Location of hotel is awesome, it has it own private beach (don't think guests should have to pay for the use of beach chairs). Your abke to walk to everything. My only complaint is it took forever for check in because they allowed other guests to have late check outs.

Nice private beach

Great service and location. Everything was good, maybe needs some updating and repair. Best ribeye steak to be had at attached restaurant!

Not the biggest hotel but well worth the price.

Our stay here was great! The staff was wonderful and even upgraded our room to an ocean/pool front. The room and bathroom were very clean! My only complaint is the noise from the pool being pool/ocean side. The music from the outdoor bar and the noise from the pool was quite loud in our room. We were on the 2nd floor so perhaps it is better if you’re higher up. Overall I would absolutely stay there again!

Your own private beach, walking distance to anything you need

Hotel is great. Very friendly staff. On-site restaurant and Cabana bar/beach team was excellent, especially Krista, Grace, and Ashley.

Positives: private beach, beach bar and restaurant, location to other attractions, friendly staff. Negatives: smaller room, a little outdated, extra fees. Overall a good experience.

Nice room with side view of water from the balcony, nice staff and pool area. Didn’t like that you had to pay for the chairs on the beach.

Love the way we fell at this area close to everything you need with the jolly trolley it is easy to get around

The room is pretty small , the bathroom sink table is just too tiny , and you connecting the light between sink and bathroom is just not convenient. We want to turn on the sink's light without bathroom fan on , just can't do it , The cleanliness also average , but you got good location with private beach , that's a plus ! We were not really satisfy with our room , very loud vehicle noises early in the morning also annoying. You got great Cabana Grilled restaurant with delicious meals and reasonable prices and easy to reach , is a plus . So overall there plus and minus .

I didn't like how you had to "rent" beach chairs and towels. That should be included in the price of the room

Could not walk far along beach

Just a no frills hotel. Pool and beach was excellent. Bathroom shower head some were blocked over all shower head didn't look clean. Not enough pressure to rinse my hair

We stayed for a few nights and the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We would definitely come back.

The hotel itself is tidy and clean, but it’s the beachfront location that truly makes it a top hotel. There’s a lovely private beach where you can rent a sunbed for a fee each day, and it has a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.

We loved our stay. It was perfect.

We like it so much.

The front staff when we checked in was not helpful. She was short and didn’t fully communicate some key items. We had booked a king. When we checked in she didn’t say anything about that being changed. We got up to the room to see it had 2 queens. I went back down and that’s when she decided to let me know that they had no king rooms (ours was under construction as it had just lost what that morning apparently). She said there was a note on our booking about this. Not sure why she didn’t relay this info BEFORE we hauled all of our luggage upstairs. She then said all she had was queen rooms…she ended up giving us an “upgrade” to a poolside 2 queen room. The whole time she seemed this whole thing was a problem to her to move us even though we had booked a king. The hotel is older (which I don’t mind) but the staff could use a little dash of friendly and customer service.

Private pool and beach. The staff at the front desk to the cleaning staff always had a smile and were extremely helpful and pleasant. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We were upgraded to a beach view room and my daughter and I had an amazing stay. The room was spotless and spacious. We even saw dolphins swimming outside at our private beach.

Simple, clean, good beds and just perfect for my family. The front desk workers wore very helpful. Thank you
