Very friendly and helpful staff, quirky decor( in a good way!) Fantastic breakfast, very comfortable bed and some stunning views from the room if you choose a Mountain View room. Good wine choice in the bar and an altogether pleasant stay. Looking forward to going again!

A very good hotel for the family with kids. Kids have a lot of to do in the hotel, and adults can also have fun in the bar of the hotel.
The location is a little bit far from ski resort, but there are several bus number 2 can take in front of the hotel which is very nice.

Amazing hotel amazing staff amazing food

The staff are absolutely excellent here, incredibly friendly. Location is good. 10 minutes walk to the main bus lines, but also a bus stop outside hotel that doesn’t run quite as often. Pool was nice and clean. Food in the hotel was excellent we ate twice in the restaurant. Really relaxed chilled vibe so you can fully relax in your comfy clothes in reception. WiFi good too!! Only real complaint was it is a little noisy in your facing the motorway side, but after a long day skiing we was that tired it didn’t effect us but did wake us up in the mornings.

Our second stay at this hotel and the hospitality of the staff did not fail to impress once again. Great atmosphere, good facilities, wonderful public spaces, children’s play area and the food is wonderful.
It’s location is somewhat isolated, but serviced by bus stops and trains all within relatively short walks.
My only comment would be to improve the gym facility and equipment.

Very impressed with this hotel - nicely furnished and very comfortable. Staff were excellent, polite and helpful. Facilities in the hotel were really good. Looks to have been fairly recently built or refurbished.
Slightly less good things were the food menu and the transport links.
Food was really good quality, but menu can only be described as a bit strange. The chefs creations menu was an unusual range of dishes, none really appealed. I’m sure they may to some, but not me. The ‘normal’ menu was ok, but lacked some vegetables and salad based dishes - very carb heavy.
Transport links were ok, but beware that the bus serving the hotel only stops 6 times a day so you have to plan around them. There is an alternative stop about 1/2 mile away, but too far with skis and boots.
But overall a great stay and I would return.

I loved this hotel, would definitely recommend. It was at a good location not far away from Chamonix centre. Amazing food and lovely staff. The room was super comfortable and convenient, loved the fact there was speaker to play music.

We loved our stay at this hotel, it was perfect for a family with a small child. There was a lot of activities to do around the hotel, it is a drive or bus ride into the main part of town. We would
Highly recommend. The funky style very much appealed to us.

Lovely hotel, a mixture of steam punk and 80s decor, really cool 👌😎

A bit removed from the city, but that can be welcoming after a long day. Transportation by bus or train is available. Cute, art deco boutique hotel with great amenities.

The bed was super inconvenient :( it two beds merged with some plastic bag or whatever with hole in between.
But the hotel is just awesome!

Area is amazing, lounge is amazing, kids playroom is great, family and pets friendly hotel. However, the room itself was very small, no room for things to put on as table was way too small. We had a small baby and we had a lit of baby stuff with us. It felt claustrophobic because walls and ceiling are painted dark blue. Swimming pool looked pretty but water was very cold.

Location very nice and we had a room with mountain view!
The personnel was genuinely very kind and helpful, clearly dedicated to make their guests happy!!

Great decor, friendly staff, cosy and a myriad of guests that made the atmosphere really pleasant. It was nice seeing kids being able to have fun.

Hot tub was luke warm. I think that just may be how they do it in France. Shower head was broken. They transferred us to a new room and that one ahead issues too. Later in the week we went to a new city and that hotel had the same hand held shower head… which was also broken.
Staff was great. Friendly. Willing to help. Definitely would stay again… but will check the shower head before we unpack. :)

The overall experience is definitely positive. Staff was absolutely great, very friendly and helpful . However ….. a 12 maybe 14 sqm room with the tinniest shower/toilet is definitely not worth paying 350 euros a night for a hotel that is a 3 star tops... Having a pool on site is not what a 4 star makes.

It’s an excellent hotel. We love the common living areas, very spacious and extremely cozy. Breakfast is outstanding. Room is not large but sufficient. Bed is very comfortable. Swimming pool is excellent. Play room are also very nice. We visited our friend who stayed at other very popular hotel in Les Houches (R* P*), we prefer Wanderlust. The only reason we don’t rate them 5star, because we feel the hotel always try to get extra $$ from you. It’s the only hotel I have been which wouldn’t give 30mins extra check out time (which is already early enough at 11am). They charge €50 to give 30-60mins late check out.

Hotel was recently taken over from Accor / Mercure. A very young but professional, enthusiastic and friendly team.

Lucy at reception was awesome, very friendly and helpful which was a great welcome.

Very clean and well kept place, the staff does a great job welcoming and making you feel at home. The breakfast was the best, very healthy and better then most restaurants. Hiking trails right out the back door lead you to glacier water rivers in a nature setting. Far enough away from town to be in wilderness, but close enough to be in town when you want to be. A perfect setting! Thank you very much for the wonderful adventures.

The breakfast staff and the cleaning staff were friendly, but elsewhere there was no attempt to be nice or acknowledge guests (there was one male employee at the reception desk who was nice, but the attitude in general was very cold and unfriendly - when it was possible to see someone at the reception desk, that is. We arrived for check in and there was nobody). It seemed that most employees are summer students who are done with their job.

Place was on fire
And the staff really messed us around and the Manager just kept on lying through your teeth this is the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel

Unfortunately they don’t seem to care about caring for the property. One morning we went to breakfast and there were bottles and lots of rubbish from the night before that they hadn’t bothered to clean. At breakfast the coffee machine was leaking water all over the floor and there were no staff around to serve. Sheets had stains and rooms smelt of smoke. I wouldn’t return.

Fine, run of the mill chain hotel with a good pool and nice views but out of Chamonix

Very good hotel at the base of Mont Blanc. Great public spaces and swimming pool ( super kid friendly) with a view of the mountains right behind the hotel. Rooms were a bit small and slightly dated but the location and service was great. Good level of cleanliness to reassure guests in the middle of the current COVID situation.

It was a great hotel. Close to the town centre. Rooms were well equipped and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

Driving to Italy from Calais this was the perfect stopover hotel. Directly on the route, very comfortable, free parking and decent restaurant. Staff polite and helpful. Allowed us a quick getaway to the montblanc tunnel.

the swimming pool is really nice, but we would have expected the water of the Jacuzzi warmer than what it was. The lovely bartender Rosa gave us an amazing service, while the rest of the team was a bit of a let down (the bar was unattended during the day and the service not really what I would have expected in a 4 start hotel (eg. we had to wait quite a lot of time to before being served during the day as none was behind the bar and we have to ask reception to call someone). We also had food once at the restaurant, the food is nice, but nothing special. Overall, it is a really nice hotel in a good location with some excellent staff (reception and Rosa). We had a great stay!

You can literally hear every tiny step outside your room. Kids have no shame running around late at night. 3 nights of the week we were kept awake by very music playing the public bathroom just below our room. Reception seems to forget/not know about it. We didnt have shower gel/coffee/tea spoons on a number of occasions. It's not the cheapest of the hotels and we hoped they would at least have those basics sorted out. The only bottle of water we were given in the minibar was taken away the second day for whatever reason.

Good hotel, everything you need . But maybe a little away from the town and a 10 minute walk from nearest regular bus stop. But a beautiful scenery and for me a fantastic location.

Easy access 24hour reception always helpful Bad part was we were expecting a Double Bed and a Single Bed but this is a mistake of Expedia as the offer a double bed . or two singles . please see advert on Expedia and speak to the hotal as this was misleading
