I stay here for like 3 months I have them around 9k they didn’t keep the rooms clean or change the sheets. Disappointed!

The bed made some noises. It might need to be changed. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good.

This was our second stay at this property. It is a great value for the price. Clean and comfortable, nice breakfast and good location close to shopping and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff too!

I wish I could give it 3.5 stars. Not bad. Not the best! I checked in around 4 and they had to see if a room was cleaned/available.
The rooms need a deep cleaning. My bathtub was dirty. There’s grime around/under the rim of the bathroom sink (which is a horrible type for constant cleaning).
Breakfast was good. I wish they served eggs with no cheese and had Almond milk.

I am so grateful to the front desk employee who assisted me on Friday morning. Every staff member we encountered was kind and friendly. The breakfast was presented well and with care as was the dining area. The space was clean which is super important to me. I will definitely book this hotel for future visits.

The room was clean. however the hotel booked some girls hockey team ; and they spent the night wrestling in thier rooms which woke people up frequently. Complaints did not hlep. would not stay at another holiday inn

Never will I book a business colleague here! Checked in and received a handicap accessible room. Did not require that so asked for a regular room with a tub. Hotel refuses to move rooms citing they were sold out the following day not the day we checked in. Told me if you book on 3rd party sites you get the cheapest leftover room. Left message for the manager and no call back. Very embarrassing to host my out of town colleague at this hotel.

Room was typical for Holiday Inn Express. Highlight was that food at breakfast was very good. Only complaints were that carpet in room was still wet from recent cleaning, and wall mounted thermostat for HVAC was broken.

The property was near many restaurants and easy access to the interstate. Our room on the second floor was clean but the noise coming from the 3rd floor was very disruptive and we had a very bad night trying to sleep. We shared our concerns with management and it stopped for a short time and then carried on through to the early morning. It just seemed like very poor sound barrier between floors.

This hotel was average for hotels, in general, but for a Holiday Inn Express, it was so disappointing

It had a continental breakfast with hot and cold items and an area to eat breakfast. It was also across the street from Motor City Nightmares that my boyfriend was attending at another hotel. Rooms are decent size with a mini fridge, microwave and kurig machine in the room.

It’s very close to express highway. There is a convenient gas station(100 ft) right next to hotel for your essential needs. Clean room. Only one bad thing is when you move on the bed it’s make noise.it’s annoyed my sleep in the beginning. Nice staff. Breakfast is just average.

Breakfast was amazing. Hot and cold foods. Replenished all the time. Didn't run out of food any time of breakfast hours. Mark at front desk was wonderful and helpful. One drawback was we were on the expressway side. A bit noisy. Also, there was some noise entering through the door from the hall.
Thse two problems shouldn't stop you from staying. The bed was the right firmness and the sheets were soft along with the pillows. Very clean! Pool is a bit small, but nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Are returning in October for a concert in Detroit. Also, it is close to downtown, but far enough to feel safe and close to many attractions.

Generally very loud, it feels like the doors are non existent. You can hear everything on the floor.

Few negatives…try to stay on the 3rd floor, otherwise a constant noise from the people above you. Hot water was hard to come by, but it warm enough to shower.
Overall we had a great experience. Breakfast was fresh and hot… they were always checking if we needed anything filled. Beds were super comfortable. The highlight of our trip was meeting Mark at the front desk. He was always helpful and nice to talk to. We would definitely stay again,

This was my son and I’d first weekend get away for Motorcity con. We didn’t have service at the con and called hotel to help us find our way. They were amazing! Check in was fast. My son is 8 and he was super happy because he’d never stayed in a hotel before. He loved every minute. He even got the pool to himself

Staff was polite. The whole hotel was very noisy, slamming doors, kids running up and down the hallways, being very loud.
When I checked in and given my room key and info, I quickly found out that the room I was given was dirty and not cleaned in time for check in. I had to go back down to the desk and get a different room.
