The hotel was clean, however they had no hot water. When I called the front desk they said it went out over night and they are working on fixing it. But nothing they could do as this was a temporary water heater because the main one has been broken is on order.

Fine for the price. Location was good for what we needed. Average breakfast. Very little to no hot water the first night of our stay, then no hot water at all the final two days. Person at front desk said they were working on it, but nothing done.

The hotel was fine. Not as clean as we would like and there was an odor in the hallway and in the room. We also had no hot water.

The place is clean, renovated and convenient.
But the breakfast left much to be desired. Eggs & sausage were fake & turkey. There was waffle mix but no cooker.
Front desk person was very slow at check-in.

We reserved 2 rooms for 4 nights a month in advance. When we checked in we were told our parents' handicapped room was given to someone else. My parents 86 & 88 were put into a non-handicapped room & then had to move the next night. After 3 days our rooms were not cleaned and had to complain to at least get clean towels. The room next to ours was having a party very loud all night and after complaining at 11:00pm and 1:30am nothing was done. Noise was not stopped till 3:00am. My father requested a clock for in their second room day 1 and never did receive it.

The hotel was run down and in need of a lot of improvements. The staff was very nice and responsive.

Well no running hot water for 4 hours. 7:30pm-11:30pm. The guests in the next room were screaming and fighting and making loud banging noise. And there was no waffles the next morning. I normally like this hotel I come here for the nice hot showers the nice comfortable bed in the quiet rooms and definitely the big breakfast with tihe waffles in the morning. I do understand that the hot water it happenes and all of this is not all the hotels fault so I don’t blame the hotel but I would like some sort of compensation of some sort or a discount for the inconvenience but otherwise excellent.

This property is branded as AmericInn, but it is well below the standard of most other Americinns I’ve visited. Floors and walls are old and dirty, sound control isn’t great. The bed itself was actually comfortable, which is the one positive. Otherwise, it has the vibe of a Motel 6 or a run down Econolodge. I’ll select another hotel in the future.

Very clean, quiet, strong shower, comfortable bed! Great choices for breakfast. Coffee was good. Will definitely stay on next trip!

Waking up in the middle of the night to yelling, doors slamming. Young adults running around. Smoke so strong at the doors it smelled like a smoking hotel. Although they do have a sign in the room that says No Smoking.

Our stay was very good. Our room was great. The staff was great. We were disappointed that we couldn’t use the pool and the waffle machine didn’t work. People see the pool on the website and expect to be able to use it. The pool area should be closed for maintenance between 11 pm and 6 and worked on overnight. Other than that we would like to stay here next time we come through

Arrived with my partner and the front desk person assigned us to a room that was dirty and looked like someone was still living in it. After that we were reassigned another room and we were sleeping and at 1:30am someone was assigned to our room and tried to enter and was woken up abruptly to the door hitting the door stop hinge I set before going to bed and they were somehow assigned to our room when we were already assigned to it because our original room was dirty. I couldn’t sleep the rest of the night because of the fear I got woken up to thinking someone was trying to hurt me and my partner. Spoke to he front desk person in the morning and they kept putting the blame on another person and I woke up extremely exhausted due the the nights events.

When we checked in, it was obvious someone had smoked in that room so we got another room. This room was having repairs being done in the bathroom. The 3rd time the clerk went with us and checked out everthing before he gave us the key. We;ve had many hotel free breakfasts but this one lacked everthing. Worst we've ever seen.

Our room had torn drapes and the sheer drapes were shredded. Needed our room cleaned and was told at12:30 pm that the cleaning crew had left for the day. Also, we booked the hotel because of the indoor pool. We were only able to use the pool 1 day and then a notice was placed on the door that the pool was closed for maintenance (3 out of our 5 day stay) Also, when we were in the pool area, the ceiling over the pool was peeling horribly and very cold in the pool area!!! Very disappointing!!! Pancakes were cold and rubbery and scrambled eggs were cold and with cheese over them...Yuck!
Kuddos to the late night woman at the desk. She was filling in for the regular woman who was out ill.

Took a family stay cation. On the web this hotel ia 4 stars the outside of the hotel is very inviting, inside the hotel is rated a 2 at best.
There was a leaky ceiling, the pool was cold, in our room the furanas/ac was loud and making noises like a loose bolt on a motor mount would. The room was small and quaint. The bathroom, shower head was rusty and moldy. The walls were thin we as a family could hear the couple nextdoor making love. Not child friendly. The only good part of this hotel stay was the wonderful lady at the check in desk that hoped we had a good stay and went above and beyond to help any needs we had.
