Nice and clean!

Whole experience was stress free; room was spacious & clean. Actually, had to stay an extra night that wasn't planned due to inclement weather & they were able to accommodate us quickly, hassle free.

It looked like it need a good cleaning and it smell bad

the staff was excellent, the front desk staff were friendly and caring.

Nice facility over all. The indoor pool was disappointing as the water was cold, the air temp was 63 degrees, and the hot tub was out of order. Pillows are comforters were “eh”.

The Room was freezing when we got in, It smelled like Mold. Also, the TV was not working.

Great place to stay

Breakfast was excellent. Bar was nice and service was very good. . Grounds outside parking had excessive litter, probably from the adjacent highway. Wind was blowing garbage around the parking lot. Not a good look, but especially considering the price.

Loved it

Booked room for relaxing night for me and my husband for pool and watching the football game. Checked in and was told to virtually check in. Called the front desk to find out how late the pool was open and they informed me that it was under construction (even though that was my filtered search “pool”. We thought how nice it was to have a restaurant/bar at the hotel and the male bartender was so rude. We left and watched the game at another restaurant. Came back to the hotel after the game to relax and watch tv, and 4x’s had young hockey players knocking on our doors and ditching - not relaxing or worth our money and time. Disappointed 😤

The cookies were so warm and delicious upon check in. The hotel receptionist was very nice too!

The room wasn’t ready at 4:30 so we left and returned unfortunately I would have waited even longer because the carpet was so stained it was probably the worst I’ve ever seen. It felt like it needed to be replaced and the common areas had carnage and leaves blown in and just looked horrible There was carpet that was covered in cardboard perhaps a leak. The entire place needed a refresh

Enjoyable convenient option for North Campus. A bit dated but maintained perfectly well.

I liked everything about the property itself, but I can’t say the same for the staff. It seems that some staff are not very knowledgeable or give different answers to certain people. when I first checked in on Fri I specifically asked for a late check out for the day that I would be checking which was on Sun. because my Amtrak train was leaving late The staff told me I could not do late check out, but I spoke to several other guest that was able to do a late check out, I was not happy with that. The next thing I was not happy about was the ice on my floor was broken so I could not get any ice. The third thing I was upset about is when I came in on my second night I got a cookie from the front desk and I asked if you guys had any ice cream The restaurant had just closed the staff at the front desk told me if I went to the bar next they should be able to still go in the kitchen and get me some vanilla ice cream. I was told that since the kitchen had closed 10 minutes earlier. I could not get a scoop of vanilla ice cream that I was willing to pay for. And I also don’t understand why everyone else that was a wedding parties had a voucher for breakfast, but I was not given a voucher for breakfast. I paid for breakfast out of pocket.

Staff is very helpful and friendly

The hotel offers house keeping by request, I’m used to my hotel room being cleaned every day so I would call every morning to request cleaning, the first thing I didn’t like it’s that the second day I called they asked me if I only wanted fresh towels and the second was that on the third day I call to request house keeping the lady on the lobby asked me “didn’t you request cleaning yesterday???” And I was like “yes and?” So she proceeded to a schedule cleaning in a reluctant way, and then on the fourth day I was staying there I requested the housekeeping again and they just never did it. The stay was not cheap so they should clean the rooms every day in my opinion.

Was in AnnArbor as my grandchildren were in the Mitt Childrens Hospital. When I asked about the hospital rate for my stay. I was told I could get it on my next stay. T would have been very special to get the rate on this stay but the rest of the service was terrific.

This hotel has ongoing construction. When we checked in one room had a broken safe; a toilet that didn’t flush; a clock with a broken display; the fridge cabinet door broke off when opened. They fixed the safe and tried to fix the toilet. I came back to a flooded bathroom. Maintenance fixed the toilet again (by using the top of the vanity as a workspace) but created a different issue. I had to request the bathroom be cleaned. When I pointed all this out to the manager she offered a one night credit (still waiting on the credit)!!!the restaurant was so short staffed they had limited hours and one night , one person did everything from take orders to bussing tables (he may have been the cook too given the food taste).

Easy access location, pet friendly, staff was kind and helpful, room and bed were clean and comfortable. Pet fee is a bit steep.

Our room felt damp and had a musty smell. Not sure if it is the humidity in Ann Arbor or something else. Otherwise the facilities are good. Everything worked and room was clean.

Disappointed in their service and price charge for breakfast. I was waiting there, one staff in the front desk prevented not seeing me and left. An Asian lady. When I booked from Expedia, it tells no extra charge for breakfast. When I checked with front desk they said no breakfast included.

The bed was very comfortable. It was noisy in the middle of the night. From other guests. But that could happen anywhere. Food was ok in the restaurant. I will go to that hotel again.

I like the warm cookies at check in!

The carpet in the room was dirty and had spots where things were spilled. The air conditioning unit sounded like a jet aircraft winding up for takeoff. The bed was good and so were the pillows. The room was very quiet(except for the a/c) which we liked. Check in/out was fine. Free coffee was offered in the morning at the Lobby. Breakfast cost $12.99. We went elsewhere to eat. Overall, average stay but with distinct minuses.

Very affordable stay and VERY clean! Bonus for having allergy accommodations and beverage cart out at all times.
