The sheets and mattress were very wet so we had to change our room after we had settled in for the evening. The elevator opening makes a loud noise so we were awakened several times during the night, even though our room was several doors away from the elevator. Otherwise, the room was clean and adequate for a one night stay.

I've been staying here for several years. Beds are very comfy and staff is friendly and helpful. But I've noticed the hotel is starting to show wear. Fitness room has several broken down machines, walls getting dirty and dinged up. I would still stay here but the facility is overdue for some TLC

Overall, I was very impressed with this hotel. The location is good. The rooms are very nice - clean, modern, and sparse but very functional. The one big complaint was that the elevator in the parking garage was broken and we had to walk up and down 5 flights in the garage! This was rough with a small child

I stayed at the Even in Rockville for a trip involving family events. I've stayed there before and it was something of a last resort this time. For one thing, you are required to park on the top floor of a dark and creepy parking garage. I had forgotten this and did not like it the first time, nevermind this time. The staff were very kind and helpful. I simply do not like this hotel nor the rooms.

The sign said hotel was on Rockville pike but the hotel was off the street. There was not a great amount of parking options. The rooms were nice and clean.

The man at the front desk was wonderful, kind, and friendly. The room was clean and appropriately stocked. Whomever wrote the Welcome sign on the white board in the room misspelled the city, but it was still a nice touch.
What I need to call out is the terrible parking garage you have to park in. It feels like the next location for an episode of Law & Order: SVU. Dim, creepy, and even had a flashing light blinking on and off as you enter the upper deck area for the hotel guests. The elevator made a "BAM! Squealllll...ding sound on literally every floor (and you have to park on the 5th or 6th floor). Once leaving the garage you then walk through a dimly lit parking lot to get into the hotel. In spite of all the other nice things about the hotel and staff, as a woman, I did not feel safe having to park there and as a result wouldn't stay there again. Wish I'd taken pics of the garage to share, but I just wanted to get in and out of there as fast as possible.

Comfortable but sterile feeling. Most distressing was their attempt to add $18 overnight parking fee at check in for parking in “our garage”. Or parking free 5 minute walk away. This looked a bit like extortion to me. I made some “noise” and they waived the fee to allow me to park in any 15 minute parking spot (but not in their garage). I don’t trust these people and would not recommend the hotel or stay there again.

Very disappointing with hidden costs. The advertisement for this hotel on Hotels.com website makes it look much more upscale than it is. Although it does explain there are parking fees it doesn't explain parking is in a structure on the other side of a shopping mall lot, without direct entry into the hotel. Because it was a snowy, freezing weekend this was problematic. But most alarming was to be hit (upon check-in) with a $75 pet fee. Which was NOT stated on Hotels.com website; hotel is listed as Pet Friendly without provisos. The restaurant, which they boast about was CLOSED all weekend. Only food for sale was grab-and-go snackfood/junkfood. To add insult to injury, they actually charged for coffee and tea. $4 for one teabag. Seriously. They seem understaffed; only one person at the front desk, no porter help provided. Took them over an hour to clean up a mess in the elevator. This was way below expectation and reputation of this prestigious hotel chain.

We only stayed one night at this hotel and while it looks modern and is clean, it is obviously a refurbished older building. The window was really drafty and we could feel air coming under the door as well. Very basic but not bad. It is very well located for anything in Rockville and walking distance to several restaurants and bars.

I was allowed to check in early , that was a plus. Breakfast was rather basic. House keeping not so great, beddings weren’t changed throughout the 3 nights and the bed was poorly made. I was on level 3 and there was a strong sound outside the room from the hotel machines/equipment between midnight and dawn. Great front desk help.

Great hotel with great staff. The bed was super comfortable, the modern room was nice and clean, and I loved the exercise equipment in the room. I didn't like the parking. They share a dark and confusing garage that requires a lot of walking and parking isn't free.

Diego is amazing at the front desk. Room was clean snd sweet smelling. Bed was comfortable.
We left room at 9:20 and returned at 3 pm. The room had not been cleaned. We were able to get fresh towels. One reason we chose this hotel was that it had daily room cleaning!

Nice standard hotel. Hair all over the bathroom, empty tissue box. When arrived at the room ac was set to 60 and it was freezing. Took forever to warm up. Others in my party had the same experience. This doesn't seem to be cost conscience decision for the hotel itself and made for a very unpleasant midnight arrival. Room was fine

At approx. $100 a night, it’s a pretty good hotel in a good location. If you don’t mind not so helpful front desk except a senior gentlman who is a great guy by the way, random people shouting in the middle of the night and a parking spot which is inside a building on the 5th floor.

Claustrophobic room with peeling paint and large box air conditioner. Limited view. Front desk staff charge you for every little thing. Even a tiny cup of coffee in the lobby was $4. Not sure I'd stay here again.

It was relatively decent. Diego was very friendly. Con is the parking garage is not linked to the hotel so you will have to drop your stuff and go park then go back to the hotel….

Room was OK. Not a lot of furnishings...one office type desk chair, a workdesk that also served as a nightstand. Two small stools for seating other then the deskchair. Credenza with TV. Hotel promotes wellness and had a large fitness room and fitness articles in the room. Not our style. Convenient to DC Metro, 5 minute walk. Breakfast menu was limited. Buffet was adequate. Staff was friendly.
