Our stay was 3 nights and it was wonderful. Our mattress was good, bathroom was spacious and we had microwave and refrigerator in the room. The pool was open but water was too cold to swim. They lounges and tables were great around the pool and sitting areas! Breakfast was lots of choices. We were 15 min from the French Quarter with heavy traffic at rush hr times.

Great breakfast with plenty of options and choices, Very clean and staff knowledgeable about all questions I had. cookies in the lobby was a great idea, Had to take stairs up to third floor when check-in because elevator was broken but was repaired and had no issues for rest of stay. All in all this magnificent little property made my very first stay in Louisiana a pleasant one.

We had a good stay. We had a room in the courtyard and it was nice. There was a fire going in the courtyard. The accessible room fit our needs. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Amazingly clean!! Troy the general manager was such a humble, kind soul who oversees this exceptional group of people. This is licated 15 mins from airport and French quarters. I rented a car but you don’t have to resteraunts are within walking distance. Free full breakfast was delicious, pool clean!

I got a text to check in early. Sent my drivers license and c c info for seamless check in. Well still had to give license and c c information. Don’t waste your time. Otherwise it is a good place I stay at regularly

Very nice and friendly staff! I was greeted as I walked through the doors by the very pleasant front desk associate with a smile. And our room was very nice and clean. And not to mention the wonderful and pleasant breakfast staff everyone that I came in contact with spoke and asked if we had a good night stay. To top it off the breakfast was nicely prepared and hot and fresh. And the dining area was clean! I will stay again….Thank you for the kindness hospitality!

The handles for the bathroom doors were in terrible shape - almost about to be pulled from the door. The ice machine on the third floor did not dispense the last morning of our stay. Breakfast (around 8:30) was extremely crowded in the main room. the supplement room was eventually opened. It should have been opened sooner. Also, food was not that good. biscuits were stale, some food items were not replenished even though there were many people dining.

Little hard, the walls are paper thin, I could hear conversations next door, all the talking outside, and the ceiling above, I heard every footstep, and it creaked when they were walking. Other than that, nice hotel.

There was a delay in having our room ready. Manager was more than fair in issuing an appropriate credit for our troubles.

I could hear every noise from next door rooms. The conexión/gates between buildings was not convenient. After check out I called front desk to request my invoice and I was told I was going to receive it right away in my email but I haven’t received yet and I need to submit the receipt of the hotel

I consider this place to be a hidden gem. It’s affordable yet a nice place to stay. The service is excellent. The room and bathroom were clean and updated. The full breakfast was excellent. Located in Metairie, it is only a 20-30 minute drive, depending on traffic and time of day, to New Orleans. We stayed here several years ago and liked it. Then, we just stayed here again and it’s still great. We highly recommend staying here.

We had nice stay. There only a couple of little things that could have made it better. There was water running somewhere in the walls or pipes all the time. We were in room 215. Also we also asked for more towels and toilet paper and they didn't bring them. We had to ask for garbage bags too. Our trash was overflowing.

Check in was quick and easy, receptionist was very polite. My room was on the first floor, so grateful about that, facing the courtyard. Comfortable bed, clean room and working tv with plenty of channels to choose from. I had a minor problem with my tub not draining water but after making the front desk aware of it maintenance was finishing up by the time I came back from breakfast. And breakfast was simple and delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved this hotel, free cookies at the front!! The room was nice, had a microwave and fridge irs hidden gotta look near the TV. Really spacious ans comfortable. At night there was a little fire at the fireplace. And there was breakfast. What more can you ask for. Oh and a lot of TV channels!!

Location of the hotel is great...just 15 min drive to French quarter,near the airport and when you want to cross the longest bridge.Good selection of hot and cold breakfast and free parking.We love the fire pit too!

Rooms were decent. Stomping on the floor from upstairs all evening and morning til we left. Pillows super thin, bed was ok, fridge was not that cold. Nice fireplace outside, Elevator broken along with a few other things. Breakfast was probably the best part.

Breakfast was good. Hotel was hard to access and seemed like a converted economy motel from the 70s. Elevator definitely has seen better days.

Getting there was a breeze, check in was easy, with the option of pre-checkin if you choose to. The hotel is far enough away from the craziness yet close enough if you you want to partake in those adventures. The atmospehere of the courtyard was enviting although the 40 degree weather kept us away. The only negative thing i can say is there was a smell of someone smoking one of them funny cigarette and the smell crept into the room with yhe door closed. And the hidden 50.00 deposit when you check in for possible damage, hope i get that back but we shall see.

The room had bed bugs. When reported in the morning with pictures of the bugs they went ahead and had it looked at (possibly by exterminators) but in their communication later with me, denied finding anything wrong with it, and said that the room was fine! Please avoid staying here as they seem to be doing nothing to mitigate the issue. I did not request a refund or did not make a scene at the property to avoid maiming their reputation, but their reaction to the incident and avoidance to own up to it is scary and unacceptable.

Check in staff was very pleasant, room was clean but shower needs redoing, flaking paint, waited day two until 7pm for fresh towels. Check out staff was talking on her phone earbuds when checking is out

The entire staff were very friendly and accommodating to all our requests.
Cynthia in the Dining Room prepared a YUMMY breakfast with lots of HOT coffee always available.
The hotel was a little tricky to find in the dark, but convenient to Metairie Mardi Gras parades.
Would definitely stay there again.

Be aware this hotel has two buildings. Not a big deal for us but we were unaware. Kinda of a hassle if you want to take advantage of the breakfast. Elevator made us uncomfortable. Very slow and a lot of unusual sounds. We took it one time and never again. Was a great location for Family Gras parade.
