I had two rooms booked yesterday but we had an emergency on the road so we were unable keep our reservation. I called the hotel and they would have made an exception and refunded my money. I will never use Expedia again, best to book directly through the hotel as they would have refunded me.

Ok place to stay. Bar and supper at Minerva’s was great, complimentary breakfast just ok.

Very average and small rooms different from the pictures shown. No elevator and quite a confusing layout of rooms. Multiple very noisy vending machines along the corridors too.

The breakfast here was wonderful - I didn't expect an event hotel to do such a good continental spread. The room was comfortable. We did have an issue with the bathroom door, though. It was a sliding barn door and it didn't lock, so it was hard to maintain any degree of privacy especially because we were traveling with a toddler who thought it was really fun to open and close the door.

Very disappointed in the breakfast selection. For this price I expected some hot choices. Not even toaster waffles. Water pressure in shower was not good either and apparently even though checkout is 11, we were advised that the water would be turned off at 9am for repairs. Just not a pleasant stay for us. Won't stay again.

The room was good and the staff was very friendly. Sadly the pool was full of hair.

I am more and more surprised by the places with no elevator. So when we get there we have to request ground floor. Just because someone uses crutches doesn't mean they want a handicap room, but that's where they put you if you tell them we can't do stairs.

Clean room, super comfy bed!

Our room was dark dirty and gross. I cleaned the bathroom before we could use it, still drink splatters on door frame and down door. Stains on the sheets. No usb charger plugs, there was however a phone jack plug in case we were carrying a land line. Asked where to charge and was pointed to a common area. Guest next door had hookers in and out all night and morning. and then loudly called his wife and told her he slept great! Breakfast was a joke!! Not one hot item offered. This is a very dated and dirty facility. Don't know if i have ever been this disappointed. Even when I went to desk for a receipt and stated that this was a very disappointing stay the front desk supervisor just looked at me. Not one word! No questions, no apologies, No anything! Just looked at me! I will spread the word!

Overall the hotel was great! Nice having a bar and restaurant on site. menu had a lot of great options and the food was very good. The rooms could use a little updating but they were clean and comfortable.

They were very accommodating in getting me a room that was near an exit. However, I was unaware that some of the rooms were interior only (a window to a hallway/sitting space), but no exterior window. The room was very dark with inadequate lighting. During our stay there was a baseball tournament & our wing was very noisy. I did contact the staff who handled the players running around & spilling ice from the ice maker promptly, however, there was continual noise as teams left/returned from games. The air conditioner worked (we had air), but the controls did not work so no way to regulate & it made a lot of mechanical noise. We ended up unplugging it in the middle of night.

Stayed at several other Ramkota’s and they are all very consistent. Very clean and well maintained. That being said it is in desperate need of updating.

We could NOT get WIFI in our room. Multiple times we went to the front desk. It would work in the lobby, but NOT in our room. Very disappointing! That is a pretty standard & basic amenity. So there is NO excuse for it not working in the room.

Woman at check-in was gruff. Door to room was challenging and she made me feel like I was an idiot for struggling with it. Door glass was filthy. Place needs an upgrade. No elevator. Hope I don’t ever have to stay there again!

Nice clean motel, staff was super friendly. The beds aren't the best, they were pretty lumpy and springy. Nice pool and hot tub. The breakfast during the week was minimal, but on the weekend they have a couple of hot items. Overall, I would stay here again.

Cafe closed, not adverised when booking rooms!

Our door knob to our room was broken and the air conditioner was extremely loud to run. We chose being hot over listening to that racket.

Room was clean, in need of some updating!

Very difficult time finding entry to the pool area. Hot tub was gross and in very poor condition, jets did not work and bottom/sitting area was rough cement. Room was clean and up to date. Friendly staff and decent continental breakfast.

Nice older place. The check on was easy and the lady that checked me in was wonderful. Big place big clean rooms. Will stay again.

The property was dated, but clean & quiet.

The sleeper sofa had bit been cleaned. We moved the cushions and lots of crumbs and old candy fell out. Bed was very comfortable. Furniture was older and looked worn.

The room was not at all like the pictures, I booked a log size bed and it was full-size

Check in was great and the room was very clean, but the beds were horrible. They were hard a rocks and every time you moved, they would make a lot of noise and feel as if they were going to fall apart. Made for a very long, uncomfortable night.
