Little America never misses! They always have it put together and give thought to the finer things. Very comfortable, always clean, it’s such a great place and a classic. If I’m ever around again, I’ll be sure to splurge and stay here!

This Hotel, "Little America" is much more than meets the eye from the highway. It has been well updated in 2017 and kept in really nice condition. Service and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the mattress. Being spoiled at home with a new firm Tempur-Pedic makes it difficult to sleep on anything else. However, the mattress was well worn and much too soft for us. Otherwise, we will visit this hotel chain again based on appointments, service, staff and quality of upkeep.

A very nice property! The shuttle service does not run 24 hours a day. Had to get a taxi to make my 5:40 am flight.

We are only passing through Flagstaff on this trip, but this hotel has been so much fun and so nice that we're already planning a return trip. We got the king bed with the foldout couch. The room is so nice. Nice shower. Quieter than most hotels and easier to get really dark at night.
There are hiking trails, a playground, and lots of different places for my child to run around. We came on a Monday, and it was never crowded.
Pretty close (2 miles) to an amazing vegan restaurant and bookstore (downtown).

Very clean and modern rooms. Great breakfast at Silver Pine Restaurant. List of local restaurant options provided at check-in was very helpful, ate dinner at MartAnnes Burrito Palace.

This is such a comfortable, well run hotel. The facility and staff are superb. Our stay was negatively impacted by a continuous faint beeping noise that staff couldn’t identify or fix.

The staff are always friendly and professional. The beautiful fireplace in the lobby is very inviting. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Would highly recommend to everyone traveling that way. And beautiful views!

The property is very cosy and clean. I enjoyed my stay. The big disappointment was that the WiFi was beyond slow. I was at the end of lodge 3, which is about as far as possible from the office, so maybe that is why. It was only 1-3 Mbps, when made watching or loading anything very slow and online gaming would not load.

We have been staying at this hotel for over 35 years. It has always had great comfort and service. Iver the ywars it has been upgraded phenomenally and is always clean. The spa was great to get in after a long day of skiing. Our room was perfe t and had a view..we will continue to come back again and again..great memories at this hotel.

There is no room service or water bottle in room. I have been staying here since the 80’s it was the Jewel of Flagstaff unfortunately the service has dropped off.

I had a good stay until the last day. The morning of check out I was disturbed 3 separate times before the checkout time to check if I was gone yet. When I stay in a hotel I expect to be left alone in the mornings so I can sleep. If you want your guests to leave earlier, just make your check out time earlier instead of chasing them away by repeatedly knocking on their door every hour. The other negative thing was that the breakfast at the restaurant was terrible and the server got my order wrong even though we were the only ones there. I had stayed at the SLC location and loved it but after this experience I probably won't be staying at a "Little America" again.

The property was lovely--a Christmas fantasy land! The Service was very good--prompt and personable.
My bed was TERRIBLE!!!!! Lumpy and uncomfortable...couldn't wait to get home to a "real" bed. I love the property and its proximity to my family, but I will reconsider my choice if I find something with more emphasis onpersonal comfort items---like the quality of the beds. This has been a problem everytime I've stayed with you--I dont think I can manage another sleepless stay just because the property is pretty.
