds comfortable but for some reason heard the alarm from another room which indicated possibly walls needed more insulation. Otherwise it was relatively quiet. Nice pool which we used once. Breakfast was enjoyable too.

The Hotel was nice! Clean, comfortable rooms with convenience to shopping and restaurants near the highway. The pool area was nice, but the water was super cold; not sure if it has a heater. The breakfast was average for a quick bite; however, it was not replenished in a timely fashion including the coffee. They also required a separate security deposit which was to be refunded; strange since they had my credit card on file.

The hotel was average. When I was checking out, I wanted to pay cash and remove charges from my credit card. The attendant didn't have funds to give me change. ($1.86) She gave me a dollar in quarters and was told the rest would be refunded on my credit card. I'm waiting to see the reversal for the stay and .86.
