Lighting in room poor. Lamps flickered. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Environmental controls difficult to use. No comfortable seating. Coffee was lousy. Rooms and landscaping haven't been updated in ages. "Breakfast" was granola bars and instant oatmeal.

Was not able to check into the hotel. Once we got up to the room it was totally unacceptable . Sheets had blood stains on them and couldn't replace them. Temperature in the room was set at 90° and could not lower the heat. All of the towels were filthy. Went down to the front desk to get either a new sheet or a towel and they didn't have any. Front desk person said that we was complaining too much and if we didn't like it check out. Which we did. Would definitely like to know if I would get a refund on this hotel. Since we did not stay there. The hotel chain Wyndham should definitely investigate this hotel.

This place was absolutely disgusting. We checked out 4 hours after check in. There was no way we were gonna sleep there. It being dirty was bad enough, but the mold and bed bugs were enough to make a person sick.

1st room smelled ao bad,, i was gagging when i request anotber room, This place is sooo dirty, rotting food found behind bed smell is awful we askned for another room was better but ther is no secueity lock on doors, random people in n out all night, a woman screamig for over 2 hours, floors not looked vacumed tables dirty, towels had stains on them. Got no sleep all night....felt very unsafe...
Pictures look nothing like they actually are. WOW....

I ended up checking out immediately. There was mold and mildew all over the shower and dust and grime everywhere. The exterior of the hotel was also very dirty and run down so it should have been a clue but we tried to give it a chance. We immediately went back to the front desk and asked for a refund. I would not recommend.

Had to pay $150 deposit upon check-in for just 1 night stat (said it will return 5 days after check out). We checked in 11pm and had to check out 5am coz we couldn't sleep; bed was so hard, pillows were so small, dirty chairs, and the bed linens made us so itchy. Deft.won't ever book again.

The king size bed was so comfortable the room was very quiet. This was a non smoking facility.. but, all you can smell was cigarettes. The bathroom shower had mold on the wall and the water was warm the towels were small

Very warm in room. Asked if it had AC, the front desk told me that it was turned off for the season. You can tell that it is an old building. Holes in walls both side of bed where lights were removed, wallpaper curling, etc. Clean sheets! Low price.

During my stay I had help from and staff member named Jason and the cleanliness safe environment was quiet definitely a nice area to stay in and I would definitely recommend and be back to help me out with getting to my room safely and accommodate me with with a great service and customer service and I do appreciate all of the help and we'll definitely be back when I can thank you guys so much and I enjoyed my stay and for all that help that you gave me

Room looked like a motel room from the 50s. No microwave. Could adjust the heat/cool because the unit was so old. Guy next to me kept going in and out of his room all night talking loudly and slamming the door. Cigarettes all over the parking lot by the back door. And looked like someone dropped a breakfast sandwich by the door and it stayed there the entire time I was there. Bed was very comfy and shower had good water pressure. When you walk into the lobby there is a sign that says breakfast to the left of the desk. Breakfast was coffee and packages of oatmeal with bowls and hot water nearby. I'd stay again just because of the price and the fact the bed was comfy.

The stay was an excellent value for the price. The only issue I had was that the tub didn't appear clean. When I talked to management about it I was told that many of the tubs are old & worn out. They had recently started a renovation process, but my room was one still needing renovation.

They are rude. The grounds keeper kept looking at me mean everytime he saw me. Room service does almost nothing, when we told the office that there was a mouse in the toom, they said it was our fault for not telling house keeping to vaccum and clean our room. They only take out the trash unless you tell them to do the rest of their job.

Filthy and smelly. This place is a dump and is like a maze trying to find anything. There are a lot of tenants renting there. We tried two different rooms and they both smelled musty and moldy. We left and we were charged the night’s stay.

The staff was extremely rude at check in and pulled a surprise deposit at check in of 75 dollars, which was probably because the area was so unsafe. People walking and talking outside our room all night. This was possibly the worst facility that I have ever stayed in ,in my life. This was my wife's birthday and was very unsettling. I would like a complete refund for the stress this caused on my family.

This place had vinyl flooring that was grey. When I got in the shower my feet were black. I took a washcloth and wet it and wiped floor and it was soot black. Looks like the place hadn't wiped or mopped in ages. Gross.

This place is a dump that apparently has hookers and drug addicts. They charge 150 deposit in addition to the room rent. It’s a dirty sleepy dump. Don’t stay there. My opinion

The photos of this Days Inn & the reviews were very misleading. It was a scary, run down & filthy place. We did not stay there. I wanted to get a refund, but was told I need to go thru Expedia & try & get my refund thru them. Expedia would not give me a refund. I won’t be booking thru Expedia anymore for hotels that’s for sure!

The room was really dark and dated. TV did not work properly. The hallways and stairway carpet are terrible. We were one of the lucky guests where the bathroom was acceptable.

We did not stay, we forfeited the money to go elsewhere. As nice as west ALLIS is, for some reason this nasty place was dropped in the middle. The clientele and look was not a safe environment. Waste of $250 to go somewhere to feel safe

We had to wait 1/2 hour to get help checking in and when we left they charged 20 for durty sheet and check out took 20 minutes
