Had to stand at the counter to get checked in for 15 minutes before someone showed up. Place needs a lot of work.

Check in and out were easy. Dated, not overly clean room. Two floors and no elevator, relatively quite.

Khushi checked us in. She was very welcoming and gave us wonderful service, showing us a few rooms so we could choose from and kindly gave us an upgrade.
The room was clean, everything was quiet
We have a large RV and appreciated the large easy access area to park it in.

Hubby and I decided to gave a night away from home for my birthday. I wanted a room with a jacuzzi so we could enjoy a nice relaxing soak and watch a movie. Turns out ended up in the jacuzzi on my own because hubby fell asleep lol. The lights were basically off and I was sitting at an angle to see the TV. I was probably in about 30 minutes when I needed to shift position and I ended up getting out of the jacuzzi. The water had turned this weird shade of green, there was a dark brown ring at the water line and some nasty brown floating skin on the surface. Due to hubby being asleep I ended up not calling the desk that night but a urstiobed it at checkout. The guy Rickey (?) said I’d need to talk to manager and she was due to there about in about 30
minutes so we waited. He said that room is rented daily and hasn’t ever had a complaint but looking through the reviews I seen where others commented about the jacuzzi’s. She wasn’t there and Rickey didn’t know why. I have not heard anything from hotel management after being told she would be given my contact info. Of course Rickey says I should have notified him immediately.

The shower didn’t work and we told the desk clerk and he said it should. It didn’t. Water was nice and hot but diverter to get water to shower head was broken.

Good deal for the price, beds were very comfortable. Lacking in some housekeeping areas such as hand soap and hand sanitizer in public areas.

I travel constantly and I was completely disappointed with this hotel.. no one was at the front desk for check in. I reserved a non smoking room and the room I got smelled like a ashtray.. the eggs served for breakfast were cold.. I probably should just quit. I was just disappointed

Room was spacious. Bed was comfy. Huge pool area with an arcade and play area. Very quiet hotel. I would recommend this hotel to all types of travelers. I was on business but would definitely bring my family back next time.

My biggest issue was lack of communication. We were several families wanting to hang out and have the kids swim. There were two birthday parties going on in the common area by the pool, because they rented a space and not a room they were allowed to occupy all the tables. We as guests of the hotel were not allowed to have a table until the parties were over. Again this was just not communicated to us upon our arrival. The whole point we booked with this hotel was so we could have pool side rooms and hang out as a group. We were finally able to do so but only from 7-9, this was after the party people finally left at 645p and then management told us lights out at 9pm and we had to go back to our rooms. I paid $113 to hang out as planned for 2 hours. Had I known we all would have gotten rooms some where else. On top of all that the birthday party people started a fight with us because we were “ near them” but again we had no idea we weren’t gonna be able to be outside of room hanging out until their time was over. There were other issues outside of that like no hot water, toilets not flushing and mold but we were willing to look past that because we just wanted to be able to hang out and let the kids swim. So much more happened but again just lack of communication and knowing the rules

No wifi I contacted the front desk and came to help but couldn't fix it, said she would have maintenance reset when he came in. Didn't work. NO hot water for my shower. Room shoddy.

Workers were very friendly and helped me with any issue I had. But my room looked to have not been swept. we found old food and candy I had to throw away before my kids touched it. We also saw cockroaches and when packing to leave one was in my daughter’s suitcase.

The room they gave us hadn’t been cleaned from the previous tenant. We had to go back to the front and wait on another room which smelled like dirty feet.

The place could use quite a bit of care. It just looked tired. The beds were clean and comfortable so that was a plus. Could not really partake in the breakfast since the coffee had so many grounds in it and the juice was out. The most frustrating part was trying to get any employee to understand our request. It seemed they spoke very little english.

No elevator. Checked in late. My sink faucet had apparently been leaking for a long time. The counter was soaked. Strange air conditioner that was vented with a hose through the wall. Bed and bedding was nice. Was unable to change the temperature in my room.

Not bad place to stay, long time on checkin, but a good sleep for sure!

Our first room had water all over the carpet. Went to the front desk and they changed our room with an upgrade. Staff very friendly. Beds are very comfortable.

The wifi service at this property is terrible. The signal was very weak and dropped to zero repeatedly. Most of the time I could not connect, but when I was able to, there was no internet service due to signal weakness. Surprisingly, the nearby Comfort Inn (also owned by Choice Hotels) had a very strong signal at this Quality Inn.

Well. First off, the room had an insufficient aftermarket portable heater/air conditioning system that didn't keep the room warm. The door was a bit loose with no security lock other than the normal deadbolt. And no elevator that made it inconvenient for my wife. The room had a comfortable bed and the T.V. was at least a 40 or 43 inch and worked well and HOT water for the shower. The room was also one of the smallest we've ever stayed in around the country
The Young lady checking us in was Outstanding, very nice and helpful, and of course the age and conditions of the hotel is not her fault. We may not eat breakfast here, but only because of our time schedule. The bed was comfortable and we slept well though good thing warm bedding due to poor heating. Bottom line is the room accomplished it's mission, we slept well in spite of its age and overall condition. It was as clean as its age allowed and was inexpensive. We would stay again as it was for a night's sleep, and that's all we were really expecting. Oh. Offered breakfast was adequate, no complaints. Owners need to invest in upgrades.

