Our stay was great as far as service and the room but the pillows were ridiculous.

I stayed at the Hampton the night before my vacation flight for the specific purpose of leaving my car there while I was away. I booked thru a 3rd party and it was not stated anywhere that because of booking that way I was not permitted to leave my car. Therefore I had to pay for parking elsewhere. I would not of stayed at the Hampton if I had known this.

This property is a SCAM!! If you book through Expedia your NOT allowed to park your vehicle on their property. They make you move it to Globe Parking. When we booked this we were never told about this or we would have stayed at another hotel.

Unique that the neighboring hotel apparently was equally owned by Hilton, which gave us Hilton WiFI and a decent restaurant in the neighboring Hilton hotel, complementing the very comfortable night and excellent breakfast at the Hampton Inn. Best arrival check-in I have experienced: cheerful, with cookies and coffee and more.

Not happy that when we got here we found out that booking through a third party means that we can’t use their parking lot as airport parking. That was the whole reason we picked this hotel. They told us we could cancel and then book with them, but we had a non-refundable reservation. Parking with them would have been max of 7 days and that wasn’t long enough anyways.

We really enjoyed our short stay here. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and stafe were exceptionally friendly.

They were supposed to have free parking. When we got there they said we had to use the Globe parking next door but they would give us a discount and only charge $7/day. If we used their parking it was $17/day. So we take the car over there. Globe parking said it was $10/day, that their usual rate is $17/day, so we went ahead and left the car there. They said they would take us back to the hotel but it would be a few minutes because they had to take some people to the airport first OR we could just walk over to the hotel, yeah just walk down this parking lot, go behind the dumpsters, jump over a fairly good size ditch, through the hotel parking lot, up a big long ramp to the back door. Mind you it was freezing cold, sleeting and getting dark. When we got back to the room we Googled it, the hotel's website said $5/day to park and Globe parking said $9.99/day. The hotel itself was dirty and rundown. The bathroom had mold around the tub and ceiling. Advise, stay at the Double Tree right across the street it is well worth the extra few $$$

A very nice place with friendly and helpful staff. This particular room was slightly narrower than the others I have stayed in at this hotel and we were a bit cramped. RM 325
Also, I was not able to have the fan on the heating/ac unit run continuously so the room got pretty stuffy.

No overnight parking for airport usage on site.
Was told to take vehicle next door and work out parking deal with them and then walk back.
Kind folks next door offered a ride back. Would have walked the short distance, but was no sidewalk available and it was late at night.

We often stay at Hampton Inns and generally are very satisfied with our stay. On the website they offer "free parking". It is only free during your stay...which is fine. However they also offer a free airport shuttle which normally would be super convienent, but they do not offer extended parking (or an option to pay for extended parking like the other hotels close by) whem booked through Expedia. Not having this ammenity cost us double for our transportation expense this trip. In addition, the two people handling the front desk at check in were extremely rude. Those two definitely need to be re-trained in customer service!

Be ware! There is no free parking at this hotel if you are planning to fly out of Pittsburgh airport! You must pre pay for a park and stay package. You cannot book through a third party (i.e. Expedia) and get parking. Not even if you are willing to pay. You must drive your car to Global Parking. And there were plenty of spaces available in their lot. Otherwise the hotel was good.

The motel refused to provide free parking and a shuttle to and from the airport since I booked through Expedia. Both the motel web site and the Expedia site advertised free parking and free shuttle to and from. I have stayed there in the past and have used that service.

Trying all the local options for regular trips to Pittsburgh International Airport. I found that Hampton as I expected, no better or worse. The room was spacious but a bit "stale", perhaps it had not been used recently and the AC was noisy on high. The staff were friendly and breakfast was great. Will consider a return. Great location.

Ashley checked us in at 1am and she was fabulous. However the room was way below average- it smelled, the carpet was dirty, bedding was so heavy & the sheets barely fit in the bed. Toilet was faulty & AC kept kicking on & off.

Property is not as close to the airport as advertised. One has to drive around the airport to get there, which with the construction takes 20 minutes or more. I was hoping for more toppings for the waffles like I find at other Hampton hotels. It was quiet and I’m very glad there was 24-hour shuttle service as my flight didn’t arrive until 2:00 am.
