Smells really bad the hallway and the room.

Air vent in bathroom hanging off the wall. Full of dust. Tv channels are frozen . Only some work. Fridge barely works. I have pics but it won't allow them.

This was our 4th year at this location. It’s a very nice family that runs the hotel. Unfortunately due to weather it was a terrible time. The only nice day, we went to the beach… hot out but water was freezing..we came back to get in the pool… and it was closed… on the only nice day in 4 days??? Was so disappointed we actually just left a day early. Never had any issues before ☹️

The place smelled. Pool hadnt been properly maintained. No mattress pad on the bed, towel rack hanging by one side, no plastic roll to hold the toilet paper in the holder. A/C didn't work, smelled like engine oil burning, ended up buying a box fan to stay cool.

The bathroom was filthy floor by shower had mold. The room smelled like something had been burnt in it. The place was horribly run down garbage strewn about outside. Should have drove by during the day reservation would have been canceled immediately!

Motel was quite dated and in need of some updating. Could have used some deep cleaning as well.

Room 106. Fan light in bathroom filthy, mold around tub, trim work half painted half not, fridge needs to be defrosted. Toliet seat slides off. Toliet paper holder hanging from screws half off wall. Exit door door stopper on wall not painted. Exit door very dirty. Other than that stay nice.

Room hadnt been properly cleaned in some time. Light bulb burnt out, hair and dirt on bathroom floor, hair on the bathroom counter and sink, dirty shower curtain, dirty lamp shade, obvious spill down one wall, tv picture was a blur. Vending machines out of order.

The property needs a major upgrade; perhaps demolition.

There was a family reunion happening during our stay, which in itself it an amazing thing. The problem was that not all of the attendees had actually gotten rooms. There was nowhere to park for paying guests. The pool area was taken over by them setting up tables for their "bar area" and to play boards. Unsupervised children running all over the place while the adults relaxed at their party area. The fact this was allowed assures we will probably never return to this particular location. If it wasn't for that particular situation we would probably put this location onto our go to list for summer travels. The alcohol and children running around are an accident waiting to happen. :( No, I am not a Karen. I enjoy vacations with my family, including adult beverages, but I watch my children, and would not allow them to run around a parking lot, nor jump in the pool almost on top of other guests.

Was dirty everywhere

Our room is filthy, toilet is dirty and seat is old and cracked. Lamp doesn’t work, walls are filthy dirty. Phone is filthy. Room smells really bad.

Location

I gave it one star because the air conditioner worked and one star for hot water. Other than that, the room smelled musty, the paint was pealing off the walls and there were cables laying on the floor. We wanted to use the pool but it was green and they poured about 6 bags of shock into it. I would not recommend this place. It’s way overpriced for what you’re getting.

almost forgot i had made arrangements to spend the night after the lake breeze music festival in st. joe. was glad i did not have to drive back. good location, room clean, comfortable, peaceful, loved it had micro and fridge. that was handy. water pressure in shower was so comforting.

Bath towels/cloths were changed daily but my bed was never touched, to straighten up or change sheets over a 7 day stay. Provided plenty of coffee for this coffee lover!

Rooms and buildings were

It was a good cheap place for a night. It’s a bit shabby around the edges, but it’s a decent and safe place to lay your head. I brought my own pillows and a blanket, but the bed looked clean. The shower had great pressure, but again, just a bit dirty and showing it’s age. Overall, okay for one night at the price!

Convenient for work

Hmmmm.....where to start. We booked two rooms for June 3 and 4. The total for both rooms was over $500.00. One of the rooms we checked into smelled so horribly of Marijuana that it was unacceptable. Both of the final rooms were/are filthy. Stains on the walls and drapes, dirty surfaces, dirty tubs, dead cockroach on the counter, dirty towels from previous guests still hanging on the doors, keys that don't work, front desk personnel MIA, non working TV remotes, etc.

The top lock on doors was broke, no water in the hotel room & when we told the worker he turned the water on. The water was YELLOW. Paid extra money for room with a jet tub, just to see how disgusting it was with dirt and yellow water. The pool had paint that was wet and destroyed my swimsuit and turned my boyfriend’s feet blue. The breakfast was frozen waffles and cereal. No food safety at all, just a bowl of waffles to grab. Nothing like the photos. I feel cheated out of my money.

Sat on steps in outdoor pool, my shorts were blue, as was my daughters and the bottom ofbmy husbands water shoes were blue also, its the paint from pool. Room smelled old n musty as the hallway did also. Breakfast was soso. Cereal n eggo waffles. Told office bout shorts they said they see nput giving credit back on card. So now im gonna get some stuff and try to remove paint from swim shorts, which are new. Oh our feet had blue paint also. How they fix it.

This property used to be much nicer. Both the indoor and the outdoor pools are not working. The carpet is dirty. The bathroom smelled of smoke. General feeling of uncleanliness.

This property was extremely filthy. There was urine in my sheets and other sexual and body fluids throughout the room bugs on the floor molds in the window no toilet paper no toilet paper holder no secure on the door
