The hotel was advertised to have a restaurant and bar, but both are closed at this time.

This was an excellent stay. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My wife was sick and I asked for an extra hour at checkout, and they gave me it with no problem.
I highly recommend this hotel!

The people were great. The bed was very comfortable! The bathroom looks like it has never been upgraded. There was a fixed hole in the ceiling, the door looked like a dog had been locked in the bathroom.

The room was pricier than others in the area, but I stayed there because of the restaurant and because they had inside rooms. However, when I arrived I was given an outside room with a view of the parking lot (not that the view was important), and the restaurant, non existent. Supposedly they are "re-doing" it, but it would have been nice to know that before making the reservation. The room was clean but it has definitely seen better days. The bathroom grout was in need of repair and the drapes had a lingering smell of smoke but other than that it was o.k.

I booked a king size room. The bed was not the most comfortable, there was rust on the hinges of the door, and the complimentary breakfast option were less than ideal. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was fine for what I needed it for, but I don’t think I will book here again. This was my first time staying here, so I didn’t know what to expect aside from the reviews I read.

Very close to the Interstate for easy access - very close to the Airport. Nice little property - an interesting observation. The buffet breakfast was above average for this type of hotel - except in showing how Hunstville is really no longer a "Southern only city," there was NO GRITS for breakfast!! How can this be in Alabama?? :)

Bathroom was dirty and cramped. Mattress on bed was way too soft and lumpy. Didn't care for plank floor, we were on the lower level and the room above did a lot of walking on those hard floors, noisy.
Breakfast was good, facility was clean.

I was very shocked when I slept like a baby and woke to a full breakfast. It was quiet and the easiest check in I’ve ever had and the staff felt like family.

the layout is like a motel, which is fine, but was very confusing when trying to find our rooms since it’s labeled as a hotel. the room itself was nice but had a musty odor to it. one of the hinges on the door of the cabinet containing the fridge was broken so it hung off the frame. and the tv was very confusing to navigate at first. we couldn’t connect to it even though it said we could, and the wi-fi was either down or non existent bc neither us nor the tv could connect to it.

We cleaned the place ourselves. it is obvious that this room was ready for a customer occupancy. We were located in a building not immediately inside the hotel; kind of like the "south 40". it was a motel set up, with an outside door, not a hotel type of accommodation.
If we wanted to stay at Motel 6 we would have.
The people working there were nice enough. We asked for a different room upon check-in and were told no rooms were available. The staff brought us a mop and broom as well as new bedding and towels. However, they did not offer to clean the room for us.
Breakfast was good enough. It is free hotel breakfast so dont expect the "ritz".

Wonderful pool for swimming laps. Clean lobby and breakfast area. My room could have been cleaner. It was old and needed an upgrade. Comfortable bed.

This year we was put on the outside of the hotel
The room was very dated needed much modernisation
There was no safe deposit box in room
Room was not cleaned once in our 3 nights stay we had to ask for clean towels
On our second day we came outside our room greeted by dog dirt which was still there when we left. I won’t be using this hotel again

I had 2 reservations which equaled to 3 days. When I checked in at the front desk , we discussed my situation so I wouldn’t have to check out then check back in. I wanted to stay my 3 days in the same room. House keeping constantly knock on my door because according to their records I need to check out. I call the front desk so they could communicate with housekeeping. I stayed in room 143. There appeared to be black mold or something cover up with paint right behind the bathroom door in the corner and there where cracks between the enclosure and the tub. The bed mattress needs to be replaced because there was a big sink hole when I lay in the bed. It took me a minute to get out of the bed.

Most horrible hotel experience. This is my first 3star hotel sleep in with all doors leading to where cars park. AC water was running on my front door. I woke up in the middle of the night with a loud drilling sound and realized it was from the adjoining room and the saddest of it all was that, i had a notification before my last day stating that they will cut the water 8 am next day for repairs. Another sad thing is that you will come and meet people smoking beside their cars just closer to your door. This hotel should not be a 3star hotel

It was a great value for the price. The place was clean and refurbished. The staff was friendly and attentive. The bartender makes the BEST margaritas, and the breakfast was delicious.

Room smelled terribly. After complaining twice, got moved to a different room. Hot water didn’t get hot in shower. Luke warm for a very short time. Hot tub also was not working. Will not be staying here again.

This is a huge bestwestern. Like a maze sometimes. Beds were good clean rooms. Breakfast hot/cold. Surprised they had waffles and pancakes! Staff friendly and helpful. Husband stated weight room was a mess several machines had cables laying around he could only free weight and treadmill while there.