First room provided was still being cleaned, second room had a strange smell. Third room was appropriate. Front desk staff was accommodating to change rooms. Workout room had a very good variety of equipment; indoor pool was in operation, but had to ask for towels. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Disappointing that the coffee was some kind of instant mix and not brewed.

When I first arrived for check-in at 10:30 pm on October 20, 2023, I couldn't find a representative for 5 to 7 minutes. That was frustrating and concerning for me. There wasn't a bell or note for what to do if there was no one at the desk. Eventually the clerk returned.
After staying the first of two nights, in the morning I called the front desk asking for housekeeping to provide a change of sheets, towels and soap. They said yes but didn't do this as requested. Nothing was changed.
Everything else was good. I enjoyed the bed, tv, pool and rec area, workout gym. I liked the location of my Room 197 with easy side door access. The pass key worked well every time.
I'm willing to come back but might try Holiday Inn first to see if they have better service. I have friends in Coldwater and plan on returning regularly.
Thank you for the restful experience. All the best, Ryan.

Wasn’t expecting to need a hotel but circumstances changed. We didn’t have many options. It was last minute and we are from a different state. The cleanliness and laziness is my biggest complaint. The 2 days we were there the pool towels were never picked up. The pool wasn’t even locked they just hang it there so if a child wanted to sneak in they could. I had a roach crawl on me in the middle of the night. The people at the front were hardly there and couldn’t be bothered to take out their EarPods to listen to me. At one point she appeared to be cleaning out her purse at the front desk. Very unprofessional like she was bothered to be there. Stains on my pillow cases and sheets. One had mascara all over it and I wasn’t wearing makeup. I threw it in the corner. Drawers haven’t been wiped out. Just overall lacking quality for a place with it in the name. If I had more pictures I’d post them but I was exhausted and over the trip. It was a place run by and for their family to stay and only cared about them not their guests. With effort I don’t think it’d be a bad hotel just need better staff.

We have been choosing Quality Inn recently for our hotel choices, mainly for the relaxing morning routine, with a warm breakfast, etc. However, this time it was disappointing, in that the food was depleted 15 min. before breakfast hours ended. When I inquired at the desk, the person stated they didn’t want to load up more food items THAT CLOSE to end of hours. (9am). I then asked “Why have breakfast hours from 6-9 then if we can’t eat after 8:45am? Especially on a Sat. morning when guests might sleep in a little.” There were at least 4 couples, and a couple children looking for food at that time.
There was also no milk for dry cereal, etc.
Grudgingly, someone warmed up a few more eggs, but no meat, and brought out a little milk.
Shouldn’t someone have been responsible for supplies?
I will have to think about my next visit to Quality Inn. The next night was at Holiday Inn Express, with a designated person at the breakfast area keeping items stocked for a relaxing breakfast time.
Another disappointment was the presence of ONLY ONE light bulb fixture in our room. There was a desk for me to sit at, but no lamp fixture. I used my phone light to see to take pills, get out my toiletries, etc. The only lamp was on the wall near the nightstand. Since we had arrived after 11pm (with a reservation and a note informing the hotel of our late arrival), it was not something to call the front desk about. We never even turned on the TV, just went to bed. Rather disappointed…

The hotel was not nice. The man who was at the front desk was friendly but had terrible body odor. The rooms were not clean, the bathrooms were gross. The rooms were hot and the weird portable airconditioning unit did not cut through the humidity. The day we checked out the front desk attendant left to get herself breakfast and it took almost 1/2 hour to check out. My business associate had roaches in her room.

The price was to high and to have a pet there with you shouldn't be charged extra it was ridiculous I won't be staying again

This hotel is old and has seen better days. Carpets and walls need attention. Rooms were clean and comfortable but bathroom was small and with no vent fan for the shower the wallpaper was peeling. Training for the desk person is necessary.

The property is dirty. The fire alarm in my room was missing and the wires hanging out of the wall. The little shampoo bottles are used, being recycled from guest to guest, that’s disgusting. I asked for housecleaning, it never happened. Never again for me at a Quality Inn

They didn’t have the room we paid in advance for and reserved. The hotel staff offered no help or solutions. The lobby bathrooms were disgusting like they haven’t been cleaned in months. The rooms had paint chipping and cracks on the ceilings and walls. There were Beatles in the bathroom in our room. The free breakfast didn’t even offer fruit the first day, the second day they had a small bowl of apples. The e hot food was done watery eggs, no meat.
